Ms. Minakshi - booking manager was very helpful during the booking process, making it hassle free for us.

Puneet pandya and Krishna maurya cooperated very well it was fabulous having time with them we enjoyed very well and everything was besht and we would like to come again here for a new bash

Staff working there bahaves like its their first day at work. They didnt serve cakes we ordered and didnt give it back to us after the wedding either. Plates were missing. They made completely different vermala than what we agreed on. Phere was looking ugly and was very small. They took off decorations in the middle of the wedding. If you want fresh flowers on your wedding you will have to pay above 2 lacks extra. I didn’t like the menagers, the only thing theyre interested in is money.

The bad: - The guest here faced issue with Valet, parking area, the service people, the extra package for wedding entertainment that we took were pretty over priced and were of low quality, the promised changes were not made and all they mentioned were excuse which were not acceptable.

Overall we had an poor experience for the price we paid here

Well, if you give me two words to define this place it would be grand and elegant. Yes, I know you'll say expensive too, however for me it was a free visit as I arrived here for a wedding. The arrangements and decoration were flawless so was their service. Food was also a 10 out of 10 from me. I honestly have no complain it's a highly recommend place from my side, a great wedding destination. Although I think it would cost a fortune to hold a wedding here. So in the end I'd like to say I had clearly a jovial experience and I wish you have too.

Great place for weddings and parties. I wouldn't say I liked the food much; however, the overall experience was nice.

Orabella banquet gives bad service. They spoiled our function. At time of booking they accept all terms and condition but on function date they came and spoiled our function. Owner came and started shouting for playing dhol and napiri. Service is very bad. Some of them are good but 90% of staff is very bad. Bouncers coming in between the function all the time and interrupting for not playing DJ. They never respect our decision. What they want is that we accept there decision!
We'll never book this banquet again.

Highly unprofessional MD and staff. They agree to your booking but as soon as some other party offers them more money, they cancel your booking giving absurd reasons. Their manager Minakshi is very rude and unprofessional. Never trust these people for your functions.

The banquet is good. Newly made. Food is fine. Theres good amount of parking. However the whole road is mostly super jammed because of huge number of banquets on it.

We got very good service, it seemed as if our family member served us food. We took care of our needs every moments.very very thankful Mr. Nikhil

No complaints except high traffic area. A walking distance of 5 min from metro took more than an hour by car

Excellent service than decoration and taste, that too only one waiter whose name was Nikhil. When we were sitting on seven vows, when that boy was serving tea and coffee alone. Loved his way of serving and way of talking.

This banquet is one of best place for wedding, recently organized plus attended a family wedding there so it was memorable, amazing, fabulous. Service is unbeatable.

Went their for my friend marriage. Nice place. Space is good too. Location easy to locate but only issue is traffic.

At some areas inside the hall, the floor is very slippery. A little girl slipped and broke her arm.

Food that can't be reused like fruits, snacks are of very good taste and quality, other food items like pulses, vegetables are not fresh and tasteless. AC cooling is very bad and you feel hot from entrance to almost start of stage. Ample parking space.

Interior of the banquet is really good, nice hall, nice lightning, but good for limited gathering, if you want to arrange for a big one like marriage, it is small as the food area is very small, stage and other things are good, second things which should be kept in mind is the parking and traffic, you have to fight with huge traffic to approach, at peak hours its really very bad
