Nice lab and good staff

I got done my MRI (L-S. SPINE) get reports in 45min.staff is very copratine. Reports doctor is very kind behaviour he explained my problem in detail.

Very bad services and everything is mismanaged, would recommend someone to go for govt dispensary if you are even thinking to visit here for any tests.
And one more thing all of these positive reviews are either their own employees or paid ones, I even don't find any positive thing here

I was came for upper abdomen from reference I already booked a slot, but receptionist is very rude, she was not incorporated. I was here, she was calling from her senior that we did all booking till night so I ask patient wait till 5 hr. We will not do your mri due to you drink water. I was requesting here mam please once connect with me senior they yelling on me. I am not recommended for orbit dwarka for any diagnosis, they are not incorporated with customer. I already paid for the test.

Staff at reception name - Isha, has very bad behaviour. She does mistake and threaten to customer in the name of legal complaint.
Which customer has not done it. She got me called through someone from Cyber crime told him false allegations that I had abused her. Where as I had not spoken with her.

I am really impressed with the services the are providing at such an affordable rates. They are actually doing true welfare in Delhi like place where it’s difficult to find a genuine place to get your tests done. All tests are done there including 3T MRI

आज मैंने Orbit lab Dwarka से rt-pcr करवाया बहुत ही अच्छे ढंग से सैंपल लिया गया टेक्नीशियन में ग्लव्स, मास्क सब कुछ प्रॉपर पहनी हुई थी बहुत अच्छा रिस्पांस टाइम से रिपोर्ट भी मिल गई।

Bad and Unprofessional behaviour of staff. Had a bad experience. I visited here on 27th January 2022 for the CT scan. At first the lady on the reception does not have any sence to talk to someone who is already disturbed with their health. Her behaviour was so disgusting that no one will visit again ever. I waited for more then an hour here for my turn. I asked one of the staff member about my turn and they said "sir you have to be atleast on 3 hours fasting" I said it is already more then 3 hours. Again I asked after 20-30 minutes. Then he said the fasting should be for 4 hours. They were not ever certain about the time for which a patient should be on fasting before the CT scan. I waited for some more time there and suddenly the power supply failed and their ct scan machine got some fault. One of the staf member asked me to take refund since the machine was not working. They wasted more then two previous hours of mine.

Orbit Imaging is a high quality laboratory. I got my blood test and MRI done from here, whose report was accurate. The technician here is well trained. The staff here are very helpful.

Worst imaging centre, I got MRI for knee, report says everything okay, doctors said report inaccurate. Don't waste your money to be here.

ALL Machines are Old And MRI Machine not proper working staff and Interior not good Ambulance Service poor only time wasting so pls serch others Lab not waste your time.

Staff not sure of their work doubt they are qualified aswell as I discussed my reports with them and they didnt kno why the system didn't show the the breakdown of my blood and urine report. Incomplete reports given to me for which my Medical Renewal got rejected.
