This lab has latest high technology MRI machines which we do not get in mostly other labs they provide quite accurate report doctors at hospitals also suggest this lab there is only problem that is some waiting time otherwise they provide you with accurate lab reports thats all matter. Don't get misslead by fake reviews they are just competing with them in this field

I recently visited Orbit Diagnostics on Pusa Road, and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of service they provided. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. THESE PEOPLE MAY KILL YOU!

1. This so-called lab is a complete sham, don't know how they got the NABL certificate or they've forged it just like what they do with your test reports.

2. Don't go after map ratings. They've forged them as well. Most of the 5 star reviewers are fake who've reviewed only this one place.

3. Sharing my experience below:
Last month when I went there they were charging everyone around 4-5000 bucks. I had to do only a small test which costed around Rs. 220. The receptionist then started looking for some alternative expensive tests for a long time on her computer but couldn't find any. Then she shamelessly giggled and asked me if I wanted to do 'only' one test. Some other staff guys were also requesting other patients not to take bills for their payments. For a 2-3 hours test they took 2 days and even then their report was not ready. When we went there for report the lab guy suddenly copy-pasted 2-3 lines from somewhere else and printed it. Finally, my doctor said the report is ambiguous and suggested to test somewhere else, which I did and got a totally different result.

Their credibility doesn't even matter to them since they are located at a place where they get a fresh stock of 2 million students every year who are ready to get fooled by the nexus of such institutions and the doctors who recommend them.

If some serious audit happens their shop will be closed. These criminals are playing with the lives of innocent people.

They are rude
Unprofessional.
They made my mom crying because of waiting.
Go to hell all the people.

We had visited orbit first time to with my mother for ultrasound.
All the staff are very helpful specially Dr. Amit, They are very helpful & cooperative

Their reports are so inaccurate that the doctor asked me to get the MRI done again from some other lab. I got it done from another lab, and doctors apprehensions were correct. Report pf this lab was grossly incorrect.

This orbit imaging centre is a waste of time and money. Go to some better place.

Thay are just minting money from poor patients as it is just beside Ganaga ram hospital.

Enter at your own risk. You may die here. They have deployed the worst possible technician who doesn't know handling of those machines and hence patients are on high risk of getting severe injuries.

Reception staff not supportive. Very bad experience. Don't waist time and money. If you call on landline they are not responding.

Very poor Doctor for USG (Ultrasonography). Just clicking 3-4 photos and finished abdomen ultrasound in 30 seconds. Didn't try to check anything, Making a fool out of patient. Doctor will refer u for commission, Don't go there.

Do not visit orbit for any kind of diagnosis.
Not providing the proper information in reports.
Variations in test rate. For MRCP, charged 3000 from one and 8000 from another one.

I went this lab last month for MRI scan, I was very afraid from machine but the Technician was very co operative n he did my test within 10 minutes, I got the report in time also

mother had a mri test in orbit.she so afaird of mri and claustrophobic.but mri technician is very help he try to convince mother to nothing gona happen.if she want hold my hand whole mri scan time.so that technican stand with my mother whole mri scan time toke with her after the mri mother bleesed him ask his name and he say.o p jha.i appreciate for your help.then giral come dexa scan ans she is toking to very with my mother and dexa test complete but there is problem in printer so she call another trchnican come and solve problems into 2 seconds that the same gut who help mother in mri scan time.then i thanked him.my mother later tell me he is good guy and brilliant technician his future is bright.than you again mr o p jha to help my mother for everything.i mean it.if i had any test or mri i will surely come in orbit.again thank you for your help mr op jha

Best MRI centre of delhi NCR. They are providing best quality report. Reception staff is too cooperative.

It was a total waste of money. They asked me to see my ultrasound (done somewhere else) and then copy pasted the information in the MRI done by them. Don’t go for it as they compromise with the quality of reports

I did MRI from here because they have wide bore machine (silent machine) and have very reasonable price. Parking can be an issue as it's located on main road. Location is easily accessible, through metro just 500 meters away. Battery rickshaw will charge u ₹10. Found staff to be little rude. They didn't tell me for how long i have to wait and just kept ignoring. I had to wait for 2.30 hours! That was the only negative i found. Otherwise all good.

Worst place to get your test done. Over priced, totally disorganised, staff doesn't know how to talk and staff also don't what is going on their lab.
Better to go for other place for test.

They promised me to provide my RTPCR the next day. But the labs were locked up the next day and they weren't answering the phone. I had to miss a flight becuase of them.

We have doen ct guided FNAC and got accurate diagnose on time. No lab given this facility Thnx Orbit staff.

They give good discount, roughly 50% on expensive tests and scans. I got my billing done on 1734 hrs. And I was taken for MRI at 2045. Such a long wait, but no prior intimation about waiting period at the time of billing. People who stay at far away distance will face problems. There's no parking facility.

Really Its quality oriented centre. I got my CT guided FNAC pus and out and diagnosed AFB positive. I M suffering from last 2 yrs due to misdiagnosis. Nw i m feeling well and getting proper treatment. Thnx orbit staff for copration.

1) Overpriced 2) Prefer doing non prescribed tests as well - I had gone for MRI but still they instisted on doing x-ray as well 3) Reception staff is very Unprofessional, I had requested them to email my report however even after requesting on day of test, and calling them 5 times to email the report, had to go and collect the report. Don't recommend going here.

Third class service cockroaches roaming around they will call u at 8 in the morning for ultrasound but doctor comes at 11: 30 am till the time u have to wait empty stomach very unprofessional and unhygienic.

They, dont even deserve a single star, most unethical professional staff I have ever came across in my entire life, they give me appointment for 1: 30pm & made wait for around 4 and half hours, reason.they will put all their known freinds or relatives or whom so ever in between of my turn to get my tests done and made you wait for ever, & so when i objected about it they won't even bother to respond properly! It was really disgusting,!

Awful place. Don’t go there. Disorganized, dirty, takes forever for a simple X-ray. The people that work there are arrogant, do not communicate, not helpful at all.

Unprofessional uncthical practice bill given without GST NO. I never suggest any one to visit this center no patient right oriented. No proply reporting time. Just try to make fool them

My experience was excellent with orbit imaging and pathlab. My Mri brain test done from orbit imaging and pathlab. I got report within committed Time.its very nice lab.provide good facilities.

These are definitely bunch of thugs who steal and misguide people. It is not a diagnostic center but money making shops. I was having cysticercosis in my arm and went there for mri test. These thugs forced me to have x ray (it has no correlation with muscular disease nor suggested by my doctor) I asked them to have only my mri and result to which they provided a wrong thesis and detected nerve sheath tumor and also putting a question mark in reports. What kind of doctor they have who put question marks in reports. I sincerely request everyone not to waste there money on them. Medix diagonstics near pulbangash is far best in diagnostics.
