It was my first holiday visit with orchid hospitality. It was a mix experience as there was a little problem with first hotel regarding electricity but service was excellent and after complaint to orchid hospitality management they take action and change my hotel and it makes my experience great.

Good room with good view
Hospitality was very good, staff member was very cooperative
Best part is shopping complex is very near by, all good food outlets was there

Pool area was very near and clean with lot of greenery
All over experience was too good

Orchid hospitality is great service provider. I had booked my stay for kerala through Miss Rajinder Kaur and Miss Tanya helped me getting the best class services during trip. They followed up well for my comfort and memorable trip. Would recommend to opt for their services.

If you buy membership vouchers (package) from them, the sale team will talk with you in very great manner. If you don’t wants to become there member they will insult you in front of others. Very bad. Meeting location: Panipat. Hotel regency. Date 15 July 2023

Recently (during August 2023) myself and family been to Munnar & stayed in Leaf Munnar Resort. One of the wonderful, well maintained property i have seen. Food and hospitality provided by the resort was wonderful.
Thanks to Orchid group for making our first travel through Orchid, wonderful & memorable. Looking forward many more to come!

It was a great Exp. As advised by Mr Dheeraj of Orchid Hospitality (Reservation Deptt) we were having only free breakfast but managed to get Buffe Dinner at nominal charges.

The good locations like kashmir, andamans, ladakh, maldives, auli which they are offering in their membership are all under exchange category for which they will charge you extra i.e. Membership fee + amc charges + exchange location fee. Since I have purchased the membership, they have almost moved 4 locations under exchange category.

Loved the experience and very good behavior of hotel staff, breakfast, room cleanness as well as orchid too. Simran was very cooperative nd gave efforts for arranging the cake.

Highly non recommended resort.

I travelled in June 2023. Worst location, very deep and surrounded by forests. Approach to resort is very unsafe in the evening. Way to resort after 6pm is closed due to wild animals threat on the road.

Visited Munnar queen resort.
It is good resort to visit with family. Orchid team did great job to allocate this resort for my chosen destination of Munnar. Food was not having much options, it is limited but taste was ok considering south India location. Roof top pool was main attraction of this resort.

Recently I stayed at Golden Tulip in Gurgaon which I have booked through Orchid holiday n hospitality. It was a splendid stay with complementary breakfast. This was my second service from the Orchid holiday and hospitality and I had a good experience as usual. Hope to get similar Services in future.

Please check the location before purchasing membership as they are
unavailable at major tourist destinations like Ladakh, Kashmir, Auli, Varanasi, Andaman. These places are in exchange for which they charge nights plus huge exchange amount.

I have a very good experience in hotel and everything. It was my first 5star experience and it's awesome. Even my wife felt much happy about the hotels and the room. I had good experience with the customer service from orchid (sheetal). Orchid team (sheetal) made the process of room booking easily and also it has wide variety of different hotels at the location. We are in the process next planning holiday already. Thanks Orchid for this

First of all thanks to Orchid Hospitality and Holidays reservation team for providing us such an amazing stay in Pushkar. We got this very nice, clean and amazing property (Clarks Safari Resort) with full of greenery and view in Pushkar through Orchid Hospitality and Holidays. Rooms are clean and big enough to easily accommodate 2 Adults + 2 Kids. Food quality is also good.

Thanks to Orchid Hospitality and Holidays reservation team for booking our family stay with Clarks Safari Pushkar resort. It was overall very nice experience with amazing view and full of greenery. Overall Stay and our check-in process was very comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Food taste and quality was good. My both kids have enjoyed it alot.

First of all I would like to thanks Varsha who suggested this property from Orchid Hospitality & Holidays side and also not to forgot the hospitality she demonstrated from the point of booking the hotel, till I check-in and check-out from the property; once again thanks a lot Varsha for caring. Next coming to Resort De Coracao property, its simply awesome from all angles. Resort is well maintained, staff is very much helpful (some smiles rarely ;), food options are good at breakfast buffet including live counter for egg items and main highlight is the location of this property is perfect to reach any locations in Goa, as its exactly in the main road and almost center place. Surrounded with lot of restaurants, super market at front, pizza shop, medicals, wine shops and what not. And almost all the Goa tour packages (South & North) will cross this place, hence its easy for you to board the buses with less or almost zero walking. Calangute beach is just 10 min walk from this resort which is another added advantage. So overall my family vacation experience in this monsoon in Goa along with stay in De Coracao resort was just awesome and I highly recommend this to one who is looking for stay in Goa.

We got our hotel accommodations done from orchid at Hotel Ramada Alleppey for 2 nights. The property is really good and the staff members were also very kind and helpful. The room given to us was also clean.
Overall a really nice trip we had at alleppey.
