Their customer care service is as bad as hell. No one wants to solve query. They just ask you to move from one person to another. I haven't rrcieved a hardcopy of my twowheeler insurance which i renewed in July till now.

I required a No claim bonus certificate from the company. I have called so many times and dropped them mail 4-5 times. Still there is no response from the company. Ms Mandakini Balodhi the agent doesn't pick call or reply to mails. She confirmed that she will send the certificate in mail till date I have not received yet. My experience with the company was really bad and will never book policy again from here. I suggest please don't book insurance from oriental. Very poor customer service. Disappointed.
