Ortho care Dr Gopal Goel

I have been visiting Dr. Goyal since my childhood. My whole family consultants Dr. Goyal for any ortho related concerns. Unlike the other " money grabbing" doctors in janakpuri area he has never advised us to go for an unnecessary surgery (yes, i have taken second opinion several times). He might come off as rude to some people as he doesn't do small talk and to those who have visited other doctors who treat theirs patients like "customers ".

Once I met with an accident in Janak Puri west metro station & injured my right leg while going to my office, from there I came back to my house & contacted Dr. Gopal Goel in C4E Janak Puri. He asked me about the accident & checked me thoroughly and treated me accordingly. With his treatment I was fully cured in due course of time I was fully satisfied with this treatment.

Doctor gopal goel is a good behavior. I havebeen treated by him. He always helps the patient. It is my best experience

Extreme rude & unprofessional doctor.he doesn't know how to talk & behave with patients & patient family.very arrogant doctor.we went to his clinic in emergency.he just misguide to the patient family just to make more money.very very money minded doctor.will never ever recommend this doctor clinic to anyone.

Doctor Gopal Goyal is a very good doctor. He had treated my mother, she is absolutely healthy today.

My wife had a hand strain and visited this doctor clinic in janakpuri. The doctor was extremely rude and lacks professionalism of how to talk to a patient and WHERE. He started giving prescription on reception and insisted to get x ray done when we kept on saying that patient is not hit by anything and it is a strain and if he could help us with the reason for this mild pain. He was so rude and shrugged off as if doing favour to us by consulting even though he charged 700 which is very high in comparison to his service standards. Later he said to wrap bandage and when his staff started doing he stopped him at last minute. Doctor tone was extremely bad and intolerable even this time. I strongly recommend that he should work on his temper and body language. In addition I don't think he is a sound orthopaedic.

We went to another doctor who said bandage in this case is disastrous. IMAGINE. Our decision to immediately consult another doctor worked and she is feeling better now.

Doctors needs to understand that money is not everything.

I met this doctor on mata chanan devi hospital, He waited us for an hour without any significant reason, and told us MRI report is not ok. Without examining properly or may be because we met him in general opd, i consulted with city scan they told us report is ok. He wasted our one hour in hot summer. And then i told him they are saying report is ok. Instead of feeling guilty or something, he started misbehaving and showing his arrogance and cheapness that he qualified for doctor but not for humanity, May be everything get ok, if we meet him on private and gave him high fees.
