Pathetic services. Inexperience staff. Non cooperative especially when you get treated in panel. No transperancy of what they are doing and and the outcomes.

There were power cut in the ICU Room for about 15 to 20 minutes which is not good for any patient. After some time the generator was started and then the light came on. ICU Room is like General ward. Untrained nursing staff.

Dr. Arushi Physiotherapist, done treatment excellent and we got pain relief 90% still we are ongoing treatment. Reception staff are well behaved and good nature.

Orthopus Hospital at Najagarh is the best hospital facilitated in rural area having availability of senior most surgeons in ortho, plastic surgeons and neuro surgeons at nominal cost, also there is the best facility of 24 hrs services of experienced doctors availability.

Even after telling the hospital staff, handwash was not given in the washroom.

I'm highly delighted to share my review for ortho plus hospital. Most advanced facilities are given at a reasonable cost. They are dealing with numerous patients daily in a well systematic manner. Highly qualified and we'll experience doctors are available here 24x7 The staff behaviour is really impressive especially Dr. Gaur He is so polite in nature and does all the formality on her own I will never see such helpful staff in other hospitals.

All staff are very good. Special thanks to doctor's. Everything is comfortable. Biling and insurance system are very smooth.

The overall experience with his hospital was very pleasing. The staff is very supportive and guiding. This is one place i will recommend any close friend or relatives for any kind of treatment if required.

Worse services if you are in serious condition.yesterday we visited with a child, instead of the caring 3-year-old child they were focusing on admitting him.after admitting him, the did say we have one staff to take of the dental issue, but he left so no treatment will be done.it's horrible and was simply unacceptable in any medical condition.experienced doctor don't know how to treat a patient with xray and ct scan film.they said we need report because they cant understand the film.

Meals facilities are very bad for patients.
Housekeeping staff and nursing staff are not good.lift is not available.
Patients are suffer from taking one room to another for other checkups. There are slides risk

Even the doctor are too talented they can fit the cannula even in phone light.

Consulted with Dr. S N Mishra for ankle injury. Terrible person, can't comment on his medical expertise. Leave apart explaining or anything, he is extremely rude and if u commit a crime such as asking "What happened" even for the first and only time, he lashes out saying "Sab likh diya hai" For a moment I felt was back in some early century local govt hospital where people are treated ruthlessly in rush hours. And this happened when there were no patients in line or waiting for him.

A very good hospital for the people and villages around. Provides majority of the facilities to the patients. Highly recommend this place.

Nursing staff is nil experienced, some are doing their job with passion, but few nurses do not do their work properly, watching tv and talking nonsense most of time outside of ICU, and do not even attend the patients while they keeps ringing the bell. Do not work even after speaking. Hospital facilities are also not good, ICU is useless, medicines are also available more than cost.
