OSSAM Clinic - Dr Alok Aggarwal

Worst experience.becoz the Dr.trtmnt is gud but his way of talking nd behaviour very rude infact he misbehaved with his girl staff in front of me. But the behaviour of their of girl staff very gud nd politely infact she was handling the patient very well.

Doctor bahut ache hai, meri leg aur foot mei infection tha, medicine se Dr alok ne theek kar diya, bahut ache se mujhe samjhaya tha, chinta hi door ho gayi thi.

I consulted Dr Alok for my foot pain and he had guided me very well with minimum medicines and proper physiotherapy exercise. He is best orthopaedic surgeon of East Delhi.

I consulted him for my family member for shoulder pain. DR Alok explained very nicely what could be possible reason and what are the precautions we need to take to reduce the pain. He and staff of OSSMA clinic are very focused towards patient care and well being with minimal medicines and tests.

Not a professional. Try to sell medicine from own clinic. Not available without even informing patients. Cannot diagnose actuall problem and just focused on his fee only.
Do not recommend.

Good doctor Alok treated me for my frozen shoulder. Now I m having foot injury, back to ossam clinic again.

Dr. Alok Aggarwal One of the best orthopedic surgeon in delhi NCR. He is very experienced and knowledgeable surgeon. He does various types of orthopedic surgeries including joints replacement, spine surgeries, endoscopic surgeries, interlocking etc. He is having special interest in knee joint replacement. He gives good time to each patients and take utmost care. I am totally satisfied by given treatments.
My mother in law mrs Reshma Parveen was suffring from Hip pain since long time and was not ablento do her routine activity with out pain.she was operated for the same but problem din't resolve tried so many doctor and treatment.but no help with the treatment.
Then we came to Ossam Clinic (Krishna Nagar) and meet Dr Alok Aggarwal & he advised surgery for Total Hip Replacement.she was operated 6 month back and result are outstatnding she was able to walk daily the next day of surgery.
Thanks to dr Alok Aggarwal and team.

They prescribe medicine which only and only available in their clinic at the very high prices.now the staff will say that medicine are branded.let me tell you medicine is medicine.generic medicine too works well, but they are cheap so they will not suggest them because they will loose chance of extra earning.if you are looking for economical doctor then surely you should not visit here.

Dr Alok is very good as a Doctor and as well as human being.
I personally visit his clinic for treatment।

Nice clinic and Dr Alok. They followed all precautions regarding Covid-19, there was no crowding as all patients are called by appointments in gap of 20-30mins, temperature screening, oxygen saturation and pulse rate, hand sanitisation were being done. Highly recommended orthopedic doctor.

Good doctor and clinic, cost effective treatment. I got well in one week, doctor is very prompt with his diagnosis and prescribe required medicines only. Highly recommendable for bone and joints problems.

Very good doctor, he explained everything about my elbow problem. In 5 days i am back to normal, although doctor told it will take 5-10 days. I am so happy, thanks Dr Alok and Ossam clinic.

This doctor is very greedy and money minded. In just one visit, he will try to squeeze all the money out of your pocket and try to show he cares for you. Here is my experience, I went there after reading positive reviews. He checked and recommended many medicines, some were related and rest medicines like multi-vitamins, vitamin D, gas etc weren't related to the problem still added them to the prescription. I said we take multi vitamin medicine regularly still added from his side to sell them. This might look normal but now comes his greed. He started scaring us that if you buy medicines from outside, you will get duplicate medicines. He compelled us to buy medicines from him claiming only he has genuine medicines. He sells them at much higher prices and half of them (out of 7-8 different medicines) were prescribed as guess work. In his own words "The pain could be due to X, so take this medicine too".

When asked for discount, he didn't even less a single rupee from medicines bill and says, my expenses are very high so can't give any discount. I do not recommend him.

I had multiple joints pain, visited this clinic after seeing good reviews of this clinic and Dr Alok. I have happy to visit such a good doctor, so humble and he gave us full time explained very well about my joints problem.

He is one of the fraud doctor.all of the reviews which are describing him a great doctor, all are fake.he has no knowledge. After looking these good reviews, I visited there last month for normal ankle pain. He prescribed me medicines of almost 1800/- which were not available at any medical store. At last we purchased those medicines from his own clinic.
He is not only prescribed medicine but also selling medicines at high price and he force his patients to buy medicines from him.he is very greedy doctor. And when I took those medicines I felt perfectly fine. But when i completed the course. That pain came again.he gave me the simple painkillers at huge cost.i will never advise any one to go there.

Dr. Alok Agarwal is the best ortho specialist & pediatric doctor in East Delhi. Suggest in every right way he can. My 13 yrs son was suffering from perthis disease & every doctor suggested for immediate operation, so we were in shock but he is the only doctor who suggested to wait n check if bone is developing in right position & don't panic. He is really down to earth doctor.

Dr. Alok is very knowledgeable and sincere doctor and he takes pains himself to make sure that you are out of your pain. Besides his theoretical knowledge, he also is a good surgeon. Would highly recommend him for all your orthopedic concerns.

A wonderful experience throughout the procedure. A severe case of implant. 1 plate has been removed now however the other one is still there which gave some trouble. I have already started to recover completely with minor pain.

He was the only one to give me hope of this implant and he did it. Thanks Dr Alok. It was a pleasure having this surgery done by you. I hope you will find another way to get the other plate removed as well in future.

Excellent doctor and surgeon. We go to him for my 4 years son-Avyaan's trigger thumb treatment and have received accurate assessment, medication and treatment during whole surgery process.
