OYO 11505 The Villa Classic

1. Really bad way of communication with guests. 2. No parking facility just mentioned and when you ask for parking it is charged Rs 200 one time in case you go and come back pay again and that also away from hotel. 3. Risky to stay with partners or family as you can't rely on such persons. 4. No lift and begins from first floor. 5. Difficult to locate as no ground floor touch. 6. No interest in loss of guests assets as said on parking to park our side and police will fine you we don't have any issues. 7. Thanks to goibibo who rescued us and migrated to another safer and guests primary asset feeling place.

Worst hotel.worst management. Though we had rooms booked. They denied to give us rooms. Worsttt hotel

Pathetic service, pathetic staff, would suggest not to book this ever, water of money and time

Hot water was not available.manager promised to provide within 10 mins but did nothing.

An ok place.the staff sa are very courteous.neat place located in the main road itself

Staff is not trained. Manager is rude. I booked from OYO and when I reached there he refused to give room and said He is cancelling booking. Reason given by him is it's not economical to them to provide room through OYO. As it was not possible for me to carry luggage with family in search of other hotel I had to cancel OYO booking and taken accommodation from their desk. I had to forego OYO discount. Food is so so.

Good place to spend the night, good staff, only 2 places where OYO11505 looses, cleanliness and car parking.

Otherwise great place to spend the night after a long day of driving.
