It's a great place, clean Nd hygiene rooms staff of this hotel is also very helpful.there is need of improvement in food quality that's all together it's good to stay. Every penny I spent it's worth it.

Wosrt behavior of manager, no talking sense, and rooms are very dirt, housing keeping isnt work properly.

The room too small and not clean enough.elevator didnt work properly. Better choose other place. It is in hindu area.

My favorite place when I am visiting New Delhi. Near to Metro station, nice rooms, tasty breakfast and budget hotel.

I wish I could give this hotel negative ratings
I booked this horrible hotel using Yatra (prepaid booking), when I reached hotel at night the receptionist refused me to checkin saying they don’t have any information/booking with my name.
The stupid receptionist was not ready to check his entry, I asked him several times to check his digital entry but he seems to be an uneducated who still thinks we are in book and register era.
I shouted at him and called Yatra and made him speak with them. He told them we only take booking from OYO,
After maybe 20 to 25 mins he allowed us to checkin.
Let me warn everyone who is looking to book this cheep hotel.
Poor quality room, bed sheet and pillow cover not clean, stinking room and washroom, wall seepage.
Total waste of money. Not at all value for money.
Please think before you book this hotel.

Filthiest motel i have ever experienced in the world. Bedding was dirty on arrival! Cold shower. Entire room and bathroom were putrid. Food was served on unhygienic kitchenware. Inedible.
Motel is located in the middle of a slum. The pictures on the website are nothing like you will experience in person.
Then on checkout i was asked twice for a tip!

3rd class services, overprices with dirty bed and floor
i called 5 times in 2 hours for breakfast but they didn't server breakfast

SCAM! Do not promote this 'business'!
The owner of this hotel is in kahoots with a dodgy 'tourist office' and their associated drivers. I am genuinely blown away that there are so many positive reviews on here. Anyway, so I was taken here against my will and only when my Indian friend threatened contacting the police did I get my money back. Besides the fact I was scammed, I checked out the room and it looks NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. Bathrooms were disgusting, furniture falling apart, they wouldn't give me the Internet password etc etc. If you have the opportunity to get out of here while you still can, run!
