OYO 2082 Dwarka Hotel Delhi

Owner and hotel staff is not good and they always give late check-in or cancel your booking if you are booking through any aggregator like OYO.
DONT STAY IN THIS PROOERTY.

Good place to stay for longer duration. I was here for over a month. Good service and in budget

It's a guest friendly, hassel's free place. Value for money, budget facility. Conveniently located, as Sector 12 Dwarka Metro station is on a walking distance.

If you want to be near the market area, it is a nice stay, the rooms at good and having balcony in some selected rooms.the staff is very nice.and good room service wins the heart.my stay was cool.

Hotel is at prime location, about 300 mtr from Dwarka sec 12 metro station. Dwarka city centre is nearby. Staff is good.

, Nice hotel but Pathetic staff.
They checked me in at 6 am in morning and were checkin me out at 10 am of same day.

Never bothered to check for my actual name or booking ID.
Without my permission they checked me out of my room.
Later when I finally got time and checked thoroughly, I realised that they'd been checkin in and checkin out me in name of some other person's booking. While my booking was still not Checked in yet after staying at that hotel for more than 12 hours.

The two dumb lunatics at reception were clueless first and later angry over one another.
No one, Not one damn person from hotel apologized for the mix-up.

Had I been the Owner, I'd kick these two out the moment they do such antique thing again.

The hotel room on the other hand was good, clean with ample lighting and a big window. Servers were good and bathrooms were clean as well.

I'd go there again had I not met these lunatic receptionists.

Lovely hotel with lovely rooms and lots of room configurations to meet any size groups needs. Our group of 4 shared the Royal Suite and it worked out great for a very reasonable rate. The breakfast buffet was quite extensive with made to order omelets.

Everyone was very helpful and kind. We had a few questions which were answered. The room was comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed the guest package in our room and "thank you" for it. The breakfast was outstandingly delicious and plentiful with helpful and friendly waitresses who did all they could to make us comfortable.

I had a wonderful time! Very nice and friendly work staff with a very relaxed environment. The rooms were spotless and decorated lovely! My family and well as myself fell in love with the room and stunning views immediately. I just want to say thank you to everyone who helped make my stay a little bit better, it’s much appreciated!

We had a wonderful stay; everyone was very helpful and friendly. We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of champagne and our room was beautiful, the location was perfect. I highly recommend the Dawaraka Hotel.

My husband and I stayed here this last week and we found it to be an excellent place to stay. Everything was extremely clean and everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to this area and will recommend it to everyone.

I was very pleased with the room and the price our church group received at Dwarka. I loved the Queen size bed in the room, the tv.was nice too. It was nice and roomy, very relaxing. I really liked the room.

Recent stay at the Dwarka was just as wonderful as the 1st time. Friendly and fast check in- beautiful grounds- love the gathering area with fire pit outside was a great new addition. Breakfast was great! When in the area I will always stay at the Dwarka.

Always love going to Dwarka and staying at the dwarka. We try to make this an annual trip. There is always something to do or see at the dwarka. Food is great- nice being able to eat breakfast there-not having to go out and look for a place to eat that is open on Sunday

Great room for an amazing price in such a good location. Very thoughtfully designed, super comfortable, everything exactly where you would expect it to be. Heard good reports on restaurant and bar from Delhi locals but didn't get a chance to try them out.

Double queen rooms are typical hotel rooms, not overly roomy, but large enough for 2 people to occupy comfortably. Comfortable bed. Bathroom is clean. Fire pit on patio is a nice touch on a cool evening. Very good breakfast buffet included.

Friendly staff from the moment we checked in to check out. Rooms clean. Bed was comfortable. Noice level was minimal. Game room nice. Beautiful place to stay. Breakfast awesome. Location close to everything.

We booked at the last minute so we were unable to take advantage of the spa. The rooms are comfortable, trendy yet classic all at once. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Even though the ceilings appear to be concrete, you can still hear other guests quite clearly. Lots of street noise but you can't really do anything about that downtown Delhi. Room service was yummy and not overpriced.to relax and enjoy without having to leave the building.

A group of our friends went for the concert and we selected the hotel and performance package. The manager on duty was extremely helpful and friendly. He made our stay that much better. So much so that the other couples want to come back next year for another trip. The hotel should be rated five star if it isn't already.

I spent 5 nights at the Dawaraka Hotel in Delhi and highly recommend this place. The staff was unbelievable. My first day I was checked in by young man and her level of professionalism and personality far exceeded my expectations.
