Rooms were not cleaned bed sheet was very dirty and staff was not good even bathroom was not cleaned

This place it's a totally scam. The price for a double room bed it's 450 on the booking and when I was make the check in they want to charge me more than 2000 rupees, in the site said they have pool but no pool, the room smell very bad. And the people that works that are not professional.

Very bad experience. Not hygiene. Bathroom was not cleaned. They charged high amount. They didn't provided proper bill.
I will suggest everyone not to stay here.

A Oyo listed hotel but when you book a room online and go to hotel, he says you book for only one person and you charged extra for 2 people
But I booked again for two people but same reply, I paid online to Oyo and at last I cancel my booking, no refund, I lost my money
I think Oyo is not a good site for online booking
A lot of websites available in market but my Oyo experience is so bed
Not support me at that time when I recharged hotel by cab
No communication between Oyo helpline and hotel staff or management
Both are guide you for a different solution
Hotel reception says you have a no choice, only listen her and cancel the booking.

Worse experience in Delhi or Oyo what you see the hotel rate at screen that is not actual rate they charge three time.
I book this hotel but they send me another hotel without any reason. Hotel was so dirty.

This hotel is in really bad condition. Room is dirty.geyser of hotel room is not working. If u book hotel with oyo the owner of hotel change the category of room and fraudly increase your payment Photo and good review of hotel is fraud don't go there. Only the way of talking of staff and owner is good

I booked a room for an Officer who is in armed force. However the hotel management harassed him for one hour and also took extra amount for booking.

Dirty, unhygienic, Worst experience. Spits on the walls. Bidis/ cigarettes buds at the corner of the windows. Bathroom uncleaned for God knows how many days. Bad odor all over. No elevators. Not suitable for family. Didn't slept for minutes. Suitable only for one night/2-hour stand.

They are fraud people, I have booked the stay for 2 days in OYO app, when I reached to the property they changed the amounts from 780/- to 2500/- when I asked them why the amount is changed they said we cannot give at that price. Later when I checked with oyo, oyo said that it’s for early checkin they added 1600/- extra which make non sense because I booked for two days and I suppose to check in at 11 AM and I reached to property at 9: 30 PM then how come it will be an early checkin.
They are doing some fraud kind of think.

I suggest when they ask for more money please call immediately to oyo and clearify the amount.

Pathetic experience. I booked it through OYO and the guy at check-in counter asked to show my OYO app to get some OTP. But I realised he is giving rating for the stay himself on the app. I took back my phone and we were checked out on the app already. I guess a lot of positive reviews on the app are done like this. Rooms and washrooms were really dirty. When we told him that we are leaving, he arranged us for a new hotel nearby which was decent. But we had to walk all the way with our luggage.

When I checked in. Hotel asked me to pay double price of room. Hotel management said that hotel prices are so and so. If oyo booked room then go to oyo. Hotel staff was very rude and used rough language. I am disappointed. I will never use oyo services again

Refain from staying in such hotels.
U book hotel with oyo for 550 rupees and end up paying 800 at hotel so for total sum of 1350 it is not worth.

Not a good experience at all.the rooms and washrooms are very dirty. If I could I would have given zero stars for cleanliness. I had to complain to the front desk to get my room changed 2 times and then i got a better room, which was still not cleaned properly. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.

It is good. Don't go there by oyo app, they will not provide good service, Go there without oyo app, the guy will charge same price (600) as oyo offer you. What I like there is cleaning.

SCAM ALERT. Fraudulent. Extorting
1) extortion of money by tampering with bookings made on booking sites. We had the booking for two and was carrying a screenshot of the same.
Once we came to the hotel and gave our booking ID, the receptionist said that we have to pay extra since the booking showed only one person ka booking.
When we opened the booking app it had changed to booking of just one person which showed as 3 people literally 5 mins before giving the booking ID to the receptionist. Even though we had the screenshot, she didn't Co-operate at all.
2) unhygienic rooms. Even the hallways were filthy. Bedsheets were used and dirty and denied changing them. They did not clear out the room after someone checked out and had the audacity to ask us to " adjust". Bathroom was worse than public toilets.

3) services: There are no services.
Nothing. Nil. Not even water. Very uncooperative. Rude and abusive.

Legal action is required.

Oyo booking rate is completely fraud. They make you pay extra when you get there. There are just only drops of water coming from the pipe and also no service. Rest of all is good

Very bad rooms, cleaning is zero, they just provide rooms to new customer without even basic cleaning. If you call reception they will say they will do it. But no one listen. All time water issue. Etc.

Stayed here with my friend and had bad experience, booked the hotel via Oyo at 300 rupees and after reaching the hotel the management added extra 250 as damaging charges and asked him to pay 550 and they made him to cancel the Oyo booking and charged 500. The room is ok. Water shortage, broken bucket, bathroom is not good. They charge for the water bottles double price. My suggestion is not to book this hotel.

Most memorable Worst experience i had till date, •i booked for while booking i took screen short when i showed my booking on reception god knws kia chamatkar kia 1 guest ki booking app pe show hone lag gaya i showed them my screenshot then denied checkin i needed to pay 1200rs instead of 600rs • while taking bath pani khatam when i thought to call on reception after searching whole room found telephone under the bed tuta hua wires kta hua dhool jami hui, last option i had which was worst I TOOK BATH FRM MY MINERAL DRINKING WATER BOTTEL I HAD, • after that when i went down stairs to complain about all these they were soo rude that one of there service staff was a bit old age gusse ki nazro se dek rha, as if free me hum rhe rhe, • that too was not the end raat bhar cockroaches and rat everywhere in the room and washroom ki halat was soo bad gandi such dirty room that even paan thuka hua diwaro pe, i would highly recommend you all weather price high ho yeh low never go for this hotel its worst, and haan one more scam many review are good cuz they have 2 hotels combined in same building sharing same reception aerospace and aerofly, mine was aerospace worssstttttttt, and booking frm oyo which is a brand is shittt. Oyo having such cheapp hotelss is loosing its brand name.

Rooms were not at all nice. It was not maintained well. Don't expect much by seeing the pictures of rooms on apps.

Bad facilities, not hygiene washroom, tv cable not available, lift not working, very bad staff, giving rate by own from my phone. This is very bad experience visiting oyo very first time.

The worst stay ever I had, please don't opt this if you are with family or visiting to Delhi for any official work. The rates shown on OYO app is different and the price you need to pay there is different.not sure its oyo problem or the other.a mug is not there to bath and the geyser and other things in the room was terrible.the response they give is pathetic and worst.

Services were very poor. No water available, lift was not working and the parking caused me two times to wake up at night. There was no one to take care of the parking so i had to come down from 4th floor twice in my over night stay of 7 hours. Could nit get sleep which was the purpose of paying for a room

Though of giving 5 star review on first look. The hotel is cheaper and best in term of comfort, you get AC and everything. The toilet flush was not working properly. Hope management will take some action.

Never pre pay for oyo rooms. They hv a very bad payment rapo with hotels.
I suffered alot. And then they shifted me to some other hotel which was not at par with the booked one.

Recently booked multiple rooms in this hotel and all is not as it seems on the webpage.
At check in, the guy created problems and was not ready to accept pre paid bookings (as has been pointed out by other reviewers)
The rooms look okay at first glance but - the sheets have various marks on them (may be unwashed)
- the restrooms are in a really bad condition, flush was not working in multiple rooms and they did not get it fixed/even inspected despite repeated requests
- water ran out and we had to suffer for hours without it,
- they had no electricity for hours.

Worst thing happened at the end of the stay - I had to leave early and the women in our group had to check out by themselves, the guy at the reception forcefully snatched their phone and gave the room 5 star rating which is extremely inappropriate.
We go to hotels in order to stay comfortable and not to bear their callous attitude, bad services and misbehaviour.
I hope their management will look into it and take appropriate action against the people handling the desk on June 1-2,2022.
