OYO Flagship 77310 Sec 7 Rohini

I'm going hare since long time maybe 2/3 years but service is not so good sometimes they don't have towels mostly time blanket badsheet not so clean only you can stay in a room with door and bad in summer they have ok ok type ac they should have increase their facilities service and hygiene otherwise they lost customers this place is never first priority if you has nothing to book this is the last option

Room are so dirty not clean, not safe for couple
Staff was so rude and keep customer waiting intentionally,
Receptionist ask more money to check in customer

Worst experience, I must say this Flagship 77310 Sec 7 Rohini doesn't deserve even a star, no facility, no services, staff with no curtesy as mandatory in this sector, and most importantly they are blatantly engaging in fraud, misrepresentation and cheating to bonafide customers, as the pictures of rooms & other amenities on the website don't even match even up to 1% after visiting there. In fact reputation of OYO gets tarnished by including these kinds of flagship OYO rooms

You r just cheating the people. You have showed 600 room rent but the organizer received 800.

Worst experience ever. Already booked in advance but hotel person is not providing the room and instead asking for more money. When complained to oyo customer care, they r even worst and asking to give them the money Or cancel the booking.

Worst experience, if you were thinking about a decent place.
Dirty rooms had heavily stained bed covers, pillows and walls (with different body fluids).
Rest one can easily imagine.

This OYO Rooms Only for Bang Bang
Room available on low budget around 600rs
Washroom was not clean
Bedsheet are not clean
Ac and fan is working only.

I have no option for 0 star orelse i would have given that, trash hotel with trash staff, i booked with Oyo for 2 days, room was dirty with dirty bedsheets, washroom with leaking water everywhere, ac doesn't work and when you ask them, they tell it is like this if you want to leave then leave and this Oyo customer service next useless service they cant help their customers all they know is loot them and i have been in talks with them for 3 days and everyday they ask me the concern and put me on hold for 30 mins, sad, just boycott Oyo.

You book oyo at some price.they took extra.it's good for bang bang.unmarried couple are allowed

Only for 4 to 5 hour stay with couple.
Bang - Bang Room ll.
Sadak Chhap Room.
Washroom + bedroom Not Clean.
But very Cheap Prize Room? ‍️

A very stupid behaviour and services. I asked to lock my Room bt they did nt provide me lock.at last i went out without locking my room.i asked many times bt they did nt given.at last i went to other hotel.i asked for tea.bt nt provided, they said its a couple room and haha i was single

Worst hotel i have experienced in my life. Dirty room, insects on bed, no tv, poor hygiene, dirty bathroom, no bucket, flush not working, Payment done for triple bedroom and was handed with double bed. Manager not answering call. Would never recommend Oyo 77310, especially to anyone.

Rooms are very bad and not cleaned. They said at this rate rooms are in this condition. If you want take it otherwise leave it. I think bathrooms are not cleaned for the last 1 month. Very poor hotels. I will never use Oyo to get a room in my life.

Room is fine, not very good cleanliness.
Location is a bit strange but the room AC is very good.

If there was rating 0 to 5. I will rate it 0.very bad experience and very pathetic palace.staff was so rude they do not give u even water after so many calls.pls never go this palace never ever. I think it is open for s.x purpose only

Third class service.staff behaviour is so rude bed sheet, room wall all are dirty tv not working.floors are also dirty.no soap in washroom no toilet paper they not provide water also.it look like we stay at a road foothpath bt differnce is foothpath n dat room is ac.only ac is better

Everything is good except one thing is cleaning. A lil bit hygiene required but as per the budget it was nice & good.

Bed was broken.
Hygiene is not there.
The don't change the bedsheet I guess
TV was not working.
Lift is not there.

To summarise it is a Low grade with Dharmshala with AC

Very friendly and cooperative staff rooms are little bit? Off type but all over it seems pretty good

It's the WORST hotel u can even find in ur life.the guy who comes to deliver food to ur room even if it's a tea he ASKS FOR SERVICE TIP.like every single time it happens. AND TO BE HONEST THIS HOTEL HAS LIKE 0 HYGIENE.the toilets are really dirty and stained the door handles of bathroom and main door are broken.and in the night there is a guy who always opens the door and leave it open.

Like what to say if ur goining for any hotel.am not gonna suggest u this one atleast.

The room isn't cleaned properly also the basic amenities are broken. No service at all. Worst experience till date. Pathetic

Dont even think about booking room in this hotel. Worst experience ever. Had to adjust alot. There was very low water pressure for hot water (next to nothing). There was no wifi, no TV channels. They will just give you a room with bed. Expensive for nothing. Even the food we order from them comes after 45 mins, yes even tea takes 45-60 mins. Never book in this hotel if you want to be comfortable.

Good Staff, good and clean rooms, nearly 1km away from metro and Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Hospital. You can order good food. I personally recommend it for Everyone.

Broken toilet seat in the bathroom, well cleaned everything but guest welcoming not good as per as other OYO hotels.
