OYO Townhouse 013 New Friends Colony

It was a really bad experience, as the room, bedsheets were dirty and stained, not at all hygienic. It was all filled with cockroaches. Also no facilities of warm water in evening in peak of cold weather in Delhi. Bad service over-all

The room is not at all oyo townhall standard.
They are providing water in mineral water bottle but the seal of the bottles are open and they are saying that only one bottle will be provided per day.
They are not providing sealed bottle.
I Booked the room in the month on Dec and they said hot water in bathroom is not provided 24 hours. In morning only it will be provided.
The rooms are not at all well maintained. It looks like Oyo flagship hotel. It was not worth paying 2700 for one day. I know there won't be any action taken for this. They will just mention to give us another change to serve better. I am Just writing this for the other customers who are planning to book this Oyo room. Please don't book this room. You can get better room at this price. Please don't be fooled with the pics which they are showing in their website.

THEY OVERBOOK THEIR ROOMS AND THEN DENY CHECK-IN TO TRAVELLERS

A budget hotel located in New Friends Colony, New Delhi.
Found the room to be spacious with clean toilet. Food is available against orders. There are a number of food joints in the neighbourhood.
The staff turned out to be supportive and efficient.
Booked through OYO. Got a good deal.
A good place to stay while in New Colony area.

Bad experience to stayed with OYO group at Townhouse 013 New Freinds colony and business is not fair, as we had booked room for 2days ie. 05.0623 & 06.02.23, but due to services, cleanliness & lift problem i had left room on morning dtd. 06.6.23
neither shift in another hotel nor refund my one day amount rs. 2600.00

They are misguiding the customers. First I was shown price 2100 INR for 1 night and If I was paying using UPI the discounted price was 1550 so I made the payment through UPI but when I reached hotel they said UPI discount was not applied and I had to pay the remaining 550 as I was forced to pay because the booking was non refundable. So it's better to book some good property instead of paying over charge. Rooms were also not good as per the price. Over all experience was bad with the staff and Oyo. I was very disappointed with their service and scam.

Receptionist was really helpful and hotel is easily locatable. Just a tad bit expensive but else everything is fine.

Whenever I visit AIIMS, I stay here. Earlier the quality was amazing but over the period of time the same has been deteriorated. But still the same is decent and acceptable. Staff is supportive and you do get in-house kitchen service. AIIMS is really near by and cab/public transport is easily available.

Decent place to stay and safe for couples. The only problem is very average amenities, which is not up to the mark. Just acceptable.

The pictures are not real! Cockroaches in washrooms, paint falling off walls, broken door handles, unclean linene

This is as honest as i can get. Stayed there for two nights.
1. The room was pathetic. There were two mattresses and both were different quality and kept moving out of the bed. The bed was making so much noise even while you get up from it or sit on it.
2. The walls were dirty and stained
3. The blanket was stained and they refused to change it by saying all blankets are like this.
4. There was no mirror in the washroom and it was dirty as well with no soap or toiletries.
5. Gave just one towel for two people.
6. The floor of the lobby and even the room was coming off because it was wooden flooring.
7. Poorly maintained. No cleanliness at all.
8. AC was also not working properly.
9. Too much disturbance due to staff roaming around in the lobby and the otjer guests.
10. The door had to be smashed hard to lock it properly. And the latch was so tight that it can hurt your hand while you try to open it.
11. Even the hotel premise was not clean
12. No outside food allowed till kitchen is open. Though there indian food is good. Had golden veg thali. You can order from outside late night.
13. Waterbottle they gave us, the water was stinking and tastes like petrol. Then we asked for sealed bisleri bottle which was better.
14. The reception is not responsive. Only the food is okay that too what we ate.
13. The table and the floor had burn marks which is also the fault of the guests sometimes but it was terribly maintained hotel.
14. Would never ever go again or recommend anyone.

Had to book this hotel in emergency. Horrible experience! Paid in advance for two nights via Agoda due to the credibility of OYO Townhouse. Now i cannot even sleep on the bed as it is smelly. They didn't change the linens. Even provided other used pillows when asked for changing at least the pillow covers. Curtains have ink marks all over it. Walls and restroom have horrible stain marks.
Air Conditioner makes a bad sound while running. Cupboards and Gates and Bed side tables are all stained and filthy.
Toilet and wash basin are in such a bad situation.
Now even Agoda is not letting me cancel my second night's booking and OYO customer care are talking so rudely when i am asking them that i want to cancel second night's booking at least just because i booked through Agoda.
And the reception of this hotel is even not listening to my request for cancellation.

Please refrain from booking this hotel ever in the future.
It's better to book via even offline any hotel in any random place rather than any hotel via OYO.

My experience in this hotel is not good. I checked in here for two days, and in two days i felt some problems too. The staff was good, the main course food was okay it means neither good nor bad but Chinese food was awesome, The room was not properly clean. The AC of the room was not running properly, i complained for it but there was no solution i slept whole night without AC. There are some positive too about this Hotel. It's location is too good easily findable. If you're staying here and don't want food of hotel then you can easily find restaurants near by.

Too bad experience as they have power cut for whole night also i find lizard in bathrooms and cockroaches in beds

I've never had such a dirty experience in all the hotels I've been to?

I don't want to give even one star with such experience.

I have been coming for a long time. Till date I have not got good service in the hotel. Till today it has not happened that I have got everything right. Even today I can tell you that their TV is bad. It always and never works like this. The smell of the room is very dirty.washroom is very dirty
The service of this hotel is also not good. Restaurants take 20 to 30 minutes to deliver a water bottle and place an order.
If I ask someone to stay here in the hotel, I will refuse him to stay.
Your hotel pillow covers and bedsheets always make you dirty. He keeps repeating. Same Bedsheet & Pillow to every customer.

Rooms are good.
Staff is friendly.
Food is fine.
Room service is good.
But there are a lot of cockroaches in bathrooms.

This was truly a very good experience. Home-cooked style food, Clean rooms, Linen, Helpful staff, Centrally Located and value for money.

It needs maintenance.exterior was good but they need to work on their interiors.staff was helpful.

Very convenient to get the location. Room were properly clean and maintained, Staff support was also good.

Worst service by an OYO Townhouse property, The rooms are full of cockroaches and dampness.
The staff are very rude and un helpfull, Pathetic service and no COVID guidelines are being followed.

It doesn't deserve to be in a Townhouse category. I don't know why OYO is deteriorating its class.

Nice staff clean rooms all amenities are there like towel hand-body wash, digital HD channels ac work fine, safe place for couples

Very disappointed with the services as it's an expensive stay. There were no soap and towels available, mirror was broken in the bathroom and the main door knob was broken. There have been situation when we were locked outside as it got stuck badly that it the staff had to break the door knob.

I had a really bad experience. The room wasn't ready when we came to check-in and they made us wait for more than half an hour. Cleanliness is not proper. Staff is lax and unmotivated. Totally not worth the tariff they ask for. Definitely not a townhouse experience.

Very bad accommodation and comparatively very costly.
Oyo says their townhouse is unique,
Yes unique- 1. There are no center tables or any tables to eat. When contacted reception staff for this they say “ we provide old news papers to spread on bed, place food over it and eat”.
2. Their claimed high speed wi- if is an “ insecure one” my Apple devices doesn’t joint it.
3. Every furniture in the room including Beds are so weak and poor in quality that they can break or over turn any moment- “ handle with care”
4. Bathrooms are smelly and tap or flush wouldn’t stop automatically, you have to put your technical knowledge to stop.
I am regular customer of OYO and had taken lot of bookings from them but this is the WORST and LEAST VALUE FOR MONEY.

I have find Oyo town House as one of the best hotel in Delhi. The reason behind my review is the staff is very Fantastic and helpful and ofcos the hotel as well.

Awesome hotel.interior, facilities and superb services.would love to stay there again whenever next time will be there in Delhi.they have a good and polite staff and clean rooms proper furniture and tasty food.have aweome variety in breakfast and in dinner.loved that

Hotel was good with valet parking which majorly not available at other locations in Delhi plus the arrangement wHich was amazingly managed with good facilities

I had the worst experience staying in this hotel. There isn't a single thing good about this hotel. The sheets were not changed and it was dirty. It looked as if they jus made the bed wit the used sheets. No basic amenities whatsoever. Not even a bottle of water. No bathroom Mats were present. Pathetic service. Wait. Hang on. They don't even know how to treat customers. Morning breakfast was below average and there were not even tissues present. When asked for it we were told that hand was was in another floor and we had to go there. Overall this was probably the worst stay in my life ever. Definitely a big NO.
