Having a bad experience, lots of cockroaches are in the room.room service is also not as per standard I ordered some food and they ask me to pay the bill immediately in night 11pm.

Very bad, They don't know how to talk to guest, very rude behaviour of receptionist and charges extra money.

Worst experience. I would never recommend this place …. They charge extra money without any reason… even they ask to check out earlier …

We have stayed 4 Night in this Hotel.

Price: 1916/- Per night for Double Bed Room

* Rooms are Good.
** Rooms switches, Power plugs, are damaged or useless

* No electric kettle for hot water.
* Service is really very poor. Whenever you ask for room service they took a long time, and whenever you ask them for fresh bedsheets, towels, pillow covers ever time those are in laundry.

* They provide first time mineral waters after that for each bottle you have to pay 50/- per bottle. So I'll recommend buy the same from outside.

* Bathrooms are small, and there is no Bucket or mug available, they have showers and hand showers.

* Otherwise, bed is big and relaxing, AC chilled, Water force is very good.

Overall I'll give rating 2 out of 5.

As per Price, like below 2000/- it's quite good. If you are paying more than 2000 than go for another choice.

Hotel troubling Customers for Bill.
My friend stayed their and he was arguing for bill till next 7 days after he leaft hotel. Finally after forcefully taken bill by visiting hotel physically again with man power.

I booked a room for a client here who was visiting from another city. Turns out the rooms were extremely dirty and when I asked the receptionist about changing the room he smirks and says "8000 ki booking mai yehi milega, warna hyatt jao".

The reception is dim lighted and dirty. The rooms are unclean and the staff is rude.

Worst place to visit. They even refused to refund the booking. Finally Oyo intervened and got me part refund.

Never ever book this hotel.highly unprofessional reception staff.i got my booking from Agoda with included breakfast. This man denied my booking, asked 500rs extra beside my prepaid booking. And denied for not giving breakfast.will surely take up this matter to higher authorities

I was forced to pay more than the amount I booked online. I had no other option but to pay more as I didn't want to ruin my visit to the city and had work to do. Then I found out that there are other people who also got scammed.

Nothing good about this place. They'll make you pay extra that too not through Oyo app but on their own UPI. Would rather suggest an AirBnb

The room was clean and comfy.
The behaviour of the front desk and staff was not at all cordial, they were rude and completely unprofessional.
Also the room was booked by OYO customer care guy for 12 pm instead of 8 am which I specifically told him for which my brother was asked to pay extra for early check-in.
Hospitality sector is more about smiles, politeness and making guests feel at ease.
I would say the place has a lot of potential as I believe in its the people who makes the place not just the building.

YOO Town house is located in C R Park area of Delhi South is in convenient location for transport food etc with moderate rate with convenient entry

Behaviour of staff is very bad and rooms are so stinkyyy, they'll always gonna charge you extra no matter what price is reflecting online, they charged us 2k and forced us to checkout of the hotel in some hours. A BIG NOOOO TO THIS HOTELL!

The person sitting at the reception was denied us our booking. We had a room booked from OYO. Once you reach the hotel they increase the charges of the room. I showed them my booking detail, also i had payed the total amount to the oyo in advance and the person at the reception describing himself as the manager of the townhouse was so rude and told me in a dirty way that you had paid to oyo not to us, talk with them, i will not give the room as we are not able to see your booking into our system, after-that when i asked him to show me my booking onto your system he got afraid and accepted that my booking was showing into his system but he fraudulent made checked out immediately from his system and told me that your booking is now showing a checkout and if you want a room now, you have to pay me 3k and also we provide escort services too if you want we can arrange it for you. This is the shameful activity he had done to me today. I’m filling a complaint of this hotel into a police station and i guide you not to go for this hotel, they do disrespect & misbehave with the guests. Shame on you guys!

Worst place and fraudulent Managers over there who can edit your bookings too make you feel embarass and delay your check-in.
Everything is over charged and they don't pay heed to words or emotions.

Oyo app is completely fraud when u book the hotel it shows completly paid and when u go to the hotel staff add extra money to reserve the hotel as they have acess to Oyo app

My worst hotel experience very bad staff, manager was very rude they’re asking for extra money for checking otherwise they will say you can cancel the booking.

I booked the room for 1500rs but then i reached there, I don’t know what the guy sitting at the reception did with my booking that the price for my booking goes 2600rs automatically then also they checked me in before i reached the hotel, also the room was small and full of cigarettes smell

Very bad, representative person asked for the double amount of room while check in late in the evening on the app booked room and pre paid also. I need to talk to headquarter from Neatherland then the booking was cancelled. And I got the refund. Face in convenience because of the dirty behaviour of the hotel. Stay away from these type of properties.

The hotel expedited the rates every day without any improvement in the service and without any prior information.

1. THEY LEAKED MY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO SOMEONE WHO CONTACTED ME WITH THAT AND PRESENTED HIMSELF AS A HOTEL STAFF AND SCAMMED ME FOR 12K BY SAYING THAT IT I DIDN'T MAKE THE PAYMENT BEFORE CHECKIN MY BOOKING WOULD BE CANCELLED.
2. THEY RUN SOME SHADY BUSINESS IN THE GROUND FLOOR WHERE THEY GIVE ROOMS TO PEOPLE WITHOUT ICARDS. SO THIS PLACE ISN'T RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES & BUSINESS TRIPS.

If you leave the location aside, nothing is good about this hotel if you are planning to stay any longer than 1 day. They don't have ample staff to handle the footfall in the hotel. Leave that aside, the staff are not trained and well groomed. Added to that, the rooms are not well maintained. As you can see in the pictures, there were marks of spit on walls, the wash-basin in the bathroom was damaged and unlike the images, there is an old window AC instead of a split AC.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Faced issues in both Oyo and the hotel side.
* Oyo: Came to a major issue with the booking. For some reason Oyo 'upgraded' by booking on its own and charged me 2000 extra for it. Called the Oyo helpline, absolutely no help. Tried talking to the hotel staff, least bothered. Spent about 2 hours trying to work the issue but broke down and paid the extra because Oyo was charging me 1600 for even canceling the booking. Did not want to wander around for the next few hours to look for another hotel so took up a room. Oyo needs to seriously work on its customer support and issue-solving system.
* Hotel: The rooms were less than average. Property maintenance is negligible. They showed me 3 rooms and none of them were even okay. Had to ask the staff to clean the room and change the bedsheets and pillow covers altogether because they were filthy. (Photos attached for reference) AC was a joke, the tv did not work, no remotes worked, and most of the plugs and switches were broken.
The location is the only driving factor, but there are plenty more hotels in the same location which is far better managed than this.
The owner should really visit the property once in a while and check up on how badly it's managed.

They are so fruad, they are doing scam trust me, i booked room in cr park oyo, i paid full booking amount before check in at oyo app, at the time of check in they denied me ask for more money, & never recommend this property, they upgrade the room in there portal so u have to pay more more, be aware from this property, staff is so rude. Zero hospitality not taking Oyo bookings asking for more amount saying oyo is giving room in very low amount moreover saying talk to oyo we dont have rooms i suffered entire day say come to us directly or else managing another booking from your end we dont care i hope you reading the feedback

I was denied stay. I don't know why. They said I have 2 friends one female Ane one male and they have denied our stay as we can't stay together in one room as only 3 males or 3 females can stay or family members only. They have not mentioned in Oyo app.that 3 friends can't stay together in one room and they have also not refund our money they have taken our full money It is fraud hotel and plzzz should stay at there and I will complain about this issue to higher concern authorities.

Once you reach the hotel they increase the charges of the room. They keep on asking for double the amount or in our case just leave the hotel. The images do not match the actual rooms. We changed our room twice just because it was smelling too much also washrooms were smelling because of cigarettes. Also, the rooms were not available at the time we reached the hotel we had to wait so that they could clean the room on the spot. For some reason, they locked the washroom doors with keys. And no towels or toiletries were provided neither the switchboards were working beside the bed. You won't really expect such service from OYO Townhouse.

This is little more than a low level scam. Sites like Booking and Agoda confirm bookings for a low price and when you show up, the property executive (Rohit Joshi, in my case) denies any record, and forces you to book at a much higher rate, taking advantage of your desperation and exhaustion. This is grossly unethical and a persistent issue.

The rooms are mediocre at best with moderate hygiene. Did not bother eating here, so cannot comment on the food. Wasn't provided basics like towels and they refused to give me a room key! Insisted that someone from the reception will open the room each time, which I found incredibly bizarre.

One of the worst oyo and they loot people. They cheat their clients and take money in the name of waste food and staff is cheaters and fraud and uneducated. Never ever go here

Small yet great rooms, overall the service and food was delicious. Great work on the space management

The worst place. Reached there at 12 am at night and was informed that the hotel was overbooked and they didn't have a room for me. They knew of the problem since afternoon, didn't bother to communicate or work on a back up. Says it's an OYO problem. They finally shifted me to another property. When i reached there I was informed that it is overbooked! 1 am in bitter cold now I. Looking for a place to spend the night. Worst system of OYO and highly people unfriendly. The customer helpline says we are full on calls and will call you back. I got a call back at 8 am! So much to customer service!

Rooms are much smaller than the price charged. Food is terrible. Staffs are ignorant. You have to call them time and again for regular services. They have only one hair dryer for the entire guests and keep it rotating taking it from one guest to the other. However behaviour of the staff is polite.

Pathetic stay, breakfast is horrible with same menu, you will get only aloo jeera and hard roti's. Butter kept for bread spead is like stone, no Jam. One guy manages all. Has to ask for bath towels every day. I regret my decision of staying here.

I regret not booking a five star property and instead going with OYO just to be frugal. The photos are deceiving for one. The bedsheet had holes in it. The toilet wasn't the best. Room service was bad. I am not expecting five star but there's a thing called maintaining a standard. Never coming back. Ever!

Can't say how good this place is. Absolutely worth the money with good clean rooms and delicious food.

Easily one of the best places to stay in Delhi. Located very close to the Greater Kailash metro. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff are extremely professional. Food quality is very good. The range of options served at breakfast is impressive.

Room cleanliness is maintained. Complementary breakfast is not up to the mark. Washrooms stinks. Water is contaminated and not good for usage. Hotel be rated at 3 for the purpose of ambience.

Totally unprofessional staff. 3 rooms booked together and informed hotel for same in advance but they give separate rooms. No option in breakfast. No tea kettle in room. Totally useless hotel

It was a memorable experience for me and my family at this hotel. The staffs were friendly and helpful particularly Mr. Gaurav Karan, Gaurav Bhandari, Mrs. Shamsarah Khan, and Ms. Juhi. The quality of food served and services were awesome. It was indeed a home away from home.

The rooms were well maintained. The staff is helpful. The food needs a bit of improvement and upgrade.

Worst experience i had received. The hotel staff was totally irresponsible non supportive. Late check-in and the breakfast is horrible totally unhygienic.outside foods are not allowed and the food they are serving was horrible. At every step they were checking your patience level. Location is at walking distance from metro station. None of them will guide your room. Room condition is horrible not suits on the trade name small compact room with totally unhygienic balcony.

The hotel is conceptually very good. Things have been arranged in the rooms very well. However, there appears a human resource shortage in the hotel. They delay in serving food and completing service request.

Rooms are of average size but well decorated. There appears good cleanliness standards in rooms. Wash room is clean and contains separate space for taking bath. They provide good quality of toiletries.

Food quality of the complimentary breakfast is not satisfactory. There is no fruit element or vegetable salad in the breakfast. The no.of menu items provided is also few. Apart from this, the dishes are also not well cooked and contain excess oil sometimes.

Staff's behaviour is good on average but there is a serious problem of delay in execution of service requests. Sometimes, they even did not complete service requests.

The Hotel is small and at a good location and in a good locality.

Breakfast service need improvement. One person should be there at buffet in order to manage if food is not available or sufficient.

Budget hotel with very basic amenities. The staff is courteous but considering the size of the rooms and the lack of any frills one doesn't value for money spent. Is next to the outer ring road, and getting any form of transportation is extremely convenient whether bus, metro, three wheeler or taxi. Parking is a major issue for visitors though, as there is no hotel parking space

Very good 4 star property. Great location. Near metro station, in the green leafy surrounding of Panchsheel Park in South Delhi. 10 minutes from GK, Nehru Place and on the outer ring road.

The place is good actually very good. But i gave it an okay because what they have shown in the app is completely different from what you get. I asked then if they had bigger room they said they have suit room and in the app also they have given photos of suide room. So one comes with an expectation of bigger room and what they get is a very smaller room compared to that. Oyo premium or oyo flagship are much better than this, price wise and space wise. So I would say it not worth what you pay.
Also the most important thing. It may seem that they have a top notch bathroom, but its not. The bathroom is well equipped with all the technologies i.e a variety of sprinklers, but actually all that was a waste. The water pressure was too much, it was hurting rather than cleaning and most importantly the drainage system was awful. It is possible that I might had got the worst room. So whatever this review is because of the room.

Nice well maintained property in CR Park, New Delhi. Service was really good. It was a comfortable stay at this hotel.
