OYO Townhouse 604 The Royal Galaxy

I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel for a weekend getaway, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The lobby was beautifully decorated and had a grand, luxurious feel to it.

Very very poor experience, will never opt or recommend any other for this hotel, really pathetic

The staff at the OYO Townhouse 604 The Royal Galaxy were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They went above and beyond to assist me with any questions or concerns I had during my stay, and were always available to offer recommendations or suggestions for things to do in the area.

He check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. We were given a brief tour of the hotel and shown to our room.

The are really cheaters. They get booking by oyo and then ask customers to pay the amount the desired. I booked from oyo at 780 and they asked 1600 for booking. I had to book bcz I was not on my personnel vehicle. Cheaters cheaters

Rooms are really good for the price. Very spacious and clean with all amenities. Location is not good. Staff is polite. City centre is nearby for eateries. Hotel food is not good. Okay for the price

Horrible, never stay here, stinky rooms, staff is rude, no toiletries in the washroom, bedsheets dirty, tv not working, ac no remote,

If you book from Agoda or ola and pay in advance they simply tell you to pay again, they are not accepting adv payments

Rooms are pathetic, no light in bathroom, lift wasn't working, tv wasn't working, AC wasn't cooling, wasted my money.

Service is absolutely not up to mark, wash rooms are not spacious, cleaning staff is really slow.

Worst hotel I have seen in my entire life, doesn't matter how many time you ask the staff or the manager to do something they keep ignoring you and make excuses for everything. Would never recommend anyone to stay at this place, you couldn't found any worst hotel than this even if you try

Pathetic, Impolite receptionist, not once they would care about customer service or satisfaction, instead they would make every efforts to show their disrespective and cheap behaviour. The property claims to have "King sized bed, mini refrigerators", in their rooms yet at the time of check-in we didn't find any of it. We were promised to get these amenities, but later on they straight away denied. Post having a disgusted argument, anything we requested for such as tea water etc, everything was taking more than an hour to be sent. If this wasn't enough, on the checkout day at 10: 30 AM when I asked for tea, the receptionist told me it's time for me to checkout which felt so disrespectful as if we were staying there for free and were being asked to get out. Never coming back here. I'd rather give my money to someone who respects a customer.

Stay 23-24 December 2021, booked via Goibibo. Kindly do not book your stay at this hotel, this hotel was a big disappointment. They are basically looting the guests and overcharging.
Sadly we were denied check-in saying they don’t allow online booking or payment. They charged us ₹2000 on spot whereas we paid ₹1500 when booked online (had to cancel the online booking.) The staff was very rude and unprofessional.
The rooms on the other hand were very unclean and small. Specially the washroom. Water from washroom was leaking to the rooms as well. Would not recommend.
Menu was overpriced as well for a hotel providing such substandard services.

Worst experience ever. The rooms are really dirty. When I asked to clean, staffs denied. It's very cheap. Please stay away from it.
