This saloon is totally time waste. They doesn't provide salary to there employees. And they are also unprofessional. They don't have any kind of knowledge. The all staff is a scam. And the behaviour of this staff is wrost. And specially nikhil Gupta is a sammer. He provides fake cheque as a salary. And the tstaff is using third class material in their sevices. Don't go there preffer to go other saloon.

Worst haircut ever. They don't know what style to cut according to the face shape and hair volume etc.please don't go there. Go for other places like looks and it's pretty near

I have no idea how is ozone still up and running.

Utterly unprofessional. Until now the haircut service has been excellent. But today they just assigned someone who still needs to be trained. Only care about making money, they just don't bother about service they offer.

I swear by this place and their staff. For hair, Suman is, by far, the best hair stylist! Her decisions for hair treatment, hair colour, hair growth and cuts is to swear by; it comes after a lot of expertise and knowledge. Raju is the best for pedicure and Deepak, the best for head massage n spa.
I highly recommend this salon, only expect the best!

Ozone is one of the best salons in Gk 1 Mblock market. Not just because of their services but the staff us par excellence.the best being Manjeet.have been coming to him since last few years.ever smiling face with good skills and extremely polite.im very happt coming to Ozone. I had my bob hair cut with mr.shaan.he done amazing hair cut.he’s so polite and experienced.he’s so perfect in his work.i am so happy and satisfied.also the staff is very helpful and friendly.i had very good experience. Manger also very sweet and helpful. Thankyou shaan ️️️

Nails didn’t even last one week, went back to get them fixed, said they can’t do anything. Shocked! Never coming back

I would never ever recommend this saloon to any one as they are very unprofessional & are never sorry for their behaviour & services. After applying hair color on my head after an hour they said they are running short of water & so I had to go to the next geetanjali saloon for my shampoo.very very unprofessional & disgusting n they charge me full money for this. I had to pay here too & at next saloon too for the same. Even managers & staff knew the incidents happening here daily.

Unethical behavior of manager here.wen we requested for them to take care. I went there for my streaks service And after applying chemical and color on head. They said we are out of water so please wait we hv sent someone to get 20 litres jar with which we will wash your head as we are running out of water due to some water problem.my hair got damage due to over coloring of time too and even than they are not sorry and never apologize. Stop visiting Gk 1 branch guys if you really care of your hair and services.

This salon claims to be a luxury salon but has literally has buckets lying around for hair wash as they never have running water. They treat their customers with utter disrespect and rude behaviour.

These Guys are THUGS! They charged me for 45mins foot massage despite me making it clear twice that I want a 20min massage.
The employees and the owner are very oversmart and they charge unfairly. All their reviews seem fake or bought. Absolutely pathetic experience service and behaviour.

I visited the Ozone GK salon for the first time and had a really good experience. All their employees were so welcoming, hygienic, polite and wearing masks. Specially Mr. Harsh did my hairstyling and spa with Shareek were really good at their job, Ms. Pawandeep did my nails with so much precision and patience, Raja who did amazing pedicure was also good at his job. Must visit!

Always a great experience! The place is full of energy. Hats off to Neeru who has been a delight to be served by. Very professional and a hardworking woman.who always manages to convince her clients to avail more services! Thanks ozone team for the pampering! They are literally one of the best in the business. From the ambience to the expertise, you would have literally no complaints when you walk in. I got my hair styled from Asif, and to me, he is literally like an angel. He not just changed my hair but changed the way I look, COMPLETELY.
On top of that, they are one of kindest and most polite group of people I have met till now. Nobody should second guess, if they are planning to go to this salon.

Ozone has lovely lady professional called Deep for nails.great listener and can understand what I want. Shes young and very eager to do her job well.i like working with younger people because they are open to experimenting. Deep is patient and very methodical and did a great job on my nails
