I know Dr PC Ragtah, a structural designer par excellence, who always strives for top class, innovative engineering design solutions. A treasure of tremendous knowledge, innovations, creativity and practical experience.

Don't be fooled by the high ratings as I was. They are all fake, given by people known to him. I had hired Dr. Ragtah to seek advice and check the construction of our home in Karol Bagh. Either our 552 sq.yds.home is too small a project, or they just don't care. He quoted a price of 75k, which I thought was okay. We gave him the first installment of 15k when he first visited the site, although no construction had started. Then came the problems. His software couldn't open the files sent by the architect. I asked him to coordinate with the builder and the architect and send a person to get paper drawings. I am in the US. I kept calling him and messaging him, but he stopped responding. The builder was building at full speed, and ultimately I gave up on Dr. Ragthah and hired another person. Now it has been more than 50 days, and I am so glad that I have another engineer checking the construction.
