The pool is overcrowded. The people that come there have no clue about personal hygiene. I contracted Covid from a person there who openly coughed onto my face. Worst experience ever.
Pacific sports complex coach mr Pahuja is very rudely. He is providing swimming coaching to whom paid / Hire personally. And sports reception people taken charge of swiming coach classess and saying mr. Pahuja is trainer of classes. Management kindly look into the matter. Mr. Pahuja is very Rudely and not providing swimming classes perfectly.
I have learnt my swimming from Coach Saddam Hussain and have rejoined recently after the Pandemic. He had taught me well and is still contuing to do so. I am very pleased with his teachings. He is a very good coach.
Swimming and gym are not that expensive tbh compared to other gyms and swimming pools rest assured you can even put hold on your card if you're ill or going out and can't go regularly
They don’t have trainers for small children. They will just take ur money and provide somebody who will b least bothered to teach. So if u have a small child plz don’t join here or atleast don’t pay for a trainer. Absolute waste of money
It's a good place, I have learnt swimming for one month duration with the help of instructor. The instructors are good for learning swimming. Thanks to Sundar and Rajender Sir. Water is clean, changing rooms are fine with the lockers facility. Staff is also coordinative.
It's good but there is a lot of crowd Don't pay extra for the instructor as he won't come after you to help u out, but will be busy teaching the toddlers The crowd is friendly and helpful It's better to take advice from a fellow swimmer than to waste money on the coach
The washrooms/ changing rooms are very horribly maintained. There's absolutely no sense of hygiene. The entire area seems so poorly managed. There are mosquitos everywhere. There's no soap in case you want to wash your hands. The lockers are in pathetic condition. I have attached pictures. Don't think I need to say anything more.
I used to go for swimming classes at Pacific Sports Complex which I continued for 3 months. We had trainers there who taught us all sorts of swimming styles- free style, under water swimming, deep dive, back stroke, breast stroke, Pool is 6.5 ft deep and finally after continuous learning, attending morning classes at 6 am for 2 hrs every day, could do swimming at this deep pool. There are other sports activities there too- gyms, etc. We really enjoyed for 3 months.which was all together a very rejuvinating, energizing learning experience and I always looked forward to step into the pool to learn something new. Facilities are good too. Without Cap & goggles it's not allowed to practise. There are washrooms to take showers & change which were clean & hygienic too. Safety is being taken care too. During summer holidays when school children used to join, it used to be extra crowded.it's about pre covid time.
First day took my son for coaching and had worst experience with their coach Mr. Ahuja. The works as per his own time and decide whom to teach and whom to neglect.
In case looking to learn swimming here make sure it’s not Mr. Ahuja
Standard swimming pool size filled with folks coming for their activities. I signed up for swimming and trust me its worth every penny. The pool is quite clean and well maintained. The changing rooms are okayish. During the summers too many people come down for swimming during the evening hours, yet one can make space and swim comfortably. There are coaches available for those who wish to learn how to swim.
The swimming pool is very chaotic and crowded. It's like a village pond where people come to play and lounge. No enforcement of rules regarding people with long hair (men & women) wearing swimming caps, wearing proper swimming costumes or recording videos in the pool. Not for serious swimmers or even if you just want a workout. You can't do one lap without bumping into someone. There are no separate lane for swimmers who want to do laps. The changing room isn't the best either with half the showers not working. It's sad as the pool is olympic size and has so much potential. The management needs to take some serious steps unless they're content making money running it like a village pond.
I liked the swimming pool but did not like the staff here. Especially the manager talks very angry and shouts. That's why I will comment that don't go here.
The people here are so angry that if you go then you yourself will know how, please change your anger and the way you talk,
I did not like the swimming pool at all because the staff here, they do not have the skills to talk at all. He talks so much and with so much anger that anyone can get angry.so my experience is very bad for here.
There is a girl Shivani is another boy. The manager is not the way these two talk at all. In this way, if any customer will not come to me, then please improve your way of talking.
Management is not concerned about GYM infrastructure, if we ask them that something is wrong here they ignore and say this is not the problem. In short we have to survive with that.
Few days back GYM ceiling fall down and few people just mange to survive although it has been fixed but there are multiple points where water is leaking on GYM floor and management is not concerned about it.
This place is full paisa wasool place. Great gym facilities with free dance, zumba and crossfit training classes. The main attraction is the swimming pool. One Olympic size pool with awesome filtration facility definitely one of cleanest pools in DELHI NCR
It's located in Lajpat Nagar. Good place for swimming, shooting and gym. For swimming it's 3600 including GST if you are a swimmer. If you want to swim for single day it's 500 rs. You can also learn swimming with additional learning charge. You can also buy swim suits and others gears.
I'm a member of this sports complex, which implies swimming pool, gym, zumba and many other activities you can do there within affordable prices, there is also a big parking space
Staff here is not copretive. Some sweepers don't know manners. Are totally not inrested in cleaning.if you will complaint at reception they will tell you your mistake instead
The most unprofessional stuff and coaches if you ask the outfit price from 3different worker they will tell u 3different prices worst coaches they speak like illetrate and they don't have since of speaking I was inside the pool he pulled me and said• Tu bahar nikal• I was about to drown highly not recommended they will take Ur money and kick u off with bad behaviour.it's same as pay and get insulted.
Unprofessional place specially coaches behaviour is very unprofessional I had take membership of one month I went only one week the behaviour of coaches are like street boys and they fight with our team.
Apart from having a big swimming pool and loads of money and "so called"facilities, this place has nothing to offer. My kids opted for swimming with coaching, but the coaches never arrived on time. If they did, they would sit outside and chat, and only coach the people who are privately paying them. Instead of asking the coaches to be on time, they advise my kids "beta thoda late aaya karo". No option for flexi pacakages. Its a pure money making business
Not at all a good place. Totaly unhygenic. Place I sumbited my phone on reception and it was switched of before going for swimming bcoz I forgot my lock and when I returned I found it was switched on. Receptionist here are mannerless and uses slung language.
It's good with well hygiene maintained in pool with average performance of coach for coaching. It's open from morning 5 to 10 in evening. They are charging 3000rs + 1500 (for coach) + 18% GST for one month. But all the time I found lot of rush here as you can see in pics. I can tell only for swimming services. Thanks
