V poor service. We attended a marriage function there. Service was v poor.

Tables were left unclean and there was no one to supervise the waiters. We had to ask waiters specifically many times to clean up the tables. Even food counters were v unhygienic. Wet bowls being used for soups, no tissue papers etc etc etc. Cold food at many counters.especially now in winters.left us all v disappointed

Such expensive place and such poor service. Sad!

Recently attended a family wedding. It was a great ambience with a huge space for a wedding function.
Food quality was average, with very poor service.

Staff is helpful. I liked my stay. Food is tasty. But overall experience was excellent. Hotel follow full covid norms, proper cleanliness in hotel, staff is happy to help anytime.

Excellent experience, visit one of my friend wedding in property and find very helpful staff as they were all ready to guide guest for venue, notice few things which makes me secure after reaching property like hotel follow covid guideline, proper hygiene in hotel, complete cleanliness, decoration of the venue is excellent, food quality is like tongue licking just like Delhi-6 food.
Atlast i will thanks entire Palm Green Property staff for this memorable wedding and i will also recommend this property to all my family members for their functions and will definitely visit property whenever visit delhi.

The resort is not maintained properly with loads of insects and basic cleanliness missing.

The only good thing is the courteous staff.

Never, and I mean never in my life have I ever seen such a horrendous place to stay at!

The showers are not working. There are fly and mosquitos everywhere in the room. The ACs are placed badly and the worst of all, there is no water at night in the washroom. Would not recommend this god forsaken place and would recommend everyone to stay away from here. To be honest, I have way more complaints but I can't fit anything here. There are no CCTVs and there is a potential fire hazard as during my visit, I couldn't spot a single fire extinguisher anywhere on any of the floors.

TL: DR; Don't visit this place, you will regret it. Never visit it.

If it was possible to rate a place in negative, I would. This so called resort is the worst place to arrange a wedding for your family. We booked this place for my sister's wedding, and it was the worst experience ever.
The rooms were horrible. At the time of booking we were showed the best rooms the property had. But when it came to actually giving us those rooms at the time of the wedding, they backed out. They booked other functions in the same days and we were given the worst rooms which were like match boxes. It was so embarassing to have our guests stay in those rooms.
The rooms did not have hot water, AC was not working, there was no water in the showers. The kettles in most rooms were not cleaned. They literally has someone's puke in them.
Apart from the rooms the service was third class. No one is ready to listen to the guests concerns.
The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. We were charged for so many things, but none of it was actually provided.
They promised 200 items in the wedding dinner and in reality there were barely 25 items! They charged extra for the decoration and did not provide anything that they promised. The meals were prepared in such bad quality that half the guests got good poisoning.
This is literally the worst place you can book for a wedding. Monkeys can enter your room at any time and the staff is not answerable to any of that. Never book this place. The people are fraud and will only take your money. That even charged us extra for the rooms we did not even use! Very disappointing and the worst experience ever.

Third class no manegment roude behavior of staff third class food no wo true of customer only need money totally money minded people

Worst place to host any function. They will make all kinds of commitments & fulfill none of them. The rooms we booked were allotted to others & upon bringing this up, they said you'll have to adjust. We booked the property for 2 days & both the mornings there were monkeys roaming in the corridors. Pigeons entered the hall during wedding function. The service was pathetic. You'll have to wait for an hour to get any room service. No one on the reception picks up the call. You'll have to go down every time you needed something. The guests had to bring water bottles from the pantry themselves as they had no staff. No management. If you want something you'll have to wait for an hour or two or shout at a member of staff (if you find one). Worst experience ever.

Waiters were very rude, pathetic service they did not even served the groom and bride and the families. Food was also not looking fresh.we have paid extra for decoration and everthing.but it was not up to mark atleast not according to what they have charged from us. I would not recommend this place to anybody.as they are completely. FRAUD.

It's a big resort having loads of wedding venue.
3-4 weddings can be held at one time.
Amazing Decor and arrangements. Food is awesome and catering is perfect.

Place is nice. Food is just fine. But you won't be able to even reach the place as it is not easily accessible due to heavy traffic which will increase your arrival time by 1.5 - 2 hours, MAYBE EVEN MORE!

Very nice resort for Marriage and other parties. The food, the service and the staff is all good. #valetparkingavailable so there is no stress of parking cars.

One of the best destination for wedding. They have lots of banquets, indoor outdoor having pools. The banquet are very spacious and the food is just amazing.

One of the Good Hotel & Resort in that full area. Especially Lawn No 1, is best amoung all as per space and all.

Reality: - Owner kam paise lia kr booking ke. Bahut paise khata hai yar tu. Kha jaiga bhai itne paise le kr.

It was quiet good but the traffic was very frustrating you should lead to the venue until 7pm, if coming from east of delhi

The overall structure and interior of the place are decent. Humongous room size give a grandeur feel which is amazing. Service and food are average which could have been improved which why it doesn't get a 5 star rating. Having a lawn and banquet halls it's an ideal place for weddings.

Okay experience. Was in there to attend wedding. Food was okayish. Lacks proper lighting and washrooms are pathetic.

I attended wedding function of a family member. There are multiple lawns. Pool lawn is really beautiful. Good space for parking. Food was awesome. Lawn was decorated really beautifully.

One of the few best hotel cum banqueting cum restaurant in this locality. Great service by Mr. Bhardwaj. Always first option for any kind of gathering. Conveniently located on the National Highway.

I have been here multiple times. It's a good place for organising parties and marriage functions. They have a restaurant on the ground floor which has a basic menu, but everything tastes good. They usually have live singing performance in the restaurant. They also serve liquor. Things I do not like are the dirty washrooms and staff's professionalism, both of which are important and should be improved.

Done booking for Sister's ring ceremony. Nothing was ready on time. They arranged the tables and chairs after guest arrived. Very bad experience.

Reaching any Banquet Hall on GT Karnal Road during marriage season is a nightmare. Same is the case with Palm Green! Food quality is not very good! Service is lack luster! Decor and ambience is just ok! Carpet has worn out and needs to be changed! Over all I will give five points out of ten for this venue!

Well can't comment on the rooms coz I was not staying in any, was there just for a marriage and can say the food was good

If you want your wedding to look royal and grand with mythic looking decor then this is the place for you! Their different halls look like they belong to a different era with the grand decor they offer. The food is good and it is a money wise decision to book this place for a wedding or just a stay. The rooms can improve a lot but good for the price one pays!

Best place for wedding or any other event or just for a comfortable stay. Clean pool, quick service and delicious food. Amazing experience

Nothing too good except the amount of space available. But location is such that entering and exiting took forever. The air-conditioning inside barely worked.

Awosome place to go. Nice cool and calm place to visit. With lovely interiors and eye catching views of the decorations inside is very impressive. Quality of food is excellent and starters they serve are delicious. Service of the hotel is prompt. Light music and good singers are present to make your evening more memorable and enjoyable. Love the place and location is also easily locatable and ample space for parking and in a place like Delhi it is having a good space for everything.

Good staff but some area is under construction & not maintained properly, still good place for marriages & other events

Best place for enjoy and entertainment and this have a swimming pool for enjoyment and we sure can enjoy and weekends we can take a room with family and there is no limit for our enjoyment and we sure think it is best place for enjoyment and I think u to can enjoy here with your family and friends

- no valet parking available

Gone on marriage party and found it out to be Good decent place for marriage and occasional outdoor events.
Food offered is of Good taste and more over soo much of variety is offered in Snacks and main course that found it difficult to even taste all the things offered.
