My experience was very bad I went there for x-ray for the dog but they don’t even know how to do the x ray

Excellent place for pets. Almost 50% discounts for stray animals.
A little bit seems to be costly but very nice.
X-ray also available in one roof

Dr. Vinay Kumar is a wonderful human being. Humble and explains everything very well. The staff is also cooperative, especially Mr Dharmendra.

Doctors who check the pet thoroughly and give the right treatment. What more can the owner need.

Someone suggested this place since I bought a new pet. As it was my first experience I did not want to take any chances and I am glad I did not.

This vet hospital is good, staff and doctors are nice and courteous and the place has a good parking ones vehicles and also for your pets to roam around.

Now I regularly visit for Vaccination and health checks at Panacea Veterinary Clinic Rohini Sector 3 as I have transferable job. They also have a X rays, Operation theatre for surgery with equipped Gaseous anthesyia etc. Dr Vinay and his team is highly experienced, knowledgeable and responsible.

It's slightly towards the expensive side but why would I mind it if my pet is getting good care and services. I would highly recommend this vet hospital to anyone who cares for their pets and wants good health care for them.

The place is very hygienic and the doctors are very straight forward. I specially liked the hygeine.the staff though somehow mixed my pets and we had to wait a little longer as it is usually very busy.

I want to thank Dr Vinay for providing vet services even in COVID 19 lockdown when mostly all other animal hospitals were closed.

Been taking my dog here since 2 years
No complaints except the boarding we left her there for 2 days and when we took her back she was too dirty, sorta looked neglected.
Prices are pretty decent and so are the treatments and grooming as well

It has almost all dog related products. Staff is well informed. Best selection of dog food and harness in nearby area.

Panacea declared that my dog (labrador) is NOT pregnant based on a x-ray report. I then put her on a weight loss diet. 10 days later my dog bore a weak and feeble puppy (200gms). Both my dog and her newborn pup are in critical condition. Still praying for my dog and her pup.please do not rely on any report by Panacea blindly.

They dont know how to talk to person, they just go say whatever they wanna say and dont go listen to you and go disconnect the call. No professional, bad behaviour, zero respect, unprofessional, better go to another vet, talk to another vet via call,

Getting treatment at any branch of Panacea is really a boon for pet lovers like me.

Dr. Vinay is very helpful and his knowledge is god level, I took my dog to him whenever required. He is always very precise in analysis of symptoms and give very efficient medicines.

The doctor is good. He has good knowledge and surprisingly humble. But I don't think the other staff have any knowledge at all. If not provided with any instructions from the doctor, they themselves have very little knowledge.
They said that chargers for street dogs were less. Turns out it wasn't, just a way to brings people to the clinic. But the doctor is good and give right advice.

I had visited panacea clinic 2 days back to get vaccination for my two bunnies. The doctor given it rabbies vaccination which I came to know after consulting some doctors in delhi that it is not required for rabbits.
After getting vaccination, rabbits stooped having there food. Its 2 days now and rabbits are not having food and not showing any movement. Today I am looking for some other doctor. Hope my rabbits get saved.
Just an advise, please check other doctors or information on internet rather than blindly trusting these doctors who will do anything just to make few bucks.

Staff is so professional and humble, they care a lot for your pet and always very supportive.
If you want your pet to be treated like home you must visit there.

This place is really a life saver if you want good and correct treatment for your fur baby. The only reason why i gave 4 stars in place of 5 is, a few staff members (not all) are a little rude and do not understand the fact that animals feel the pain too.

Treatment, Vaccinationa and grooming r credible & affordable. I have 3 pets and they are always treated by Dr. Vinay. Because of excellent services such trust and bond have developed.
