Recently I am having treatment from Dr Poonam Goyal. First of all i came to her as of great recommendations from my friend and now i can recommend her too. She is very professional and caring. The treatment is going very well, I'll definitely recommend her.

Panchsheel Hospital is an excellent hospital with clean and hygienic facilities. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help. The facilities are well maintained and the atmosphere is peaceful and calming. Overall, I highly recommend Panchsheel Hospital to anyone in need of medical care.
Dr Poonam goyal is so humble and approachable doctor.

Firstly i have to give the 5 stars only for Dr. Gaurav not for the hospital. I wish to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional ultrasound examination which was conducted by Dr Gaurav Katyal during my recent visit to panchsheel hospital. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of care and professionalism demonstrated by him.

I would like to highlight a few aspects that made my experience truly outstanding. Firstly, his ability to create a comfortable and reassuring environment was remarkable. Clear explanations helped alleviate any concerns or anxieties I had prior to the procedure. His expertise and knowledge were evident throughout, and it greatly contributed to my confidence.

Wast experience to visit panchsheel hospital my patient is senior citizens and chgs card holder however doctor said that I am not giving treatment because you're already getting treatment from Ram Manohar Lohia hospital

बहुत ही घटिया हॉस्पिटल है, मेरी पत्नी OT से वाशरूम के लिए दीवारों को पकड़ पकड़ कर वाशरूम तक आई मैं और मेरी मदर बाहर sofa पर ही बैठे थे मैंने पूछा अंदर कोई सिस्टर नही थी तुम्हे बाहर तक लाने के लिए तुम अभी पूरी तरह होश में भी नही हो, तो मेरी पत्नी ने बताया कि मैं चिल्लाती रही सिस्टर सिस्टर पर कोई नहीं आया, और मेरे सामने ही रूम में बैठा हुआ एक गार्ड फोन चलता रहा पर उसने भी किसी को नही बुलाया, मेरी वाइफ का D&C हुआ था, हॉस्पिटल स्टाफ और doctors की अशंवेदन शील व्यवहार से मेरा परिवार काफी दुखी है

They are thief and money minded people they take advantage of emergency people. They have taken double charge for my 5 month baby x-ray fallen from bed. Person seating on reception and person doing x ray both talked on phone for double charge as my mother was listening x ray person talks. Never go to this hospital in emergency. Also be careful with reception person.

The service is just beyond worse, with hospital staff behaving as if they are paying you to come to the hospital. The doctors prescribe so many placebo medicines such as vitamin supplements and other unnecessary medicines.which are only available at their medical store where you've to spend atleast an hour to get your medicines. It ain't a hospital, it's a place where you go to learn what you don't expect from a hospital.

There is So Many Problems with a this Hospital
1. This Hospital has So Small Corridor, it looks like a Chaal in Mumbai, just every space in this hospital is so small Like Bathroom, toilet, Corridor, Reception, Emergency room, Nursing Station every thing is congusted

2. This Hospital don't have any Specialist it self like Heart patient is treated by Md not by a Cardiologist
For any Kind of Issue Heart related, Gastroenterology related, Kidney Related This Hospital have only one Doctor for that I am so surprised.

3. Doctors Prescribed The Higher Cost Medicines while substitute tablets are available on Lower cost

4. Facilities are third Class but Cost is Higher according to that.

5. Staff behaviour is not Good, No correct information is passes

I do not know who give the permission for this Hospital there is no chance to survive in case of Major Accident.

If You are Concern about your Health Please Choose another Option

I will prefer Government Hospital over Panchsheel Hospital atleast they have Specialist.

If you are treated any disease so you are please ready to buy medicine on same pharmacy located in ground floor.

This hospital facilities are vry good. And All receptionist staff is vry good behaviour for every person. And All nursing staff is vry good behaviour for every patients. Doctor's services is vry fantastic.

Poor management, doctors don't even listen to patients and prescribe anything without even right diagnosis.

*Treatment is good.
*Maintain proper cleanliness.
*Doctor harsh mittal is very experienced and skilled.
*Staff is cordial and we'll behaving.

Dr Hash Mittal is any time best here if he is available

I was suffering from viral fever which turned into some infections and i was unable to stand since a month then before a week i came in this hospital where the doctor Mr. Harsh mittal sir i heartly respect him he's a very nice doctor and Mr V. K goyal he's a very gentleman and sister joyce she is a very nice behavior they take. Care of their patients like a family had an amazing environment must recommend if you ever feel sick must visit this place (Note - avoid sisters who are on training i had a moment with a sister i dnt know her name she was from henry harvicn academy she was worst i don't know maybe she was in hurry but because of her i had worst pain in my cannula she injected me like a hell and also injected that air from the injection i hope the management will take care of it I've complaind also) anyways special thanks to Mr V. K goyal sir, Dr. Harsh Mittal sir and sister Joyce god bless you all

This is the worst hospital I have ever seen. My patient was admitted with dengue, his platelet was getting low day by day and there was no response. Dr. Didn't give time to listen complains of patient or his relatives. At last we have to change the hospital. I will never visit this hospital again. And I will advise others as well to not go there.

Good hospital campare to near by hospitals, also the facilities of lal path lab inside the hospital, maximum all TPA applicable for treatment.

VERY PATHETIC SERVICE BY THE HOSPITAL STAFF.
They are firstly uneducated starting from receptionists, ward boy whatever.they are so voilemt and bad mannered.
Patients are waiting at hall for the doctor to assist them but doctor is busy celebrating birthday's having cake and samosa.patients are waiting since many hours.but they just don't value their time at all.

Sushma Saxena aged 65yrs was admitted to panchasheel hospital, yamuna vihar on 8th of June Wednesday, due to constant vomits and stomach ache. On the very first day she had ultrasound, Xray, blood test, ECG.
In ultrasound she was diagnosed with fatty liver and intestinal infection. Infection in blood. ECG was normal and xray was normal. Even though she was a patient of heart and lungs.
There was a doctor *Harsh Mittal* who is general physician, Who visit our patient twice a day.
He cured the vomit and stomach ache but swelling of her body was increasing day by day. Even we asked doctor Harsh Mittal about swelling but he always said it's normal, she is getting better. On Tuesday our patient fell down twice in that day. But still the whole staff including doctor and nurse was like she is getting better, she is fine. But on 14th of June in the evening she got unconscious and didn't respond to anything. When Our family shouted then staff got nervous and refered her to the tirathraam hospital and this was not enough they wrote a note on discharge letter that patient's family wants to take her to another hospital on their own risk. They even don't have emergency ambulance.
When we reached tirathraam hospital in emergency doctor told us that she has severe chest pneumonia. But panchsheel hospital didn't tell us anything about pneumonia. After so much struggle our patient Sushma Saxena died in tirathraam hospital, after spending 14days in ICU, on ventilator.
*Dr Harsh Mittal* was responsible for our loss.
I won't recommend this doctor, nurse staff and panchsheel hospital. Poor facilities, poor staff, bad behaviour of nurses and helpers staff.
I am not giving any star to this hospital. Very bad experience.

This hospital should get its name changed to- 'Patient under Panel group' as they offer sky high rates for the treatment. The treatment is as costly as 5 star hospital that a middle class family can not afford. Very much disappointed after seeing the services they provide at current prices. The patient bed and washroom (shared among other 3 patients) in attached picture are provided at 4K which is completely not justified. We generally seek treatment from the nearest and easiest options, now we regret to get tricked and end up here. Wish I had power to complaint against this hospital (with more elaborated details) on legal platforms.

Management is very poor. I came 2-3 times for getting my ward admitted but there was no availability of beds but thanks to Dr. Nishant Gupta who treated my child in OPD only and finally I got relief.

I met Dr. Deepti Gupta who don't have time to look at the patient's face and she prescribed me bp medicine for 3 times without knowing that I was already taking these medicines. Very money minded dr. I will give zero to this hospital.

Doctors don't come on time. They make patients to wait for long time. Better to go to any other hospital

Dr. Harsh Mittal is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my Father's health, but also he is lovely to speak with each patient at every visit during Hospital hours. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care.
From his excellent treatment, curiosity, investigative mind and ability to connect, he knows where to stand immediately and what next steps should be focused. I am thankful to Dr. Harish Mittal who took utmost care of my Father's illness (Acute Pancreatitis) and stood him up in a span of 6-7 days with good health.
I am very much satisfied from the treatment given at Panchsheel Hospital, Yamuna Vihar than Max Hospital, Patparganj for the same treatment where my Father was admitted last year in the month of August.
Panchsheel Hospital is also good on the other side. Nursing Staff is also co-operative, humble and friendly.
Proper hygienic conditions was there during our 7-8 days stay at Hospital w.e. F. 19-04-2022 to 27-04-2022.
Overall experience with the Hospital was fantastic. Happy to see my Father in good health with charming smile on his face again, all because of Dr. Harsh Mittal.
I highly recommend for Dr. Harish Mittal.

The management of the hospital is very poor. Considering the quantum of crowd that visits in this hospital, and the fact that it covers almost all the panels, the attitude / behaviour of the staff is very pathetic. You need atleast 3-4 hours for any consultation. Every doctor, every diagnostic centre in this hospital is always crowded. Apart from this, some not all, doctors and their assistant staff are very rude. I don’t find anything good here other than Dr. Dipti Gupta, who is vey good and very professional with her work. Sometimes I feel that even government hospitals are much better than this as far as the management of the hospital is concerned.

You have up address in aadhar card. Please you do not go for covid test. Because it happened to me.

BEWARE! GREEDY HOSPITAL and GREEDY doctors. I went to Dr RAJESH GUPTA for a minor finger injury on 14th sep. To my surprise he prescribed 5 days medicines of worth Rs 1200 which are only available at hospital’s medical store.

This hospital is located on the service read of C block Yamuna Vihar. A private hospital but doesn't feels so. Very bad experience. No parking space, you have to park on the road. And on road also limited space.
Consisted place. No space even for making a queue on reception. This looks smaller than a dispensary. This hospital is running just because of the panels. Cleanliness could be better. Hospital staff also doesn't feels much professional.

There are some doctors who do not have time to meet the patients. Even if they come, then just for two minutes. Food and cleanliness is fine.

Dr Harsh Mittal is a good doctor. I came to consult him for my mother few days back, he listened to all my problems patiently and gave me medicines which are quite effective. Now my mother is doing fine. I am highly satisfied.

Money making Machine hospital, if your treatment already done with all test by another hospital and you try to starting treatment here, they tell you retest all again its a process according to dr gangotri m.d gynae. This hospital for only govt panel person.

A primary health centre in Yamuna Vihar which is in CGHS and so many others panel. Collection centre of LAL pathology is also in the basement. All type of vaccination are available in the hospital. Presently Corona vaccination is also done here on the Govt. Prescribed rates. A huge crowd of patients are regularly visit here as there is no other option for panelists. I request to CGHS authorities to give other option nearby this hospital so that a healthy competition could be raised.

I had complaint many time about this holes in hospital but the staff didn't took any kind of action.
Yesterday when i was turning back my bike, my left leg got stuck in this hole.
Thank god i just faced some minor scratch instant of bone facture.

Worst hospital.they are looting the public with very high and unnecessary charges. It cost my almost 10 thousand for a temparary plaster in my feet but later I got to know that in any other big private hospital it will cost only 3 to 4 thousand bucks. They only prescribed medicine available at their hospital only not in other medical stores and that too at very high cost because they are taking commission from those medicine companies. While in other hospitals they will give you medicine which can be available at any other stores at affordable cost. I will never go to this hospital again and do not suggest anyone.
