Pandit ji Canteen

This is the best place in the University of Delhi campus to hang out and have some snacks and that too at cheap rates. They have installed a saregama carvan and renovated the canteen in retro theme so you can enjoy delicious food with slow music in the background in dim light.

Crowded place when colleges are open. Students friendly. DU, Hostel staff are also come to have tea coffee and food. Available Vegetarian food. Sometimes difficult to find sitting, have to wait to enjoy food. Staff are good and polite. Open restaurant. You can enjoy sunlight also, shedded option are also available. Difficult to find parking. Sweet samosa is famous here. I like paneer onion parantha and coffee there. Very old canteen. Newspaper cuttings can be seen in the wall frames. That tell the story of its oldness.

The go to place for many DU students.
Great food at an affordable price. No non-veg option. I love the Chole Bhature, white sauce pasta and maggie. And the coffee filter is a must.
Definitely worth trying it out. Have a wide range of variety, from Indian, to Chinese to Italian

I guess, every student who come to DU must have heard about this canteen. This is place mostly famous for sweet Samosa. The samosa with Khoya inside.

Good on price, good in quality.and a place to chill with friends or also with family. This is behind Geyer hostel so also known as Gwyer canteen.

I like noodles, paratha and ofcourse sweet Samosa.

There is amma canteen. You can have south indian, Chinese and much more. Students place. Taste is good. Good service.

Tasty food at reasonable price, only problem is that they don't have fans on all the tables. But if you are visiting in winters then it's perfect.

The canteen is very good. It provides a lot of varieties in food. The Samosa is really tasty, the tea I didn't find very good but Razma Chawal is very tasty.

Have been visiting this place for more than 3 years, it's still the same! That bhaiya is so polite and warm and the food is as always amazing!

My batch mates introduce this place in 2016, since then it become a favorite place in North campus. We discuss about the present situation, laugh, have fun and make a good memory from it. Every north campus person should go there and experience it.

For amazing food you must check this place, they suve many things like meetha samosa and shakes i mean everything you want, pandit ji is addha for partha lovers. You must go there usually at evening you see more rush rather than other times. So take your time whatever you want to go there.

Best place, if you want to carry some college days memories with you. Else the quality of food is just acceptable.

I don't know why canteens don't have filtered water or RO system. Perhaps because it opens another way for earning. This canteen serves you delicious food and snacks. It is loved by all students and foreign students nearby it's location

Place is nice and all but the thing is service in which they lack a big time. Moreover, Paranthas are real good but other things such as chilly potato and pasta (which we had ordered) was not so worthy. This place lacks in cleanliness too. But Parantha one must try.

Budget friendly eating point for students with a big open air sitting space. Though the good tastes just ok but is a popular hangout place for budget hangout amongst DU students.
