I booked a trip from Delhi to Agra to visit the Taj Mahal. The Volvo bus we traveled in was in excellent condition, and the staff were courteous. I would rate it 4 stars; however, I believe they could have offered a better lunch option.

Additionally, I had also booked an inside Delhi tour. While we visited many places, we didn't have sufficient time to fully explore TeenMurthi Bhavan. I suggest reducing the shopping time and allocating more time for TeenMurthi Bhavan to enhance the experience.

Not so good.
Their guide was very worst person, especially in Mathura. They forced passengers to purchase in a particular shops and didn't allow to go another shops. And then, they didn't stopped for dinner and alight at late night at Delhi.
Pls avoid this travel agency.

We went on trip with Panicker’s around golden triangle of Delhi, Jaipur and Agra. Our driver Balraj was very knowledgable and put our satisfaction as his first and foremost goal. We were beyond satisfied. He was do professional, respectful, kind and a very safe and excellent driver. I have to give him full credit in navigating the arduous roads of Jaipur to Delhi. My family and I can't ask for more

It was a horrible experience my phone’s lense got cracked and they’re blaming me for it and to top it off they’re shouting at me as if it my fault. Would not recommend it to anyone. Not respectful at all.

We engaged Panickers for our 4 day Delhi-Agra-Jaipur family trip. Panickers promptly picked us from the hotel exactly at the time we asked for. But the attitude of the driver was simply pathetic. Instead of gently suggesting alternate options, this guy sulks, challenges and misguided in executing our plans. He was also trying to dump us with the hands of guide/photographers and souvenir vendors chain. When we try to do elephant hiking at Amber fort, he was not ready to stop and adamant that ride can be done only via online booking. In over all he spoiled relax mood of our trip and created high temper environment for most part.
So please do not carried away with the name of the company and set your expectations exclusively about the driver upfront.

Panickers Travel is one of the oldest travel agents operating from Delhi. They have their own fleet and you can book the package through their website. Their staff is polite, buses are well maintained, hotels they provide are good and food arrangements are very good. I have booked the same day tour to Agra and a 3 Day tour to Shimla. Both of my travel experiences with them are very good.

Im disappointed that a well known company like this which is from from my home place and i expected atleast they have a proper management but all went wrong when i was with them for a trip
-Almost most of the people who booked here and prefer them is because of their name, a south Indian touch so that even though if any problem comes we can manage but its not at all true everyone here speaks Hindi and the route, drivers contact, passengers contact, is so so poor,
The two times they arrived at a hotel which was like already planned ya i know this is buisness but atleast they can provide value for money food i ordered a bofue which was about 230/- and thiz izz buiznesss, and the bill for their"professional bofue" as they mentioned it's not even printed, its a teared page from ruled Book

I had really a good experience with Panicker's Travel recently. I booked a kullu Manali tour, alongwith flight (TVM - Delhi) and paid a total of 41500 as advance+flight. But, unfortunately due to covid-19, the whole tour was cancelled. So, I requested for refund in their Trivandrum office. They refunded me almost the full tour amount and the flight ticket amount without any problem. In future also I will always book all my tours via panicker's travels only. I have been told by many of my friends that they are the best to book North Indian tours. Thank you Panicker's Travel.

Loved these guys. The host spoke English during the whole sight seeing which I really appreciated. I was on my own, but felt very safe with the team- host, bus driver and the conductor.

I had taken Delhi local and 1 Day Agra. Fort and Mathura sight seeing on 24th and 25th Feb 19. Excellent service, Polite staffs, Clean and neat buses, Good drivers, Excellent food arrangements in Agra. I am also from hotel industry. Now i realized why people recognize your travels at the top. You have set the bench mark for Excellent service!

Guides wasting too much time and allow little time to see monuments. Every 20 steps guides stop for unwanted lectures and finally push us to his preferred shops and waste hours.

They dont take tickets for any entry. They demand more money to travel from delhi to agra by volvo was 1200 just 200 kms

Good travels. We went a quality bus. A guide accompanied us who explained us about each and every place in a detailed manner. They managed time well and hence showed us all the places as per schedule. For lunch they stopped in a restaurant where the atmosphere was good. One good experience.

A very well organised site seeing trips within Delhi and Agra. Cross selling of products in fake shops could be avoided. Food in an affordable decent location is appreciable. Tour guides are well trained in planning and executing the trip.

I went to Haridwar and Rishikesh tour with panikar travels.
Panikar travels guide in the bus looted everyone, like he charged 500 rupees for a 3rd class room for fresh up at morning that too for 2 hours only.
And he took 150 rupees for local traveling which costs 40 rupees.
Even he made us to eat breakfast and lunch at his choosen restaurant for his commission.

Finally very bad experience with guide ARVIND.

Ticket price 450. They cover up most of the places. There is also a guide. The vehicles are well maintained. So I give 2.5 stars

Awesome service. Worth the money. They have so many years of experience in this field and is surely worth a try. I guarantee you that your money will not be a waste and will surely be of good use if you are planning to try their services. The guides they arranges are someone who has a very keen knowledge of the places we visit, and is also very experienced.

Had booked cab for my family.three of us. Delhi. Jaipur.agra and back to Delhi. 3 days. 2 nights.good service.from pickup at 4am from Delhi airport to drop back to airport.all were on time.we had a pleasant trip.no tiredness. Mr. Bharat bhai.was our cab driver.super driver.no rash driving.knows all places.aaraam se he drove us to all places.had a nice time.memorable trip.thanks to Panicker travels.only one suggestion.communication is more on email.please give time on phone also.

Nice travel agent for tours & I believe it is economical good for all type of people. I travelled with my family on 9th Nov 2018 (Delhi one day tour) & 10th Nov 2018 (Tajmahal - Agra fort-Mathura) trip - No complaints about the volvo bus. It was quite clean and comfortable. About Guide was good for Delhi & Agra tour.
I need to mention one thing they able to buy bulk tickets for Qutab minar & Agra fort why not for red fort & Tajmahal Guide say "kindly book tickets through online " it is unfair. Tajmahal Queue is always long standing line & one has to spend at least an hour to enter the premises of the Tajmahal during weekend.
Plan Delhi & Agra tour during weekdays it is leisure time to see places not weekend & festival time. I need to say they waste time in ITDC Delhi & Agra complex for shopping. Overall experience was good & enjoyed trip.

Booked. Got PNR number. Money taken. One day before travel, looked at the ticket. Your booking is not completed. Went to Panickars office. Gentleman at the desk was very rude. I had to book the tickets once again by paying another 4600 rupees. I do not know when I will get the money back. Imagine somebody on a tight budget.
Morning 5.45 reported. Breakfast at 9 am. Temp inside the bus in the afternoon was 33 degree as per their clock

Very old, reliable travel & tourist service in Delhi. Great track record. Very close to Karol Bagh metro station. Have their own guest house (with own kitchen) & tieups with other guesthouses too. All very neat & clean. Arrange local sightseeing & also nearby out of station places like Agra, Jaipur, etc. H ave their own wesite too & online bookings can be done.

I had took 1 week tour package with them for my Amritsar, Delhi tour. It was very good experience, they had taken care of everything as per the tour itenary and their staff is very professional.
