The quality of the products are really nice and what made my experience best was the staff. Especially, Shweta. She was so polite that end I up buying more because of her wonderful nature. I found the best place to shop the latest fashion in Delhi.

I landed in their store at around 7: 45 bit they told store is closed. The timing for store close is 8 pm. Everywhere customer service is must bit the lady, the way she communicated was so rude. I would not visit to their store ever again

Please change your staff.they feel uncomfortable to customers and laugh making joke customers very bad staff.totally disappointed customer service.otherwise dress is ok no issue.

I went to Pankh studio With my husband and daughter, I bought a dress was 2700 on 3rd of March 2022, It was loose for me, They said they will fit it according to my size, I got agree they told me to wait for one hour, So we went out in Rome around and it was new place for me I didn’t know much of a place to go and then of after one hour Went to that shop again girl there told me that the tailor was busy so they couldn’t fix my dress and he won’t be able to do it at the moment so they can’t give me right now they can only deliver it, Chiku told me that instead she let me waited for one hour and when I went to her shop and then she’s telling me that she can’t give me at the moment, I felt Awful that time, Since I already paid for the dress and now she’s telling me that I have to pay for the delivery charge, they send it to me next day by evening For which I paid Rs. 120, Check in the picture this is what I received that’s how they stitched my clothe worth 2700 I I hate it and didn’t wear it for my occasion it was looking so pathetic and local, I will never suggest anyone to buy from them, Total waste of money and they don’t even pick my calls or reply my messages after I received my product Super unprofessional

Best store to buy trendy and fast fashion clothes for girls, completely loved the collection, staff is super polite and helpful. All in all very satisfactory expierience
