These guys are the biggest liars in the world, you need to think 100 times before making any bookings with them. They will lie to you about everything they say just to get your money and booking, once you have paid they will deny everything and all the commitments. WORST CAR RENTAL SERVICE IN INDIA.

Seems they don't have the time to pick up calls & respond. Would imagine the kind of customer service they will provide once you pay them.

Very bad service and improper business practice they provide sub standard vehicles and are impolite, arrogant and irresponsive.

I don’t seriously recommend this car rental agency to any one. The most fraud and ethics less people operates this company. They will neither give you the vehicle promised nor your deposit money after the trip.

Very bad service, provide unmaintained vehicles at last moment and didn't even provide alternate vehicle nor refund.

Worst experience of my family with this car rentals. Provided a third class vehicle for the ride. With no proper customer support and charged in full amount, without any refund.

These guys will give you cars for a cheaper price, but its not worth as do not maintain their fleet even enough to be safe for anyone to use.

They gave my friend a car with an almost bursted tire for a mountain-region drive, and then forfeited his security deposit for that tire.

Do not book from here, book from anyone else, but not here. Even local providers are better than these guys.

Been 2 months, they are not refunding my deposit and every email says a date (False Date). Shameless People and worst GARAGE. (cannot call them a more formally). If anyone is visiting their office, please give them a packet of SALT.

They delivered a car which had its inside-tire cut without telling us, despite informing them that I am going to visit the mountain regions.

This cut was not visible if you look at the car from outside, that is what they banked on.

But such a cut could've easily caused a severe accident. Luckily, we saw that while on the way and replaced with the spare-tire.

AND THE FUNNY PART IS, When we returned back, they forfeited our security deposit stating that the removed tire is bursted and cut.

I've attached a photo of the tire aswell, which they deceptively claim that I've bursted.

Any car expert/enthusiast will be happy to easily confirm that it is not a cut which comes by driving just 600 kilometers, but it is in actual an old cut.

These people do not care about your safety or have any ethics and hence do not deserve any business.

I am basically from Kolkata. However, booked Innova Car for around two weeks from Pannu travels on recommendation of my brother in law who stays in Delhi. We went to Leh, Srinagar, Amritsar and came back to Delhi.
I would like to rate Pannu Travels 5 out 5 because of their professionalism right from the owner, Mr Dilraj to all the staffs - Vijay from the office to the driver Jasbir Ji.
I would definitely use Pannu Travels whenever need arise and highly recommend others to use Pannu Travels. Great service, keep it up!

Very expensive and rigid team. They don't know how to handle new customers. Very money minded company. Not at all customer friendly. Rather go to Zoom car. Much better deals and fleet available with them.

First they accept the booking of a particular car and get the token money, then the deny giving the same care and ask for further more money than that which had been decided earlier

Don't give security money via UPI or Bank transfer ever. They'll take months to return your money. And be prepared for wasting extra hours while picking up the vehicle.
And the AC of Ford Ecosport I took started giving problems that too in month of May that was horrible experience when u have kids in car.

No concern for their customers at all.
Money is their priority sir.
Do your math, then take the vehicle.

No proper response from the customer care. The day before our trip was starting we weren’t sure if we will be getting our booked car from them.

We have paid full advance and after paying the full amount we were worried if even we are going to get the car. We had booked the car from selfdrive their online portal which has no reviews.
Then when got to know about the parent company which is pannu car rentails.

I think the have crazy scope of growth if they will be able to give proper service to their clients. People like Neeraj, Vijay are the worst people who are working at the company because they are least bothered about clients. They do not even call back at the time of emergency.

The car which we booked was Thar and was 3 months old and was in good condition until the last day.
I hope their are more people like Mr Ghanshyam in the company who actually care about customer service and the importance of customer’s time.

Pathetic service. When i go to there office to take a car (Which i pre booked) they did't provide me the car i booked and there behaviour is like "This is the car that we can provide if you have any issue then you can can cancel your booking". They ruined my family trip. They attract you with low price but also be ready to face these third class service.

Highly unprofessional team. They are here.just to trouble the customers and really dont care anything about the customer's safety.

First they gave us car with no horn and side mirros not woking.
Second when we called their support they said we cant help you in this.
When we told this to the manger at the time.of.returning the car he misbehaved and said aapko pehele check krke batana chahiye.
As if its our duty to inform them about the horn. There team should have inspected the car and done the routine service of the cars.

The worst car rental available. Rude staff, unreasonable charges and the condition of cars is not good either. They can literally charge you 20k for a scratch which makes no sense. Never rent a car from PANNU.

Bad Experience.
This is jst a small information about selfcar hire services from Pannu Cars Delhi. BEWARE OF THE FRAUDSTERS.
I hv taken the Selfcar from Pannu Cars, Dwarka Sector 12, New Delhi on 6th Jan 2021, He asked me for booking you have to pay sum advance amount of Rs 2000 in his company account through online which i hv did and he has given me the time to deliver the car within 1 hr after receiving the advance amount but from Morng to Eveng he has not given me any car, after so many calls he has delivered the car at 4.30 pm and done all the inspection and made the agreement and taken Rs 1000 for Driver delivery charges, 5000 Security deposit which is refundable, and 2200 Rent Per day charges for 4 days, i hv paid the advance rent also through online, when i hv came to return the car, he requested me all the way to come to his office in dwarka to return back as he does not hv his driver, so on his request i went there, then he started given me the calculation of Rent Per day and 1 day penalty as per the agreement half day rent, i hv told him to deduct it from my deposit then he argued with me and told me tht you are 2 hours late for the car delivery so your deposit is forfeited, and no money will be refunded. So the thing is clear if you are paying deposit for car hire then your amount will not get refund becoz u r late for 1 hr and thts because his driver was not there and he requested me to deliver the car. So pls beware of these kinds of small frauds.

Kept heavy security deposit of 20k and deducted all of it for minor tears. Didn't share the speed cap details. Keeping a speed cap is good, but they don't inform beforehand. Ours was capped at 80kmph.
Worst rental service. We booked through selfdrives.in. Go for known reputed car rentals. Don't get caught in scams like pannu rentals.

Very bad experience with Pannu Car rental. We chose this because we had limited budget and the prices were competitive. But then we had to lose more money. Because they charged 20k security deposit when they had said 10k initially. They did not refund a single penny of the deposit just because of minor scratches in the car.

Please do not use this service.

Another thing. They had a speed limit on the car which they did not bother to tell us. We discovered this on the road only. Just shows what a fraud company this one is.

Pannu car rental or selfdrive.in people are fraud, especially Vijay Dwarka employee and Suleha there office staff.
First they will ask you to make deposit of security money after which they will inform that oh sorry it's not unlimited km.
Then they will tell that you will get refund when you will return the vehicle but once you return the vehicle they will say it takes 7-10 days.
Then vijay will say if you dont trust us I will withdraw it from Atm or wait for 1 day I will ask my account dept to make it fast.
After that Vijay will not pick up phone
Suleka there office employee will say I don't know what Vijay committed refund will come in 10 days.
On 10th day when refund comes I only got 7700 as they said the fuel was less and you did not opted for unlimited km so we have charged you extra 2200.
These people are fraud.

I have been renting self drive cars from various websites for 6 years now but never had such a horrible experience. I rented XUV 500 through SelfDrive.in website and Pannu Car Rental is their vendor. The rental started with such an inhospitable customer service. Their employee was so ill mannered, as if he was doing a favour to me by giving me the car. Car spare tyre was punctured, interiors were very dirty, AC heater was not working and blowing cold air even when turned to heat (Can’t imagine myself going to Kasol in -7 degree celsius when heater was not working). Wait I’m not even half way through it. Brakes were making noise (Not powerful at all), Wipers were broken, Seat recliner handle was broken and the list goes on. Infact, its display panel was showing as ‘Service Due’! They do not respect your time, pickup time was 8PM and they handed me the car at 10: 30PM. Never going back there. I do not recommend either SelfDrive.in Or Pannu Car Rentals. Avoid if you can!

The car handover service is quick and simple.

Pannu is thief. I paid them twice by mistake and they refused to return my money.and their is millions case where they keep customer's security money and naver return if customer forget to ask for it.

Pathetic experience. No cooperation from staff and customer care. Heavy fines on bit stupid issues like sticker blown off. Hire car from zoom or other such as zoprent. They are good and cheap. Pannu self drive is the most pathetic service u can experience.

Cheaters, Frauds, Robbers - They provide the worst car rental services ever. No customer hearing - Heafty deposits for 3rd class cars. Monoply and Gangtheft - I rented a car and accidently a truck on GT Karnal Road scrated the back fender and rim (Would share pics below). As a responsible borrower, I informed Vikram (The supervisior @ this car rental company immediately and shared pics of the incident) anticipating the mishapp took place. I had booked this rental for 1 day i.e. 24hrs and since this incident took place on highway near Amrik Sukhdev my mood litrally got off and I decided to come back. For a booking of 24hrs I returned the car in less than 9hrs. When I came back to their office I tried calling Vikram (He never responded) 2 guys heading the office at nite are completely aware as to what needs to be done and they didnt do anything at all. Everything was internally planned that my 5k deposit would be taken away and later thry would ask for more money for the fender. Karan the guy at nite in the office told me that another care taker says that I would have to pay 12000 extra for the fender replacement. So technically 5000 was initially deposited and another 12000 they demanded. Their heads, Their Owner, Their Supervisior nobody responded to calls. I tried them back to back for 2hrs i.e. From 11pm till 1am. Later they threatened that either I pay 12000 or they would keep my DL and Aadhar with them. I refused to do that and I told them fender dent paint would cost not more than 1000-1500 and new rim would be around 500-550 as I was aware of the prices. They said they would install a new piece. Their cars are in outmost low condition and a car rental company like them wud never go for a new fender, they would get it dented and painted. I was ready to bear upto 2000rs for the compensation as the work was not more than 2000rs but their gangstar approach and no response on calls and later to msgs made the situation more worse.

People self drives is a pathetic car rental company and their partners are horrible. I would suggest u not to go ahead with this car rental company for ur rentals - U take the car once and while returning it back they would create some or the other majistic and would not give ur security amount back. Beware of these fraudsters.

Took a ford EcoSport for 3 days. It was costly. Vehicle was in good condition and all papers where present but they do not do home delivery of vehicles even if you ask them for it with extra charge. You have to go to their office to collect it and delivery takes a lot of time. I got it after 5 hrs of booking. After handing over the vehicle they didn't even return the money for extra petrol in the vehicle. When asked they said, put it in a bottle. Very rude behavior altogether. Afterall its Delhi, wasn't expecting good service. They have a huge collection of cars.

Final verdict: Pay the money and get the vehicle. Don't expect No help whatsoever if you need any.

Car was received in good condition and Mr Ankit is very good I returned car late still he refunded me full security amount.

Penny rentals not deserve that also.i have very bad experience with this company.they do not provide proper information of tax.ignore all your mails not respond to call also.they deliver car late.mentioned wrong information like speed limit is 120 where actual speed lmt is 80.very rude and iiresponsible staff.not having sense to talk to customer.on phone.
Main thing they hold your deposit and back you after 25 days u have to continuos follow up for that.used u r money and never back you. Pannu Cars Rental is a very non-professional car rental service, i will advice you to not choose this, try something better. They are after your money that after you return the car they take more then a month to return your depsoit and wil cut half amount from deposit with out giving any reasons. Also for your own money they will ask you to call the ground support and the ground support will keep asking you to talk to the online team.

Yes Beware, this is a very IMMATURE and NON-PROFESSIONAL car rental service, i will advice you to not choose this, try something better instead like miles or zoomcar etc. This company is divided between two units one that works online the other that works on the ground. The problem is their is a huge gap of communication between two units.

I made a mistake even after knowing there were bad reviews about this company. They don't care about quality service but just about your money. They are so after your money that if you are returning your car and on inspection they can't find anything to cut money from, they will cut it from your security money anyways and will give you reasons which are not even convincing. For your own money they ll keep tangling you to call the ground support and the ground support will keep asking you to talk to the online team, you'll waste your money & time in the end.

BEWARE again do not use this.

Pricing wise good but car was not clean. Also, policies are bit on the stiffer side as if you want to extend your trip for 2-3 hours, you need to pay for the whole day.

Drive was very good and car was also very nice.no problem anywhere throughout the joirney and staff (vijay dixit) behaviour was really appreciale.

Booked a Ritz from Delhi to Mcleodganj and return. Had a great experience with selfdrives.in and Pannu car rentals. The entire process was smooth and fast. The condition of the car was great and the pick up and drop off was fast.

This pannu self drives are not at all recommended, the receptionist over there is very arrogant and people are waste, The cars are also in very bad condition, please never rent a car from this place.

Such an idiotic car rental customer support.
Don't even have a bloody consideration. Just because of a name during the registration, they took 30% of the payment.

Despite of asking about the other expenses apart from the fuel (this being our first rental) they mentioned about the toll but never ever about the state road tax, Punjab police stopped us and asked about the same and I called these people and to my friggin surprise they tell me to handle by myself and that they forgot to mention.
Now this bloody landed us in Rs. 6000 challan. Will never do this travels again. Very irresponsible team. Very unhappy with this rental. Will never ever ever do it again.
