All the staff at the Anand Vihar counter are too mannerless. Don't book offline tickets if you want to travel by Panwar Bus.

The worst service you can get buses are wreck my friend taken ticket from new delhi to patna but it was a nightmare trip for him as seats were uncomfortable and very bad ac pathetic service

Very very worst bus and all the staff member also rudely behaviour no management and I think make my trip company should also took all response otherwise on make my trip nobody can trust because I travel this day means today date is 14th of October 2023 and I booked my ticket in single sleeper because in make my trip there is shown to single sleeper but if I came and see there is no single seat which I reserved in the bus there is no single sleeper but in make my trip has shown to me so how I can trust in make my trip you all people can’t travel this bus again I rare case I don’t know but your all money was gone because this bus have no time the time is departure is 5 pm but the all day bus is departure at 8 pm and the tea shop is telling me that no one bus is departure before 8pm in night

My personal experience was quite good but female with childs will be better if you keep some distance or avoid travel in buses.

I have travelled in this bus from Delhi to Patna. I will tell you guys everything what I have suffered in this bus.
1. Worse behaviour of bus operators including drivers.
2. Driver drive the bus maximum 60kmph that too in express way. In other roads speed range will be 25 to 40.3. They will tell that bus will open from Delhi at 5 pm and will drop at 3: 30 pm next day. But in reality they started the bus at 6 pm and dropped next day at 11: 30 pm. That means 8 hour delay. So total time taken to reach to Patna is 31 hours and 30 minutes
4. Bus operators will off the cooling from the AC and only blower will ON. Of any passengers will say that temperature is too high inside the bus. Then they laugh and after some time they ON the cooling.
5. AC capacity is too low based on the passengers seated inside the bus. If AC will start even sweating will keep happening. AC fan runs too slow. And not enough to make the cabin cool
6. Their route to Patna is worse. They enter from village to village just to save the fuel. And gets the shortcut route and it takes too long because road is not so wide like highways.
7. Now bus condition - Bus condition is very pathetic. It is broken at many places. Seat is very uncomfortable. Charging point almost all were not working. Only very few charging points were working.
8. They keep switch on and off the AC. If you make the heated argument with bus operators then only they switch on the AC.
9. If I conclude my journey in this bus then I will suggest never travel in this bus untill and unless you have any emergency.
10. Try to get the ticket in BSRTC buses which is operated by Bihar government. They are far better than these private buses.

The staff is very bad, it is better not to travel in this, its staff puts you in the balcony in the greed of some money.

Even they don't deserve 1 star also. Their representatives are worst and after taking money they will never respond.

Very poor service. Stops buses at very filthy dhabas where Basic amenities for sanitation lacks specially ladies and kids suffer slots. No care for travelling people.
Treat people like other state people

Not recommend this on behalf of True Bihar citizen as per their treatment against paying a good healthy money

Worst bus ever.they take money for a particular seat but when you go inside the bus they say that in two seat there will be 6 people seating over.kindly don't travel with this bus ever.be aware of the fraud they do with the passanger.

Vey bad service. Duffer service. Delhi to lucknow 17 hrs and delhi to chhapra 38 hrs. AC will shut down after 1 hrs of starting. Very very bad and duffer service. Don't waste money.

Greatest mistake done by choosing this panwar tour and travels. I request you all not to opt for this travel agency. They are totally fraud people. I request from government to take legal action against this travel agency.
