When it comes to my skin care, my hair hygiene, hair colour or party make up, one name only comes to my mind that is Papiya’s.

It’s been almost 10 years since I am coming to Papiya’s beauty clinic and this is my all time favourite.

I strongly recommend this beauty clinic for facial, hairstyling and makeup.

Worst experience. I went there to get ready for my brother’s wedding. Firstly they forced me to take the celebrity package worth 4k which was quite expensive for party make up. Still I agreed because I was feeling so tired to get ready by my own. So I continued. They used elf products for the base and then swiss beauty, low graded product. And after 2.5 hrs she ended up with the horrible eye make up and the base was more than disaster. She charged all the hair accessories separately and the final bill was 4800 /-. They spoiled my special day. I have to attend around 800-900 people that evening with that horrible make up.

The service provided is amazing and the staffs are friendly and they make you super relaxed. Good job guys

I have been papiya's beauty parlour customer for more than 10 years and my experience is fantastic. All the staffs are extremely helpful and their service is one of the best. My mummy used to say that this service I don't even get in London.

Expensive for no reason at all. Service is pathetic. Waste of money. The owner of this salon is very rude here. She should better polite with the customers who come here with the trust and invest their hard earned money. I took scalp treatment package from here which didn't went well and my hairfall increased. I had to stop the remaining sessions. She asked me to take the hair spa to use my balance amount of 1050/- the hair spa wasn't worth of 1050/- I would never see them again. This was my last visit here. I highly recommend do not go here to waste your money. Simply looting money and do not go for the fake positive reviews that has been posted as their marketing scheme.

What an amazing experience. I have been to various beauty parlours/clinics. The atmosphere, staff everything was warm and welcoming. Hats off to everyone working there, they know how to manage in any situation and with a smile. I didn't feel I came to a parlour but home.

The high level of customer service as well as colouring of my hair were both excellent in saloon. All staffs works a seamlessly together to provide the best advice nd solutions.

It is a decent parlour. They use genuine products and services are good. The staff is professional and friendly. The owner takes your feedback and implements that which shows that she values her customers and is serious about her work. For a couple of services I find it a little overpriced however overall their services are good and want to reinforce that they use genuine products.
