WORST! Big Time Fraud! Please save your time and money and do not book with them. Don't go with cheap brands. They are blacklisted at the embassy and your visa would get rejected. I have given 5 stars only to view get my comment on top.

With all these days online frauds are countless so even I had my doubts in booking a tour online. But with my experience with Paras Holidays my opinion has changed, they respond quickly before n during the trip though.

Totally fraud company. I joined this company for profile of front desk but after the joining they given different work just calling and calling work. Also they had not given me salary. When i asked for salary. Company MD's blocked me. They just make stupid.

I booked my Europe trip through this company one of the senior person left after my booking the trip, i have to do lot of follow up for booking papers it was told trip wil be from mumbai then it was made from delhi and then all the things were settled as departure from delhi, and pune delhi one side fair to their account, delhi to pune.i was given the flight details different and different flight details were send for visa, i do not know how this company is working so irratic and unprofessional way for such great and expensive trips, it was informed as trips are cancelled.that credit notes will be issued and after follow up it's informed that no such system is there and saying they will take to trip as they start operating again with this i request paras management to take a note of all such problems and take care of senior people like us bit more care it will be great loss to paras if they loose credit in market on social media and again legal process.

Me along with my family had planned for a trip to rajasthan conducted through Paras holidays. They have made proper arrangements and ensured that our trip covers every places to visit there at really economical prices with no compromises with amenities. Thank you team!

Where do I even begin. This is a very shady travel company with some very shady people working for them. I had the misfortune of booking my honeymoon with them. We had planned a trip to Spain & Portugal. These guys basically forced us to get our European visas via Swiss embassy even though we weren't travelling to Switzerland. They said the Spanish embassy has a higher rejection rate and take longer to process applications, whereas Swiss embassy processes them instantly. They outright told us to lie to the visa authorities that we're travelling to Switzerland (they made fake Swiss hotel and flight bookings for us to show). They said they do this everytime and it works. It was my first time travelling Europe so I was unaware that European visas don't work like that and since we were running out of time, we went ahead with their advice. On the day of our flight we were rejected to board. The flight authorities told us this is a very shady ploy small travel agencies are running these days (we later found out this is actually illegal and many people get deported from Europe this way). We immediately had to travel to the Swiss embassy to explain the matter, but they cancelled our visas. We probably won't be able to travel to Europe anytime soon.

If you research even a slight bit you'll learn they have many legal matters ongoing against them. We are yet to receive any refund for this trip (we'd spent more than 3L for this trip). I've already lodged an FIR at the Karol Bagh police station and taken legal action against them.

Like I said, its a very shady company. People pretend to be someone else here. They would not want you to visit their offices or meet the owners. The owner's daughter, Ashima, pretends to be a salesperson and didn't reveal to us that she runs the business. Her mother, Sapna, is a con of another level. After we weren't allowed to board our flights she called me. She pretended to be a "visa expert" and outright told me I'm stupid because I couldn't LIE properly to the flight authorities. To this day they blame us for not being able to lie to the flight authorities properly. They stopped picking our calls. These are very unprofessional people and I would think twice before booking my trip with them, if I were you.

Last month I went for a family tour to Bali and bought the tour package from Paras holidays; their staff guided me with the finest available services and that’s too within my pockets also provided us with the professional and skilled tourist guide. Top quality transportation and accommodation services were given to us by this travel company. We would really cherish the memories we created during the trip.

Hello friends today I am here to share my experience with Paras holidays with you. My family booked a package tour to USA. The service of Paras holidays was superb. The journey was so finely planned taking care of all conveniences of the travels from food to bed. The cool behavior of staff approaches the tourists, and the handwork is really appreciable. Hotels given were also fine and the coaches provided were very relaxing and comfortable.

Myself and my better Half went for European Hungama Tour from 8th June 2019 to 19th June 2019. We had a wonderful experience during our Travel in France, Switzerland, Belgium, Venice, Italy and Vatican City etc. We enjoyed a great time and sweet memories during the visit. I would recommend everyone to plan Europe trip with Paras and specially Madhurima as Tour Manager.

Our Tour Manager Madhurima Chakroborty was very well experienced and taken care of all our group members very well. She explained and organized all the places, things in very systematic way. Mr. Hani Sharma from Paras Holiday recommended her name and it was worth taking his advice.

Scope of Improvement - in Paris, everyday the Hotel breakfast menu was repeated same and there was no variation. Other hotel also did not care much for their guests breakfast requirements. Lunch and dinner provided in the Indian Restaurant also had the similar menu everywhere except the Rajasthani hotel in Rome.
Last day Travel from Rome to Milan was waste and could have been avoided.

Worst experience paras is chor co its only motto to earn money they never do work for customers satisfaction even they not stand on their agrrement or itinerary they are telling other thing and doing otherthing i never reccomend paras it is totally lala type and 3rd co

Worst place to book your holiday package. They donot care about there customers. Once you deposit your advance they donot pick your calls nor do they revert back properly. I rank them zero in regards of customer satisfaction. You have to call multiple times for your small query. I would give them zero rating if possible. Donot even think of booking your holiday package from them. They are nothing in front of travel agents like dpaul’s. I have toured more then 10 countries from them. On my friend’s advice i decided to book my europe package from them but they are not at all worth it.

I had a chance to explore Singapore via paras holidays. The trip had all the inclusions and it was managed quite well by the paras staff. Cars served were clean and everybody cooperated. Will recommend.

We had gone to Europe tour (9th-15th June'18) with them with horrible experiences. I have been post many mails and phone calls to them after trip too, but seems they people are deaf.
We had faced very pain point because of their team various wrong commitments & communication gap from day 1 like we were told package at one price then started asking higher due to euro conversion, Visa appointment charges and so on.
After lots of follow-up with various dept. / rep.we got the visa date & final documents at last moment. Visa bio metric took full day without any info.to us.
Promised for 4 star hotels but changed it to 3/2 star. All dinners were committed but no dinner arrangement for 1st day. Also we had to spent extra to & fro fare for 1 more day for dinner because paras didn't made proper arrangement for transportation for people, who had not opted the optional tour.
1st day pick-up arrangement were very poor. Hotel check in also took very long time & felt harassed too. Some itinerary point were also not covered.
On the basis of above various short fall in services we requested to 'Paras' to compensate us suitably, but no action even after 1 year passed.

I am proud of Paras holidays located in Delhi including the visa process hotel bookings there helped me a lot. The manager was so down to earth and humble person he helped me till the end of the tour. I enjoyed the tour thanks to Paras holidays. The trip was also on budget and gives 100% service. There are the genuine tour organizers and make it successful by working hard on their clients. I am very much satisfied with this Paras holidays and planning to go to the next tour. I definitely recommend this to everyone as its complete value of money.

I have incredible experience with this. Recently I went to thailand with Paras holidays.the tour was magnificent I have no complaints.the charge was low and gives great service including the hotel that was superb.the tourist guide was friendly and good natured and has complete knowledge about all places.this is the finest travels available in the market.

We went to Bangkok and Pattaya with Paras holidays. The hotel choice was really nice and gave delicious food. The itinerary covered the best landmarks. Coral island tour was the major highlight for us. Incredible experience! I will always plan trip with Paras holidays.

Recently with my family I went to Singapore with paras holidays and the experience was definitely awesome. There was a guide for us which was always available from the beginning of the journey till the end. The food facility was also nice. The transport facilities within the cities were also excellent. They provides you many accessories when you book any tour with them, even these tiny things makes us glad. So overall an incredible experience

As i am pure vegetarian, the first thing that draws my attraction is what kind of food will be available in that particular city. Majority of places we have to carry our packed food from home which is very tiresome job. However at Paras holidays they give vegetarian food and even jain food during the whole trip that makes our travel too easy and comfortable.

Their services are pathetic. They made fool out of us. They said that paris evening tour is the best and you should see that and they took 3200 rs per person instead of 800 rs per person, all they other money remained in their pocket. Refer D paul and never choose them. They will take your money. Eiffel tower tour was so pathetic and hotels are such that you won't even be able to open your bag. They will take only money and guide don't know anything. They are so stupid that if you'll ask is their any 1 to 10 euro shop. They will reply you yes but we don't know because we don't shop things of this amount. They said whole paris is in 10 by 10 kms which is again wrong. Don't ever come through them they are very pathetic.

Vacations is the time when we take a break from our hectic lives and enjoy some moments with our near ones. But it requires a lot of time and energy to arrange all the places, accommodations, etc. But I think from now on i need not to worry about my vacations as they are taken best care by Paras holidays. They arrange the best of places and accommodations for us. It was truly a great and a memorable experience.

Worst experience i arrived today back india from Europe from paras holidays. Inspite of all my tiredness i am writing this review because of the very very bad services of given by PARAS I HOLIDAYS! I booked this trip 7 months ago.
But they did not fullfilled their commitments which they gave us in writing. They gave us in writing that they will give us Novotel Hotel in Paris But they gave such a third class hotel in Paris with zero facilities and when one of our members Miss Aditi Goel wrote a bad review about Paras holidays then they threatened us that they will no more entertain us on our trip and cancel or further TRIP to Switzerland. Their tour manager Mr. Mridul Chakrabarty told us that Either you remove the review or They will cancel our trip.
We paid in full before going to the trip but they falsely told us that a balance of ₹ 4,28,000 is pending with them. They told that Either remove the review or pay the amount otherwise the bus will not start and further cancel out trip.
We called Miss Preeti who booked our trip from Delhi Paras holidays but she is not responding to our calls.
I suggest you should not prefer Paras Holidays as it is A fraud company.
Wherever we went there were lack of services that of written in the itineray.
Our whole group of 96 people from many other states from India were not satisfied and irritated from Paras Holidays
So i request you all to never ever prefer Paras Holidays if you dont want to ruin your trip.

I am pure vegetarian and my major concern is always food as I have to carry it
