Very Young and dynamic team. Great Service. Very helpful and available everytime for any issues. Me and my friends got all the services related home search and shift. Nice People and friendly behaviour.

Complete frauds. Once they get the money, they changed their narrative. They never respond to calls. They're junkies and scammers. Wasted my 5k on them. Never provided the amenities they claimed. They even lied that they had to give brokerage to the person named Nikhil (broker) although they didn't even pay penny to him. Liars! We have vacated the flat within 15 days. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDS (GOPAL & MANISH)

Best service.before meeting them I have met with so many brokers but they were not able to understand my requirements then I met with the guy name Manish from parashar associate he get my requirements very well and provide flat as per my requirements totally satisfied with their services.highly recommend.

Total cheaters don't ever pay a single rupee. They will harras you like anything. Pathetic services

They are actually frauds. They asked you for token money the same day you visit a flat. They will make false claims for a flat. When you realize the facts about the flat, they will refuse to return token money. Plz don't visit them else you end up with loosing money.

Worst. Never recommend anyone. They are really hopeless people. Untill you get a flat from them, they will treat you like you are great, then after taking their commission they will not bother to give you the rent agreement or the police verification. Even they will switch off or block you from the list.

They are fraudsters never fall for them. The houses they show are unfinished and absolutely different from on-site pictures. They co-erce you to book on spot by paying half the rent and charge you rs 500 for the delay. They take more than half the brokerage.
Never fall for these leeches. Report them.

I have filed a consumer court case against them.

They pressurise people for on-site booking with cash payment of half of rent just to book the flat immediately after its shown. This flat/s will be completely different from the pictures shared by them.

None of the flats shown were fully complete and none of the buildings had any occupants. So it's not possible to ask other tenants their experience while visiting. They charge brokerage of more than half a month and 500 service charge just to show the property against the RERA provisions.they argue they are also owners and will charge both brokerage and security money. Which also is an easy lie to catch.

We went to this broker after checking reviews here. There was a girl sitting in the office who will charge you Rs. 500 just to show you the flats/properties. These people are FRAUD who are just making money by making 2-3 girl (illiterates) sit in the office and show you nothing.

Not recommendable at all. Not a trust worthy ppl. They are fraud and be aware that the brokage is only half of the rent. They buffed us by charging more. We got to know this from our next door neighbour who paid far lesser amount. And they will not bother to help later if we have any inquiries. And for showing the flats it is only 300 not 500.please be aware. Someone has mentioned 500. It is not 500. They bluffed him as well. Be aware of this sick ppl.
