Well if you didn't write you issue on the job card they wont solve it. Like someone us just tell them to do this and that but they don't mention on job card that's y the mechanic doesn't do that work

Mene 8 nov 2022 m hero ki bike purchase ki inke sub-lealer SS Autobiles se. But SS Autobiles ne 23 January 2023. Show room off kr diya aur kahi bhag gya.hmne cash m bike Li thi.but hme abhi tk na bike ki plates number aur RC mili hai jb hm inke pass gye to yeh keh rahe again payment krne k liye.yese kr rahe hai yeh log. Isme hamri kiya glti hai.kisbase pr inhone SS Autobiles ko dealership di.hmne to bike Li aur payment kiya.ab hme RC aur bike plate number chahiye to yeh log mna kr rahe hai. Pashupati ji aapse request kirpiya hme Hamra RC aur number plate provide kre.

After 3 years my experience is very very bad The service here is very poor and the staff is totally lazy, even after booking it is of no use, it is a total waste of time.
Gopal team member is totally lazy and rood behavior this kind of staff no need for hero service center totally worth of time very very very very very bad experience today.

Hi Vijender kumar this side I have purchased Hero Passion Pro from Pashupati Motors- Hero Motocorp Deoli Road Delhi in Jul-2021my bike number is DL3SEV7515 Now the thing is that in this one year my Engine work has been done three times. And the best this that your service centre does not have part, it's been a twelve days my bike is still there in your deoli services center. And even on second service aslo my bike engine work has done where the part is available after twenty two days. I don't know what kind of products and bikes you people are giving in the market where a customer will not get parts after one year and this what your company is manufacturing. And I'll says that i have made the mistake that i purchased this bike. Better I would purchased from other company, I think the company which has non availability of parts cannot give best priority to me and even on each services engine i have paid Rs. 5000-6000. I think your company should shutdown which has worst services. What's should I do now? Should burn the bike in front of your service center or should I sell it in a scrap. Worst

Very poor experience. Rude behaviour of employees. Poor service I purchase bike and wait for rc 4 moth and during this employees behaviour is very rude and no one response. Very poor experience don't purchase from pashupati
