I had heard great reviews about this place so when I got the opportunity today to try it, i didn't miss it.

Im a book & coffee lover, so I keep trying diff cafes and coffee shops for my experience and experiments. I generally order a macchhiato with double espresso shots. But here I got another variation with chocolate and cinnamon flavour, along with standard milk froth. So far so good.

But when my coffee arrived and I took the first sip, I got a taste of milk. I quickly called Kate, my very courteous and very polite server. Told her about the problem and she took back the coffee to cross check. She returned quickly, with the same answer that it was indeed what I ordered and there is no mistake.

I finished half of my coffee because it was for 280 bucks but was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I settled my bill and before leaving I told Kate that the coffee indeed had milk in it. She just smiled, not sure about how to react to it.

All in all, I expected a lot more from them but I guess it might be an off day for them. Will give them another chance before writing them off.
