We had a good time here. The food and atmosphere are fantastic, and Mr Manveer’s service makes us home and well-treated. We won't forget this night happened such a wonderful thing here!

Had a wonderful brunch experience at Pavilion 75. The food was good, and the staff went out of their way to ensure that our small party was extremely well looked after. Definitely worth visiting.

I recently visited Pavilion 75, the buffet restaurant at ITC Welcome in Dwarka for a brunch experience, and had a generally pleasant experience. Here is a detailed review of my visit:

Food:
The starters at Pavilion 75 were the highlight of the meal, especially the fish tikka. They were cooked to perfection and had excellent flavors. Additionally, the variety of dishes offered, such as dimsums, dosas, shawarmas, and chaat, were all delicious and well-prepared. The salads provided were also great and offered wholesome options.

Main Course:
The main course at Pavilion 75 offered a wide selection for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. While most dishes were enjoyable, some of the vegetarian options fell short of expectations. However, this was not a major downside as there were plenty of other choices available to choose from. The rotis and naans were served at the table on demand, ensuring freshness and quality.

Service:
The management staff at Pavilion 75 did a fair job of hosting and attending to the guests. However, the operational staff at the serving stations seemed to lack experience, resulting in slower service overall. This led to longer wait times at the counters, which could be improved upon.

Ambience:
The ambience of Pavilion 75 was pleasant, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for diners. The seating arrangements were well-spaced, allowing for privacy and ease of movement.

Conclusion:
In conclusion, my experience at Pavilion 75 Buffet Restaurant in ITC Welcome, Dwarka, was positive overall. The starters, especially the fish tikka, were outstanding, and the variety of dishes in the buffet spread was commendable. The salads were great, and the main course had satisfactory options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, despite a few misses. The service, particularly at the serving stations, could have been more efficient. Nevertheless, with a rating of 4/5, Pavilion 75 is a worthwhile dining destination, offering a satisfying buffet experience.

The food misses the taste. Buffet plates are too small but it is said that those are kept like that just to make you feel that you are having too good as they get filled fast. Sweets/deserts were good. Rest all below par. Don't expect such a quality from a 5 star property restaurant. It is not cheap and completely not worth the money at all.

I want to say special thanks to Ravi for his services and hospitality. He suggested us the best dishes which was very tasty. I recommends the lal mass, prawns in hot garlic sauce & forest berry juice which was so delicious. Thanks to Ravi again for giving the best and smooth services.

We reserved pavilion 75 for a small family event and the hospitality we received was amazing. Food was delicious and lot of options were available on buffet. Thanks to Akash, PC, Shubham and Apurv for coordinating and making the event successful. Kudos! To the Pavilion 75 Team.

Poor quality food. No variety. Basic things were missing from plate.i went on 1st Jan. I wish I had not chosen the pavallion 75. WORST BUFFET ever. Wastage of money.

India celebrates its 75th year of indpendence. On the auspicious occasion we visited Pavillion 75 which served over 75 dishes buffet.
Welcome Hotels has always been on top in regards to their hospitality.

Pavillion 75 is a fine dining restaurant not just serving local cuisines but serves exceptional inter national cuisines in a contemporary kitchen. They have an elaborate buffet menu which is with fine dine experience. Ambiance of the place is genial and classy.

Staff was so warm in welcoming us. Once we sat they had a word about the menu and welcomed us with a welcome drink.

From North indian to Continental to South indian to salads. Everything was dripped in the tricolor.

We tried the south indian poriyal which is like a veg mix with coconut. It is served with rice or curry. Dosa was being served with tricolor chutneys.

We also tried the famous Dal Bukhara which was indeed a relish to have it. Recommended.

If we talk about desserts, it was a delight for a person with sweet tooth. Macrons, cakes, pastries and what not. A sweet festive way to celebrate 75years of Indian independence.

You can enjoy a gamut of dishes and varieties in tastes & flavours. And the best part you will not be disappointed in taste. Recommended not just for the food but the warmth.

Its the main restaurant at ITC welcome Dwarka. Have had my buffet breakfast, they have a wide selection of live counters as part of the buffet. Its relatively lesser in price in comparison to the five-star properties, 1k per pax. They also serve hot cappuccino, latte, Americano coffee. Good place to relax and chill during weekends with family, friends.

Went for the Buffet at pavilion 75 in Hotel Welcome Dwarka yesterday evening with my wife. The experience was very bad. The food was not even average. Service was also unexpectedly poor. Almost every dish was a big disappointment.
It was not my first visit to the restaurant. Earlier visits were quite satisfactory.
There was a 1+1 offer. It appears that the management its befooling customers. The variety was cut down to adjust the reduced price offer, the food was almost tasteless and staff service poor. If this the case the restaurant and the hotel is going to lose its customers fast!

It was an amazing time as the food was delicious and the varieties were there.

Must visit there, You would surely like their hospitality and welcoming gesture.

Went for a quick last minute lunch with sister. The reservation was made via easy diner and same was confirmed with hostess before seating. Post the lunch they brought bill without discount and I even paid thinking such a place would not be so irresponsible with billing.

Later when I brought the same in notice of server he asked to speak to eazydiner for refund. Like i had the time there. Anyways The staff was busy in settling up tables. No one really cared. They were pushing me to go for buffet when I wanted to have sushi.saying time lag jayega sir. Busy hai abhi. We went at 2 30 and no customers were there.hardly 10 12 people.

We left and would think thrice before heading there next time. Very disappointed.

One of the best from the ITC hotels. The ambience is perfect, not too bright, not too dim.

The best thing about the restaurant is the food. As expected, the food is just too good, with good balance of spices used.

Our anniversary dinner was just perfect. Would definitely come back again and it's a good place for the family dinner as well.

We happened to discover this hidden gem. And the Unbounded Hospitality of Chef Dinesh.
We happened to visit during the Rajasthan food festival.
The buffet spread was wide, not only limited to Rajasthani food, but also had oriental, bit of continental and European.
What fascinated us the most, is the courtesy and humility Chef Dinesh treated us.
The food was just fantastic.

Few things we liked.

Ker Sangri- I had it a number of times the traditional way in Rajasthan, but it was always bitter and tasted the same conventional taste. But the real art of a Masterchef is to twist it as per savour of his patrons. So the conventional ker Sangri- turned into innovative Achari Sangri-, with a twist.

Laal Maas - artisanal morsels of mutton tendered to perfect in red aromatic fragrant gravy, was just delectable.

Dal Baati Churma- panchmeli (5 types) dal, stir fried and topped with ghee tadka, pure ghee baati, baked to perfection, and the icing on the cake was the toothsome flavourful churma.

Kurkuri bhindi- lady finger sliced to strips mixed in piquant blend of spices and chickpea flour, frizzled to perfection to give that impeccable crisp taste.

Apart from this the best part was the geniality we got from Chef Dinesh. The way he explained about his food preparations, showed how passionate he was to the food he prepares, which made the even more flavourful for us.

The dining hall of the restaurant is quite big with nice interiors, with cool and happening vibes, well lit and sound.

It’s a multi cuisine restaurant which offers both buffet and ala carte dinner options.

While our three days stay at @welcomhotel, Dwarka we’d breakfast here. Very fantastic buffet, with spread of North Indian, South Indian and continental options.

If you’re not staying and coming only for buffet here, then you’ll be offered chef special mocktails as complementary. While the snacks were limited to 2 veg and 2 non-veg, the main course spread made up for it. There were 5-6 dessert options.

At 1500 rupees per person, it was a great value for money. Would love to visit again.

Very bad experience, no service, no starter, no complimentary drinks, limited dishes, just eat salad and papad very disappointed

Even 1 star is more than enough for this Buffet at Pavilion. Such a pathetic experience.

The menu was horrible for a buffet.

Can you imagine a 5 star hotel menu having Arhar Dal, Methi aalu in the main course in the North Indian section.
The very standard Dal Makhani and Paneer butter masala was missing and so was Non Veg in the North Indian main course and Manchurian in the Chinese. No Biryani and specially No mutton items in the entire menu to my surprise.

Just 2 variety of sweets, Gulab Jamun and 2 types of pastries.

I believe they are missing everything from Taste to Variety in their food.

It was a total loss of taste and just a simple waste of time and mood for one's evening. Any Grill restaurant would have more taste and variety for sure.

These guys need to improve big time.

This is out of definitely out of my recommendation list and one of my worst experiences ever.

We came for buffet lunch today and it was such a disappointment!

The menu was limited and tasteless. There was not even a napkin on the table.for a buffet there was not a single non vegetarian starter available. The choices were so so limited that we barely ate. There were 4 main courses (2 non veg, 2 veg) and 3 starters to be exact. And ofcourse rice, dal.that's it.its a total waste of money.spend it on another place please!

We had good time. We opted for buffet. I think there can be some more options available. It's only a basic menu. For guest engagement should be more. Use dineout for payment for great offers and discount. You will love it.

Good food specially paneer makhni by chef Pushkar was excellent. We visited this restaurant on 15th August for Sunday brunch. Nitin offered very good service.

There are so many hotel I have visited but this hotel is my go to place one of the best hotel in Dwarka and the best thing is that everyone is giving you that level quality hospitality hygiene level is first class I would highly recommended this hotel special thanks to MR Rawat who is managing everything such a humble and polite person best wishes

Quality of the food is very bad. Breakfast Buffet was nowhere of 5 star quality.
U get better quality food at a normal restaurant. Vegetarian options very less in buffet. The quality of tea u get in the breakfast was similar to what u get in 10 rs at railway stations.

Some food items were so poor. We ordered both white sauce and red sauce pasta, both were disaster. Overall food quality is below average.

I had taken a deal from Make My Trip for a buffet lunch here which had costed me around 2800/- for 2 people. You only pay such a price to experience a luxurious dining experience at a place but trust me there is nothing special in any way about this place.

The food, the sitting, the ambience, its all that you can find elsewhere at a fairly decent place too. There is no use of paying a hefty price for such a buffet that has no variety, nothing joyous about the preparations, nothing appealing about the overall dine in experience.

I barely have any dish recommendations here as it was all very basic and just like day to day meals. I mean i couldn't differentiate between an ambience of a BBQ nation & Pavilion 75. Infact BBQ nation has a heck load of variety. Also to mention the Buffet at P75 does not have any starters or drinks included in the price, its purely a main course.

Wouldn't recommend this place at all, sheer waste of MONEY

Pavilion 75.is a great place.
First let's talk about the ambiance. Really like the ambiance and impress with their staff's great attitude. Full point for that.
Let's talk anout the food- we have tried three items here. Pasta, fish finger and classic Chicken burger. Must tell you one of the finest and good tasting pasta. After a long time having such good pasta. Fish finger is a nice dish as well. Friends you can try this too. Classic burger, i don't like the taste that much, but my husband liked it. Apart from individual menu they do have buffet lunch as well. So friend please do come and enjoy your meal. If this review helps follow me and do like this review too. Overpriced dinner buffet. At 1800/person I expected better food. The deserts were pathetic and food was average at best.

Service is very bad.non-veg has been delivered to a vegetarian person.however, food is very delicious.

Good but not actually as per ITC standards. Food was good with limited choices but could have been better.

Good ambience, amazing food, great service. In short a complete value for money. I tried their murgh biryani which was one of the finest I’ve had in recent times. It was completely sumptuous & fulfilling. And of course their butter chicken is mouth watering. A must try place with family or friends. I used the zomato gold membership which made it all the more reasonable.

It's a nice restaurant in this hotel. I have experienced it many a times in the last 4 years or so and always had a good time.

The buffet spread is big and selection from Asian, Continental and Indian regional cuisine is great. The Dessert section is always a highlight with Indian sweets as a big attraction.

Service is good and c bes are excellent.

The restaurant on the first floor is the best place to sit & its too have a outside smoking area too.

Very good food. Staff is very good. Chef Dinesh and captain Madam & Yogesh is very good in nature and to understand the need of hour.

The food at the pavilion was good and you have a great choice in the buffet, almost anything you want for actually in a breakfast. You get the feeling that you are sitting in a wedding environment, i mean the place is jam packed but somehow everyone gets what they need. How they ensure food for all and the logistics involved must be something to learn from these guys.

While we were staying at the hotel, we decided to stop by the pavilion 75 for a cup of tea. We waited and waited for over half an hour but they failed to provide a basic cup of tea. They were reminded 4 times about the order but they still failed. We had no choice but to walk away from them

A fabulous place for formal meetings, casual lunches or date nights. We came to experience the south indian festival and loved the courteous hospitality and service.

The place is nice with subtle pallette. One thing that stands out is the live music, Saturday night, amazing. The music though is little loud as per the area of the bar, it just needed to bit low to be perfect. The panneer makhni kebab is must try. Its one of the few good pubs available in Dwarka. The food and service is good. The place has good seating capacity though on a weekend it is typically crowded with waiting time around 20-40min.

My experience here yesterday was superb. They were having this ONAM theme and I could literally feel it, from decor to food everything was just perfect.
Buffer was lavish and the salad and dessert counter was never ending. Food was delicious and services impeccable.
Over all I had a great time and it was totally worth the price

Big show and poor performance, This is what I could say. Very limited options compared to similar restaurants or even ITC chain. Pethatic services. Items you order on live counters may reach or may not reach, spoon or fork or even fresh glasses on table, they need several reminders.

Their special sunday brunch menu is a very good option to taste authentic cuisines under different themes every week.

Pavilion 75 in Dwarka is one of the finest places to have a meal. I recently had a brunch this Sunday with my friends and it was just amazing. The food was mouthwatering and presentation was very enticing.
Also they had a theme every Sunday and it was global Indian cuisine. Totally loved the place and had a great time there. Also the service was on point and staff was very courteous. Definitely recommend to all.

Pavilion75 which is a beautiful restaurant in Welcomhotel Dwarka. We had gone for a brunch and it turned out to be so good. The place is so beautiful and they have utilized the place so nicely that you would love to go to every nook and corner and get a picture clicked.
Today we had gone a reverse way and we started with the desserts as they had attracted me very much. Started with the ice creams and the staff was so good out there he gave us scoop of all the ice cream flavours.
Then we had waffle with ice creams and different ingredients to make it look more scrumptious.we just enjoyed it so much.
Then we hopped on to dimsums which were so yumm and authentically made.
The live counters were so interesting and we were enjoying going from one counter to another and to taste different dishes.
The aloo tikki was so delicious and tasty. Golgappes can't be missed at all. Then chole bhature and kulche were so good.
We then had ordered broccoli which was prepared so well.
The middle section had mains and desserts which was a treat. This week they had monsoon theme and Rajasthani therefore we got dal batti churma, ker sanghri which I had for the first time and it was good, fish preparations, mutton biryani and what not; all were just too yumm and each dish had its say on my plate. Desserts included - laddoo, malpua, kaju katli, cakes, brownie and I don't even remember the names but when I remember that particular dessert then I am taken to another world.
The drinks were so good. I had the Whisky & Sour which is usually made with egg white but they wanted the vegetarians to enjoy and they introduced this with a twist and it was just amazing and refreshing. Loved it a lot.
Overall an amazing experience and hospitality. We enjoyed the Brunch a lot.

Good food a bit slow one service but otherwise it held a great ambience and overall selection amongst the options.

Recently visited there for a food meet with friends.
First of all the ravishing and luxurious ambience which is quite attractive. Afterall it's a 5star property. The staff there was very courteous and professional.
We went there on Sunday and they serves a special brunch buffet menu specially on every sunday.
Now if I talk about food we've came to see different different kind of food options there. The place is perfect as it serves something for everyone either it is street food stalls options, Chinese cuisine, Continental, North Indian anything.
Infact we can even tell the chef to cook whatever we want whether it's in the menu or not which i like the most
We've really enjoyed there and the hospitality by the staff.
Overall a really nice experience, highly recommend everyone to must try their Sunday special brunch buffet offer

Horrible food, sad choice of starters, main course and dessert, service extremely pathetic, zero points for ambience, may be a fish market would be better in terms of noise, INR 2000/- per head for diner buffet, that's pricey, over priced, all you can hear guest talking, rather shouting at a place where you eat? Not recommend!

I called Pavilion 75, Time - 7: 41PM spoke 8 minutes and I was asking about the buffet for 1+1 on 14 feb or 15 feb, I was not expecting the kind of irresponsible replies I got on call. The representative himself was not aware about the menu in the buffet, I was asking about 2 vouchers for buffet which I purchased already and the representative was only telling me about Bevrages, Bevrages & Bevrages nothing else from buffet on which I was curious to know but no issues, It was totaly waiste of time to speak over the call and out of expectations from ITC HOTEL.
For more assurance, I have recording of that call if any clearances I can provide that too also.

Thanks for providing this kind of experience. People (Normal class people with high expecation of dinner in 5-star friendly hotel) should know about it before going for any wrong on their money. I am very dissappointed and feeling bad for waisting money and expectation from Pavilion 75 (WELCOME HOTEL) from ITC GROUP (COOL).
