PC jeweller Noida login mall. They are giving fake certificate for diamond. I am trying to connect with these people but they are not answering my mails or phone calls.

Manoj, the salesman was rude multiple times. First, he told us that PC Chandra does not buy any gold which is 14 Carat, as if he is doing us a favor by exchanging my old broken jewelry, which you upgraded to 22 Carat and we took a loss of around 35% on the Gold weight. Next in a different conversation he told pointing at my wife's emerald that this is a very cheap emerald which is in fact a PC Chandra product. Such staff degrade your image. We gave jewelry in 2 phases, in the second phase Manoj was not even weighing the material before sending it for valuation, actually we asked him to weigh them and show us the weight. I have been going this shop for may be more than 10 years, Dibyendu and your earlier Cashier and other sales ladies, are gem of people, never received such behavior earlier. I repeat Manoj has cheap and pathetic behavior and worst knowledge of products and would never liked to be served by him in future. It was unfortunate we were served by Manoj.

We have purchased beautiful 22k gold rings for gents and ladies.
Here we are glad to say that, the environment & staffs are really very helpful and co-operate with us.

I was enquiring in hindi.he was again n again replying in bengali.feeling like he is forced to work in Delhi. I went to Delhi showroom because I had good experience at Kolkata CC2 showroom.

The behaviour is weird, inattentive.

I don't recommend PC Chandra to anyone.

Variety and moderate pricing. Good for astrological gems as well. Discounts are available on making charges.

Great place for gold/silver Jewelleries. You can get an account opened to deposit gold. Great jewelry designs, great staff, ambience, etc.

Gems are of good quality however delivery time for gems embedded in rings is more than a month.

The gems are of good quality and certified.
However the processing time of the rings and other jwelleries takes a very long time from 1.5 months to even 2 months. The reason is that they have their manufacturing unit only in Kolkata. Hence they courier in bulk the gems ordered from units all over India to to their Kolkata unit. The artisans there take their own time and then the finished products are brought back to the units where they are ordered to be delivered to the their respective customers. It is suggested that they should have their manufacturing units in Delhi/NCR and other major cities so that processing time gets saved and the waiting time for the customers (in cities other than Kolkata) gets saved.

I have bought 2 diamond rings from this place, they didnt even replace the fallen diamonds for free, though its their own fault because they didn't make it well enough at the 1st time, then when i tried to sell it back to them (with bill obviously), they offered me just 10% of the whole value. I mean how disgusting is that? BIG CHEATERS. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, PLEASE.

Maybe a top line jeweller but sales executive Mr LavKush ensured the experience was quite dismal. Quite arrogant, but unhelpful and uncouth. Loves to walk away when being spoken to and claims to do things which no one can corroborate.

Very well-known and authentic shop for gold jewellery. I simply love to go there. My daughters marriages and other occations gold jewelleries are from there. Also rates are good. One may bought jewelleries from there only.

Prime jewellery shops. Undisputed quality products and you can buy without fear of getting cheated.

Good staff.and nice jewellery.but options are more at seems Noida branch as per others. Haven't visited so can't ensure though. Overall good experience and recommend it.

I have been to PC Chandra jewellers quite a few times and have purchased also earlier but today had a very bad experience.the lady staff was very rude and impatient
