I worked in PC Solutions for 3 years and this is the best company I have ever worked with.especially Cloud Team which is leading by Mr. Dhananjay Yogi.one of the Best Mentor, Leader and Manager who always been a consistent source of motivation and support. HR team is super friendly and approachable. I enjoyed working with PC Solutions, worked on many opportunities which helped me to excel and succeed in my profession. I would have given more rating stars if I could.:)

I wish I could give zero stars to this company, HR Recruiter name Sarita called me for interview, at that time she said you profile is through, later neither she called and did not pick up my calls. Utter wastage of time and efforts. These people don't share their feedbacks with the candidates.

It's an okay place to work. Management can improve on handling of the workforce and general support needed.

I was on client site (Newgen), PC doesn't interfere with the employee on client site.
Salary was never late, relieving letter was ready on time and full and final payment was on time.

In terms of money, it is provides very low salary and take upto 6 month to process appraisal with no output

For your kind information if you have received any call from pcs regarding interview request you to please don't attend this interview because he was waste your valuable time.
If you selected their first he asked your documents on mail salary slip privious campa ny offer letter etc and afterthat not give any response of your mail.thats very bad company.

Pc Solutions Is a company for sales and support, The best platform to start your career in this company in this organisation, i want to share my experience with this company which will really help future employees to understand atmosphere of this organisation, the company is having with great ethics, great culture, great values for their employees, the beautiful thing in this company its great staff which always very helpful very caring.
The Hr is very soft spoken and extremely patient while listening to our problem and providing instant support and resolved the issue we were facing.

Consultancy, the cheapest and rubbish conditions, you will come to know this once you get inside their culture.

Company should improve there interview process. I visited there for interview and they asked only HR questions like CTC, Experience etc only in few minutes. I reached their after 120 KM of journey and they only asked me some HR question those can be asked on phone. And suggested me to go at Gurgaon on another day. HR should understand that person who come for interview have their own valuable time arrange some how so interview may be complete in single visit only. It shows the HR and company quality.

Job providing center with their own payroll, you can better say a cheat company who makes profit from people's helplessness.
