Was taken to emergency for viral then admitted for 2 days for the same. The care i got in the hospital is unbelievable, the staff took such good care and the doctors were so promt. Really feels nice that in such a day there are so caring ppl. Overall a very good experience.

This is the only hospital who was attending any covid patient with deep help when delhi was in a mess.for me Dr Rajesh Gupta is a hero.a gem and God. He was a doctir who was most of the time in the hospital dedicated to covid patients risking all his life for the mankind. Even the staff was wonderfully supportive. The best part is that doctor comes to the round himself twice a day and he is anytime and every time available. Respected Sir and all the people who are working did you.have done finest job during covid. I had been knowing the Dr sir abs this hospital since last 10 years and most of my family is getting a regular treatment without any hesitation and we are treats like a family. I personally think that in this time of distress there is no other hospital which is friendly and helpful.

Absolute sham of a hospital in Delhi.

Such disgraceful practices conducted by staff and doctors alike.

God forbid they send their own family here to be treated.

Totally money minded doctor - Rajesh Gupta When I.consulted him yesterday for fever, nausea and cough and said I could have typhoid or covid or food poisoning or heat stroke basically it could be anything under the sun which I also guessed. He could not diagnose with symptoms as was not interested to talk to understand the symptoms. Didnt ask half the basic questions like hows my appetite, what have I been eating, what should I eat and directly prescribed stomach sonography
All this after taking a consulting fees of 900

Extremely rude staff. Dr. Raj is extremely arrogant and rude. He doesn't have the basic courtesy to talk to the family. This has been a repeated behaviour. Highly disrespectful and rude towards the family of the patient. Avoid him at all cost!

Incompetent staff, no coordination with each other. The receptionist and guy in the "Console Room" tell different times for the X-ray availability and report collection.
It'd be better if they were a little considerate about others time and be more accurate in terms of availablity of machine/service.

Pentamid - Let me explain you what is the meaning of appointment. It means I have booked my time slot to meet with the doctor but I think you guys only heated "Appointment" but you have no idea what does it means. Also, please learn your receptionist that nither they are doctor nor doctor's assistant so behave like a normal person. If you have don't time to answer our questions then we are also busy at our stuffs.

I would give 0 star to this hospital.

One of the best Doctor for Scoliosis. My daughter went for the Scoliosis Operation recently and he made it look as easy as it was a cake walk for him. His words and his confidence level is so high that he made the complexity of the operation look so simple.

Dr Sunil Jain is a very humble, knowledgeable and prompt doctor. Our experience with him has always been wonderful. He explains everything very patiently. We wish him all the very best in all future endeavours. He is one of the finest child specialists of the city. We looked put for his consultation for our baby over call during lockdown also. I’m glad that he has been the first paediatrician for my baby from his birth. All his vaccinations and other issues are well taken care of by Dr. Sunil Jain

Our 1year old was suffering from fever and basic medicines were not working but visiting the clinic helped us a lot as the environment of the clinic was pleasing and the treatment cured our child really quick.

Our boy was not in a good state of health from a couple of days. But after consulting the doctor the child got fine in a couple of days’ time and the child had grown a bit of liking towards the doctor.

Our was facing a lot of difficulty in sleeping and other things as well, but as soon as we visited the clinic the nature of the doctor impressed us and our child was cured in couple of days’ time.

Undoubtedly the best doctor in delhi. My family was quite worried about our some health issues of my brother’s son. He answered all our queries and addressed them. He is so experienced and qualified

Specialist Here is a great individual brimming with tolerance and comprehension. He even recommended prescription in case you can't visit. I for one prescribe every one of the guardians to visit the specialist. I give him 100 out of100 for his best medication. Caps off to the most stunning specialist

Poor arrangements amid the pandemic. They are distributing free covid. If you want a vaccine, go to some govt.dispensary instead.

Pathetic hospital.dr. Sumita Paul (gynaecologist) is highly irresponsible.she is just there for making money.the doctor will ask you to visit her and will charge you 900 INR for a consultation of 2 min that you have to get the tests done from a private lab and then come to visit her again.when you visit her again after getting the tests done she will again charge you.she never remembers the history of a patient who has visited her atleast 15 times, everytime you have to explain the case.in case of urgency she never bothers to respond to you on sms or phone, resulting in huge loss of patient.she will give you a book to study written by her for which she will charge 500 INR, thus making this profession a business.beware of such doctors

He is well known pediatrician. His mediation skills are great and he listens every complaints of mother very carefully. Clinic is also very clean, staffs was very courteous. Best place for vaccination for the kids. I would certainly recommend him for all the parents who are looking for a regular pediatrician.

He is the best pediatrician I came across. He understands the psychic of the children in the best manner. His diagnosis and advice is so accurate. He really knows what should be given to the child.

These guys don't know the meaning of appointment.
If any patient is given an appointment please come after an hour of the given time. Cause apparently neither the doctors nor the receptionist knows the meaning of the word appointment.

Nothing is upto mark. Neither dr take care nor nurse. They don’t provide you medicine on time they will give you generic medicine. Pentamed is only making money they don’t ask or tell what are the check up they are going to do and when you ask for discharge they will give you a huge amount of bill. I was admitted for 20 hrs and they had given me a bill of 20k and in which they had written many things extra which individual rarely notice

Moved my relative from the ICU to the normal rooms without consent even though he was not in a good condition. Ultimately, resulting in his unfortunate demise the same night. Please don't take your family or friends to this hospital if you want them to be in good health.

no care of the pt.much interested to take mediclaim patients, gives local medicines buys three times qty and returns to pt on discharge which no chemist takes back means a total loss. Specially Dr Rajesh Gupta owner/ partner of the hosp.is more than yamraj on earth.no clear position of the pt is given keeps attendents in black declares dead to living pts.it would be better to die on road instead of dying in pentamed.much costlier than max fortis or ganga ram hosp.highly not recommendable for innocent pts.i have faced severe problems accordingly is my opinion about this chor hospital.basically they make fool, they dam care of the pt.they are concerned about the bills as they are paid by tpa.one should refrain from going or referring to this hospital.the hosp.deserves 0 rating or in minus.they use injections which nrp is 2950.00 but thr chrmulisy does nit takr bach even un 100 tupeed.niw everything is clesr

It's an overpriced one, relatively less as compared to other private hospitals. Good to go if talking in terms of emergency, rest I don't consider it recommending to anyone- especially for a long term disorder / illness

Never go there. Highly overpriced. The ICU is worst than a railway station with 7 beds stacked in one small room. Hospital is only interest in making money. Owner, Dr Gupta has probably devised a mechanism that he will be able to take all the money along - Sikander couldn't do it. As someone earlier said in the reviews - Dr Gupta can only take to heaven.

Had no difficulty. Docs are good. Hospital is nice. Fee are little higher but overall worth for money.
