Our surgery was performed by Dr. Minoo Fazilat and her team for hydrosalpinx and associated problems very superbly and cooperatively. The hospital is calm and clean better than a 5 star hotel. The staff all together adds beauty to this place.

Dr. Urvashi is GOD to us! I trust her as I would trust my mom! One might need to wait to meet with her for an hour or more, but its worth the wait, cos’ she would give you full attention and understand and advise you with a human perspective and not money making doctor’s perspective. May she be blessed with a very long and healthy life and continues to bring smiles to many many more families!

Dr Urvashi is an amazing and gifted gynecologist and one of the very best in the city. She is a very calm, positive and caring doctor. Pheonix hospitals has a homely feel to it, staff is good and they are not purely commercial like many big hospitals out there. My daughter was born here and so this place is special and always close to my heart. My best wishes to dr Urvashi and her team always.

Not a pleasant experience, staff was rude. They will argue you on every point. Charge you from everything.

Dr. Urvashi Sehgal and her team are just fantastic. Both my children were born here and the level of care, empathy, sensitivity shown by her staff and her have been exceptional. My wife just wouldn’t have delivered anywhere else!

A super speciality hospital with superb, loving, caring and professional doctors and staff.

I had a vedy sad and unfortunate experience with the hospital and Dr Urvashi and her team expecially the dietician Priya. This hoapital tackled my daughter's first pregnancy in such a way that it kead to a miscarriage and further depression. Dr Urvashi is one of the most incompetent and heartless doctor with zero compassion. Dr. Priya is a very incompetent and probably totally unqualified to handle pregnancy diet. The hospital charged us a fortune and delivered sadness. Things dont end here the nursing incharge Nancy was another insensitive staff at the hospital. My daughter was pushed to the brink of her existence
. The miscarriage happened because of hospjtal negligance. We dont recommend the hospjtal nor the doctor.

Awesome hospital. Doctors, staff and food staff work on time.no billing problem and hospital take sufficient money, no extra money.

The worst hospital. On 18th August 2022, around 10pm my 10 month old had 103.4 Fever. I rushed to Phoenix hospital. First the RMO came after 10minutes then she asked me to move out for not wearing mask ignoring the emergency. Then she called the doctor asked her medicine and asked the nurse to give injection to my 10month old for fever. The nurse took 15 -20minutes just to bring the injection which she couldn't find in hospital. Meanwhile my 10month old baby stopped responding, started looking just at light nd when i shouted at the staff the nurse came and gave intervein but on prescription they didn't mention Intervein. Instead mentioned through rectum. We were asked to wait and after 1 hour sh brought a thermometer which was not working properly and checked fever said it 99 4 and you my leave. When we reached home and checked it was 101. Tgen we rushed to Appolo craddle. It was a nightmare visiting this hospital at the time of emergency. Worst hospital, pathetic staff, no light was on. No ac was working.

This is not a hospital this a mall and doctor are shopkeeper. Don’t go this hospital. Specially dr Richa sorry dr laga k dr k profession ko gali dena hoga. Ms Richa money mindset

Dr Urvashi and her team is the most insensitive. I suffered a pre term labour at six mnths only because of their negligence. I was hospitalised for a month and paid 5 lakhs for a dirty room, unhygienic bathroom and unqualified doctors and nurses. Special mention for Dr Priya the team dietician who has no clarity and highly incompetent. The messed up my case and brought me down to a situation where i cant even walk and do my daily chores normally. I would never recommend Dr Urvashi especially for any high risk pregnancy.

I am in hospital today, the rooms allotment system is very poor in this hospital, management is not good, doctors are good no doubt.
Staff nurses are not mannered in twin sharing room.
Overall experience is average

Mostly, Commerce without real care or compassion. The doctors here did not believe in holding a crying baby that’s what they instructed their nursery nurses.

I had a high risk pregnancy and I visited after a telephonic consultation. After testing my urine for protein levels, the nurses constantly tried get me admitted into their “deluxe” rooms. My birthing experience was emotionally, physically and psychologically alienating. It took me several months to heal from the experience. I was shocked to see that the doctors here did not believe in holding a crying baby. They often let the babies cry. I couldn’t believe that the lead doctors here are not abreast with the research on the importance of touch and eye contact for an infant. Moreover, it’s mostly commerce without compassion. If you have time and resources, avoid this place. Satvik was a good place for scans, though.
