Photo Vision / Authorized Nikon Service Centre, Okhla

Good service but prices are higher than any other camera shop. Calm and hygienic atmosphere. Shop interior designs are very satisfying. But still they don't have any proper packing facilities. I purchased 10000 rs items and still not providing any carry bag that's so sad experience. Nikon is a biggest world wide company i expect more satisfying dealings with your own service centre.

They could not solve my problem due to unavailability of the required part, but at least they were polite and systematic.

Highly recommended place for repair / service. Receptionist's behaviour is very nice and helpful.

The worst nightmare for a photographer
Is to take his/her camera for repair
I had my memory slot issue (my card slot was broken)
To my surprise i got my camera
Fully repaired firmware upgrade and everything done.
And guess what
They didn't charge for it.
I really don't remember the reason but yes this is the most genuine and authentic place for your camera.
