Dr hitesh, may be sound with knowledge, but need to improve in areas of empathy, compassion and patience. Already patients come troubled with fear, anxiety etc. Some minor doubts in exercise can be explained or dealt with and there should be no issue in repeating them, if not understood well. Also, if lost previous images /pdf etc, and if coming for a new consultation again, there should be no problem repeating things or resending them. Patient concern or problem should be priority. There is no point coming if the solution can't be addressed well. And body is whole as a unit. Can't be treated in parts, or wait for other parts to deteriorate further, then address them.

Visited the studio last week. Amazingly easy access, have a mobile chair installed for stairs.

Very technically approach towards diagnosis and professional thinking.

Dr Rakhi is the best physio therapist i have ever come across. She has a sound understanding of physiology and tailors her advice to the individual needs of a patient.
