I came in after the removal of my cast on my left arm. I had a soft tissue injury on my elbow that led to the plaster for 3 weeks. Post my cast removal my had was extremely stiff. I was unable to straighten or fold my hand with very less strength and functionality.
The team was very supportive and encouraging. I regained complete function in 2 weeks. I had to work with the doctor in terms of the instructions that were given to me to be followed at home after the physiotherapy sessions at the clinic.

I was suffering from acl grade 2 and had very unstable and painfull knee while walking and standing. I consulted to dr jitendra and revels mri report and then he assesed my condition and srarted my treatment. After completion of 10 sessions my pain level got reduce but unstability was there and then he advised me to continue further session and i follwed. Today is my 30th sessions i am 90% recover my problem and now i have pain free and stable knee thanks to dr jitendra for his hard work and patience.
