I had an Acl+ Mcl injury on January 2020 while playing basketball. It was a grade 2 tear and Dr advised me for a surgery but one of my friend advised me to consult Dr Chandrakala arora, I must say shez very excellent in her work and great Problem solving skills, ability to be encouraging.
Now m back to the game and feel much perfect than before

I had a bicep muscle tear while playing cricket, had to under go physiotherapy session to bring my muscles in better shape as soon as possible.
