I had an excellent time at the Pinklime Salon. The staff was patient, courteous, and attentive. The outcome was exactly what I had asked for and my time was great! I highly recommend the place to anyone in need of salon services

This salon is charging an exorbitant amount of money for basic services like threading and upper lips. Even the luxurious salons of Delhi do not charge this high an amount. The salon is trying to cheat customers due to having a monopoly in the area (Dwarka Sector 22). Services which cost Rs. 100 or less at high end salon, are being charged for three times the rate by this salon. Upper lips & chin wax costed me Rs. 300! This is highly unacceptable, given that the salon is a mediocre set up with questionable hygiene standards. This has also been the experience of many other walk-in customers that I observed. Strict action should be taken against this kind of cheating and abuse of customer experience.

Very bad service plus they are charging way too high for there normal service they charged 150 rs for upperlips 150 for lower lips and 150 rs for chin means what nonsense plus unprofessional staff they are in hurry not dedicated to their service. High disappointed

My regular place to go for hair cuts. Always get good hair cuts for my daughters, my mother and myself. My daughters are extremely stylish and have very high expectations from their hair dresser and pink lime hair dressers have always met upto their expectations.

Pinklime completely justifies what the name stands for, beauty and wellness. The experience I had at the salon was a bliss. The entire set-up of the salon is well-put with soothing interiors. The location of the salon is easily accessible. The staff is professional and well-trained. The products, tools and appliances are of high-quality and are well-maintained. I'd say the entire credit goes to the owner of the salon, Vanchhana. In addition to being one of the most welcoming and loving beauty professional her expertise is beyond words. I had the pleasure of getting her signature Bob haircut, and no jokes I have been complemented by every other person I know. She is just too good and doing an incredibly fantastic job in this business. I so hope Pinklime becomes a global brand and expands to other places outside Delhi, so that every other person gets to experience the fantastic services which it has to offer.

Went for nail extensions, when I showed the nail extensions pics they said they can do it exactly shown in the pics later they didn't have the nail polish of those colors and my nail extensions turned out to be totally different from the pics which I wanted and also when i made the appointment for nail extensions they said cost will be 1500 and later after nail extensions done they charged 200 extra and nail extensions was literally bad. Along with me by sisters was there for nail extensions they were disappointed with their nail art. Very very disappointed with their service.

Very unprofessional staff. Poor hygiene and over priced. Rats were found running here and there. The staff first agreed a to a particular rate n then later denied. The hair stylist was not well trained.
One should rather go to looks and pay a little more.

They are taking all precautions against the virus and following recommend safe practice. I felt very safe while inside the salon.

Staff is good, they were measuring all the precautions during covid time. Customer friendly and polite staff and owner also interacts with customers very politely.

Horrible, all I went for was threading and now I have five thread wounds on my face. The beautician didn't care about my face at all. She just wanted to get the job done. She cut me and her reaction was oh. You got a cut. What is wrong with you. The thread was so sharp and she put so much strength into it that my face is bleeding all over. I thought she only cut my lips but there's multiple wounds under my brows, 2 on my nose and the lip. I didn't even notice the others caue i wanted to leave asap. My face hurts all over now. No wonder she didn't wanted to use stringent, cause i'll know where else she cut me. My first and last visit.

Amazing Salon. Staff are well dressed. Never seen such well mannered and corporative staff. And the most important thing is that they keep everything hygienic. I will recommend everyone to visit Pinklime Once. Keep it up Pinklime. God Bless You
