My visit to Pizza Express at DLF Ambience Mall in Delhi was a delightful experience from start to finish. The first impression was set by the amazing gate staff who greeted me with warmth and courtesy. Their friendliness created a welcoming atmosphere that continued throughout my visit.

I opted for the 11-inch Margherita "Buffalo" pizza, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The taste, quality, and freshness of the ingredients were outstanding. It completely outshone other popular pizza chains like Domino's, Pizza Hut, and La Pinoz. The crust was perfectly crisp, the cheese was rich and creamy, and the tomato sauce had a delightful tang.

The staff members, not just at the gate but throughout the restaurant, were incredibly polite and attentive. They made sure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.

The manager also deserves commendation for maintaining a well-organized and customer-centric environment. The attention to detail in both service and food preparation was impressive.

In summary, my visit to Pizza Express at DLF Ambience Mall was a memorable one. The combination of exceptional service, a friendly staff, and an outstanding pizza made it a superior choice. I'm amazed by the overall quality and service at this Pizza Express location. Highly recommended!

Very bad experience. The staff first judge u whether to serve food to u or not. They do not serve u food until u leave the restaurant as they like. This is the first time experience I had in my life. I would not like to visit the restaurant in future.

I am completely against their charging 10 percent service charge in the bill and then questioning when refused to pay. Pasta and one more side dish was nice but pizza was disappointing. I didn't like ambience as not much space between tables and our lunch was spoilt by two loud and talkative women with children. AC also not cooling enough. Service staff was unable to answer even simple queries like pizza size and they expect service charge forced upon customer.

The waitresses were friendly, the food came quickly and the portions were good, definitely a good option for pizza

They have problems with children and prefer couples over them, When the restaurant is empty the manager will not say anything but the moment other customers enter they want children out of the restaurant as soon as possible.

Had great food and excellent ambience but after renovation their chefs changed and the place felt like a coffee shop and in the food didn’t taste like traditional Italian food

The pizzas were great with the wonderfully blended olive oils to sprinkle on top. The cold coffee though wasn't strong enough.

Costly become, waiters could not manage to bring your order, something random cominng. Not like before tasteful. Piazza come cold. Not recommended.

The restaurant is awesome they have really good pizza options. The crust is thin and you feel like eating more and more. The American hottest is what I have the thin crust and cheese the pepperoni is all so good and mouth watering they have a lot of vegetarian options rocket leafs are a really good match with your pizza. Overall service and ambience are good

I don't like which they said they have best veg pizza and also order lemonade which is disaster

Ordered specifically a veg pasta.
Got non-veg. When asked the manager, they wanted to deny saying it must be artichoke.
Finally accepted the fault and apologised.

But the fun part was, it happend second time in the same restaurant (Pizza Express, Ambience mall, New Delhi).
Not going back thr in this life for sure.
We told them to check before serving as it has happend once in the same place. Idiots did it second time.
Chef gave a lame excuse that it was rush hour.
Seriously?
Grow up guys.

Good salads and pasta. Fantastic service too. I liked this way better than Jaimie's Italian.

Overall good service and good experience. The staff was courteous and professional. Food was on time and did not take too long. Quality of food was good and was worth the price. However they can expand their menu options a bit more so that we can have more options to order from specially the starters menu and also increase the quantity of starters a bit more. Not providing Garlic bread with main course dishes specifically when one is having pasta or Lasagne is bad as it's a combo that goes with it. Overall good.

Went for a pizza date, loved every bit of it!

Do try their Doughballs, straight from the oven! We also tried their Polpette starter, unique taste, and the Pollo Forza pizza - crisp, light and tasty!

Dessert - the New York style cheese cake, really good, not that light though. But definitely try.

Very friendly environment, staff was very kind and professional, food quality is superb, my favourite pizza is American with some olive oil.

Value for money is below any possible quality bar: pizza at the cost of a monthly salary of local servants has almost nothing, but a thin piece of dough with loads of onion and staff smiles. Plus taxes. Felt like being robbed.

Even If you are paying ₹1000 for a pizza by Pizza Express Believe me totally worth it.

Pizza Express has a wide variety of delicious Pizzas. The place however is mostly empty maybe due to its menu being on the slightly more expensive side.

Poor service and the food does not taste the same. I have been visiting Pizza express since their first store opened in Ansal Plaza. Going to any outlet of Pizza Express brings back childhood memories to me. However, this one restaurant did not have the feeling Pizza express. The staff is good the food was ok okish but the space is cramped and poorly lit. Please do something, I would love to come back to this restaurant again. Not to mention I did not get the "bread basket" here: (

I tried arabiata chicken pizza there. It was as thick as piece of paper with few slices of chicken & tomatoes on it. You literally had to find the cheese. Glasses were old and stained. Floor was not clean. At such exorbitant rates you expect a hell more. I won't suggest anyone this place.

Didn't understand most of the stuff on their menu. Lots of options for non vegetarians but limited options for vegans. But whatever limited option s they have, their pizza is too tasty

An authentic pizza place with good ambience. There are many options to choose from with Italian classics and Indian renders with good and fast service. With many branches to choose from, you are always sure of the standard, hygiene and quality Makes a significant upgrade over chains and franchises like Domino's, Insta Pizza etc at a reasonable price. However don't be expecting much apart from Pizzas and there are better places for Pizzas in Delhi.

Great Italian food. Especially the starters. Dough balls and the prawn skewers are good. Polpette is also a good option. Nice ambience and an interactive staff. Though a bit heavy on pocket.
