People on counter are not serious for their respective jobs. Rates vary person to person. They don't even tell the exat wait time and make patients to wait for at least 3-4hrs. Parking is a major issue

I don't think there are any proper radiologists who perform the imaging tests.
Normal technicians are performing the tests like CT and MRI scan.

Don't go here if you have to pay entire money from your pocket.
If you are on some government panel or are getting some kind of discount then you can think of it once.

Otherwise you can try House of Diagnostics (HOD)
Their service is better.

Ultrasound reports are wrong here doctor suggest from pushpanjali them reports come favorable so its better to consult from doctors from where u r diagnosing otherwise you have to waste your time and health

Worst diagnostic center.no time management at all.these people don't value the time of patients.waited for more than 2.5 hrs for MRI.

Worst experience. Unprofessional staff.money waste.more time used. Please don't go. Choose other option.

Over crowded place.no time management at all.exactly like a tipical government center.u need atleast 6hours to get one 15mins of test done

Just a fraud center prices are just like vegetables selling in different cities according to the faces they varies prices. People to people.

Pathetic experience. My dad went for a chest xray and asked if they can provide xray report in DICOM format they said yes they can do it, after paying for the xray and getting it done they couldn't provide the report in DICOM format however the link they have provided has an option to download the report in DICOM format but there is nothing uploaded and we are unable to download the xray in DICOM format. I called this place and have spoken with 5 different people who doesn't know what is DICOM format and can't help. It was such a waste of time for us if we were told they can't provide DICOM format we wouldn't have wasted our money, USELESS PEOPLE and LIARS!

Went there through LOK NAYAK JAY PRAKASH HOSPITAL DAK Seva. No amount charged for the same. Took appointment a day prior, called me in the next morning 0630 and waiting time of arround 7-8 min. After that mri is done and for report called tomorrow. Overall supportive staff.

Worst experience ever rude staff.waiting here for more than 4 hours n quite expensive.never gonna suggest this place to anyone

They are fraud don't waste ur money and time.we went for CECT "Chest" and they gave us "Abdomen" report. And even after such carelessness they are not ready to accept their mistake.they are just playing with public life and money.

Best diagnostic centre in east Delhi. MRI and path lab facilities also available. Staff are very supporting. Ambulance service is best.
