Not a great experience at all. Beware of all the reviews that you see online. Pretty creepy workplaces considering they monitor if you're actually working or not via cameras. Just 15 minutes of lunch breaks, can't talk to other co-workers, etc. Work life balance is a myth here. Run away from this place as soon as you can and never look back.

I had a rewarding internship experience at this consultancy, where I learned valuable skills and gained practical knowledge. The team was supportive and encouraging, fostering a great learning environment. The projects were diverse and challenging, providing excellent opportunities for growth.

So I was there for interview few days back they have told me that they will tell me the update on a call for the second round of interview it's been 3 days I called them back myself and ask them for the updation

The point is if the candidate is rejected have some courtesy to tell them that they are not selected with a genuine reason for not selecting that candidate.

I am impressed by the level of expertise and knowledge that the PMS team has. They are always up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices, and they are always willing to share their knowledge with others.

Very Bad Experience, unprofessional way of talking, its bad management and rude Team member Manisha fully Gawar

Manisha is batameez and gawar lady, she is not manner for talking candidate.she is very unprofessional lady and she is working style is very bad and PMS consulting is very bad company on the basis of Manisha and comes down.

Working as an HR Intern here and the enviornment here is quite friendly and very supportive.

काफी सोच समझ कर लिख रहा हु, सबसे पहले तो इनकी गूगल एड्रेस अपडेटेड नही है, इंटरव्यू था मेरा इनके साथ, मैं पहुंच नही पाया, लोकेशन मांगने पर, कहते है पहले, लौड़ा खंबा रोड पे तो आओ,
दूसरा इनकी जो वेबसाइट पे जो नंबर है, वो एक आंटी उठाएगी और वो भी सोते हुवे, ना यकीन हो तो फोन करके देख लो,
और गूगल पे जो रिव्यू है सबसे ज्यादा वो इंटर्न के है, और वो भी ५ रेटिंग के साथ,
Olx पे सबसे ज्यादा रिव्यू है, तो आप अंदाज लगा सकते है, इनका स्टेटस, और तो और, ये वॉट्सएप पे डील kerte है, रियूज्म भी वही मांगते है, क्योंकि पोर्टल से download kernge तो इनका पैसा लग जाए ना।
साले पूरा सरकारी employee हैं यह, इसका जो भी owner ho, मुझसे बात करे फिर मैं बताऊं इनको की, सिर्फ पैसा ही नही कमाना टारगेट होना चाहिए, क्वालिटी सर्विस भी देनी, चाहिए,
वैसे वेबसाइट भी देख लो, एक दम इनके तरह ही है,
मेरा लिखा हुआ अच्छा लगे तो सुधार करे, या फिर छोले कुल्छे खाए।

Over Confident and "egoistic" management.
Instead of making you feel comfortable they will drag you at the level where one will start feeling stucked, demotivated and confused.
These people feel themselves like they are the bestest in the whole world.

They should hire genuine people to build their team with Best HR Practices to generate and develop best culture.
Office cleaning and maintenance work should also be implemented.

Manisha is such a rude person here.
She abruptly cuts call for candidates.
I received her call thrice in past one month and she is rude as hell.
Learn to speak and tackle clients then hire people.
Get that straight in your mind.

Manisha, the name of constant of this consultancy, called me several times and sent to give interview in such a company where no budy can not go by public transport. There is no rickshaw, no erickshaw, no auto, nothing. They are making fool to every candidate. They are f_ _ king them selves.
Never go any where they recommend you for any interview. They sent you where no conveyance. Never believe on this.
If any one from this consultancy meet me, i will slept hardly.
