Anyone has any specific number of the agents or employee over there as the person assigned to me is not responding and it is annoying.

Don't buy any policy from PNBMETLIFE. I was sold an Edelwise Tokio policy along with their life insurance stating that in 1 yr the Eldelwise Tokio life insurance policy will get matured and I will get the amount back with interest. Now Edelwise Tokio is saying this offer is not showing in my account. When I am calling my PNBMETLIFE agent Kanika she is not picking up the call. At the beginning of April someone named Ritu picked up and said by end of April the amount will be credited but now nothing has happened. Eldelwise Tokio is saying I have to pay for 3 years. I am calling up my agent hundreds of times but no one is picking up. Please sale ethically PNB. WE trusted you with our money.

Well if u need a policy they will hound you at your address, if you need help in dropping the policy you will have to be after them with no concessions and no corporations.very sad sevices.should not buy any policy from PNB Met life. And if you don't know there is nothing common in PNB bank and PNB MetLife.there dealers are all fraud.beware of policy sellers

I have a very bad experience with pnb MetLife Because their agents lie too much to us to do the policy or main esa iss liye bol rha hu kyuki maine 2 saal pehle inse policy krvai thi or uss agent ne bola tha ki aap iss policy ko kabhi bhi cancel krwa skte ho or ab mujhe kisi problem ki vjah se cancel krwani pd rhi hai toh pnb MetLife vale bol rhi hai ki ye policy jab tak complete nhi ho jaati tab tak aap policy ko cancel nhi krwa skte or agr hum premium bhi pay nhi krte hai toh bhi humein humare paise policy ki premium ki last date k baad hi milenge.

Great staff. Jaatey hi kaam hogaya nd they also have a photo copy machine to hame nhi krrvani pdhi.

Please never purchase any Kind of policy from PNB MetLife or metlife or PNB, thery are fraud 100% to giving incomplete details to theirs customer.

All the staff here are good. I went for the interview which was actually tough but yes the interviewer was good. I got selected for second round & they aligned my interview for some other they & when the date arrived i can not be able to go there because of some emergency & i refused to come but they called me like 3 to 4 times again after that, here i am talking about their courtasy because when i told them about emergancy so they were said ok you can came after when ever your problem get resolved.
