My experience with policy hub is wonderful. They have the best health insurance plan, from my personal experience I can say that they provide exceptionally good service.

I had been taking Health Insurance directly through one of the leading Insurance Company earlier for almost last 10 years. The insurance Company and their Senior Management Executives, Employees never bothered to look after the Customer needs after having sold the Health Insurance Policy. However, then I was approached by PolicyHub in Jan22 to port out my Health Insurance Policy to HDFC Ergo. Mr Piyush Bansal, the founder of PolicyHub helped me with all the formalities to port out and get me better features for the ported out policy with HDFC Ergo. Excellent service even late in the night.
Due to server issues at Bajaj Allianz end my discharge from the hospital was struck. I called Mr. Piyush Bansal to help and he stayed up late at night to get my claim settled.
I recommend Policy Hub for the excellent services they offer even at off working hours.

Personally I have an excellent experience during pandemic. No hassle in claims.
Team is very prompt with resolution of problem. I just provided information and documents and later they did everything. I didn't have to chase insurer and Policyhub for anything.
For renewal they remind as per my convenience and time. Excellent follow up of team.
