Poor customer handling! The staff over there is unprofessional, they doesn't want to show designs to their customers at all, they just want to sit idle. They were shouting and demeaning another customer infront of everyone. Such rude and unethical staff is just unacceptable!
Pathetic experience I ever had.

The jeellries are good and quality are also good but the staff behaviour was rude and they not paid same attention to every customer

The sad part is they charge extra on every mode of payment and charge extra if you ask for “HALLMARK” Jewellery
The behaviour of Staff is not professional at all,
Before going to this shop please make sure “they don’t have no exchange (even if you ask them on the very next day), return policy as other brand chains have like Caratlane
Better to purchase things from brands, at least they are flexible in their policies

There behaviour is good. However they charge 2-3% extra on debit card payments if your debit card is not "rupay card". I don't understand this rule.

Nobody is charging extra on debit card payments.

The place is good with variety of designs. You can find any type of design. Although they hesitated to give bag at the end.

Is a very useless shop Staff say something and Honor says something like there are two examples 1. Making Charge Staff Speak Something Else And Honor Speaks Some More After Cheese Ban Jaa Ne. 2. If the staff shows the thing and if that thing is not there, then the customer orders and gets it made, then it is given something else, then it is said that the head in which you spoke was not the thing in that weight, then brother. Why do you take orders Cheese shows something and gives something else because I am done with this shop

Nice ambience, nice collection, nice staff behavior. Extra charge by card payment should be waived off.

Very beautiful jewellery n all, staff is also very good and Showroom. WOW very beautiful very classy very nice.

A must go place for jewellery lovers and those who like quality products.showroom located on a very busy road and the centre of attraction there.
