All OK but you choose your partners without any check. They might be bad behavioural characters. You must take action when customer complaints towards it.
Customers cannot be bad as he take his work for his benefit.

I had a very important parcel that was supposed to be picked up on 16th but they never called there was no initiation and the procedure just ends up being endless callings without any action being taken. The most hilarious part about this customer service is that they will not solve your issue when you inform them of the issue, which is what they're actually supposed to do instead they will call you back so you're supposed to wait for their call, be at their mercy. I think Google need to start offering negative star option. Most pathetic service of packager and mover ever. Damaged goods, damaged society lift, incomplete packaging, horrible unpacking. Name a point and it's all ticked negative. Have been staying on rent over decade now, shifted flats within city and inter city, but have never ever had such a horrible experience. Can safely say their is no quality check by porter on its vendors.

Porter used to be good. Now the new policy of porter has made them useless. Now they will not even deliver parcel to the location. Even though there may be a lift, they will say come and get your bag. Useless when they charge so much money. Avoid! Better book courier who will deliver at doorstep.

Deal all you may use porter for local transport but movers and packers I had worst experience with its service no support from customer care I paid full amount but my work done is incomplete the guy told he will come and finish tomorrow but he never came back and porter has no control over those guys who make shifting.i had good experience with local transport but after this I would never go for porter movers and Packers

They are fraud. Without attempting they are writing many time about failed attempt. Ajab-Gajab remark:). I think after reciving the products for deliver, they are dumping as trash. They are not providing mobile number to veryfy. This reflects that goods are moving on their portal and not actually on ground. Cheating is their business.

Poter Partner is a substandard company and the call center staff here is completely substandard. If the customer care people continue to behave like this, then the number of people working in the automatic poter will be very less.

Pathetic service … they have contracted local vendors for the purpose and affixed there logo on the process. Hence the quality is of the lowest possible magnitude. Sales team will make pitches and assure all support only till the point an invoice is raised … if there are any complaints thereafter no one will take care to respond. Please be assured you will have Breakages and missing item items and would have to run from pillar to post even to get your complaints acknowledge. Very bad experience … will never take service again …
