Software is extremely outdated and not user friendly at all, on top of that the customer care number is always busy and solution takes upto 48 hours. Extremely disappointed.
Software is OK for small restaurants which have only 1 terminal and limited business. For complex operations, the software does not work, reports mismatch, data reliability is not there. Not recommended!

Actually this is not a place to experience corporate world. A very low graded company, they treat like they are very big MNCs for recruitment but when we went to room for Group Discussion then i observed that the room stench very badly and their is no ventilation for air flow. You can see the office in the picture.
Such a pathetic office culture. Employees here call their colleagues and senior not by their name but " tu ". The HR doesn't listen to employees. Pathetic is the word for the company. The owner should atleast look into maintaining a good culture.

The company infrastructure was good, it is basically an ERP software based company. In terms of interview experience they will let you fight in the GD discussion, no one will came to moderate the pitch and aggression of GD and finally they select the candidate who speak the most whether he spoke out of the content.
Hopeless management attitude. I been requesting for a refund since last two months, the managment keeps on passing the responsibility, specifically speaking ravi nandan pandey and paras. Don't invest in this brand, Its Customer Harrassment.
Well I can surely say that I had the worst ever interview experience with this company because of the unprofessionalism and unethical behaviour shown by the company. The HR named Priyanka who contacted me for the interview process is a disgrace to the community of HRs. After giving multiple rounds of telephonic interviews to various people ranging from HR to their General Manager- Sales, everytime when I used to ask her about the update for the next process she used to act like she doesn't know anything and instead asked me only that what update has been given to me by the interviewer. The General Manager named Shivam Juneja is another person who would take multiple interviews and assure you that you have been selected but then you won't ever be contacted back for same. So kindly don't waste your time and energy to give their interview, instead there are other legit companies who you should try.

No Customer service after 6 PM and weekends, server got failed on weekends and try to contact many number no answer no customer care available.this is such a bad experience when restaurant is full of customer and asking for bill, but billing system is not Working and no support available no way to fix it.very bad experience
0ne of the most un reliable restuarant software.very poor support ii am calling morning to evening but she has always busy iam and not recommended. It can seriously hamper business and customer satisfaction.
Strongly recommend you not to buy this at any cost.i have wasted my 1.5 lac. They dont have any authorise person to talk. This software have some real issues. There are 15 people who talk for the same problem but no-one is capable to solve the issue. I was trying to upload my inventory item, recipes.offer tab is use less.you have to maintain 3 different accounts to access all the functions. There user permission tab is so confusing for customer care too.its stop at any movement.you have to clear your browser memory 10 times a day and sync takes lots of time each time and lots of problems.
